Sanitation installation and gas installation in a residential building

This Bachelor´s thesis deals with design sanitation installation and gas installation in a residential building. It is a residential building with three floors. The theoretical part is aimed at issue about dimensioning of water supply system. The computational part and project includes a proposal sanitary and storm sewer, water supply system, pipe-line and their connection to the current pipes.

The subject of this thesis is the technology of gross upper structure of residential building in Olomouc with eight floors. The construction is designed as monolithic from reinforced concrete. In this work it is mainly processed technological specification for reinforced concrete frame, design of mechanical assembly, schedule and itemized budget. There are also deal with quality requirements, occupational safety, site equipment and transport routes of materials for the phase.
Residential Building - Lesná

The aim of this thesis is to design a new residential building in the locality Brno- Lesná. The building plot stands in the middle of three different urban units. Firstly, Lesna housing estate consisting mainly of eight-floor prefabricated blocks of flats. Secondly, the Divisova colony consisting mainly of low rise houses and two-storey family houses. Lastly, directly linked structure, newly built blocks of flats with terrace north of the building plots. These are seven-story buiding, where the first two floors the garage occupy and the additional five floors are flats. Another important factor affecting the design is the nature of the lot, which slopes to the west, and creates very interesting views of Brno, especially the Spilberk castle and Cathedral Sant Peter and Paul. The design seeks to build on the surrounding buildings and create a transition between the low-rise buildings Divis colony and housing development Lesna and terraced houses. This is achieved by using a gradation of cubic masses from single-storey houses to the five-story residential building. Optimizing of space for each flat or villa house was achieved by rotating the individual, which also ensures the uniqueness of flats and their orientation and views of city centre.
Residential Building - Lesná

The residential building is located in Brno,local part Lesná. The building is designed on a corner place between the streets Dřínová and Tomečkova. The proposal consists of two buildings. Their height arrangement is designed so as to cast a shadow each other or the surrounding buildings. North object exceeds the southern. Mass is based on the efforts to achieve the greatest sunlit room. It is also designed so as to obtain the greatest intimacy on balconies. Balconies also highlight the horizontal breakdown of volume. Residential complex contains thirty different flats floor space and type. The flats are arranged on the axis of north - south, with all habitable rooms are located to the south. In this solution, care was taken and the sunscreening system. It is an outdoor blinds, whose appearance gives the shape of a house. When the proposal was based on the objective of linking objects with the nature of what was to maximize greening space. This helps the inner block, which is used for rest and relaxation. There is also a small cafe designed with outdoor seating. At the same time the grass roof of the smaller objects, when viewed from the upper floors blend into their environment.
Small apartment building

The theme of this work is the construction of new residential building solutions in Vrchlabí. The building has two floors and a basement. It possesses eight apartments of the three above-ground floors and two underground, where is the technical background. The land is sloping with a drop on one floor. The building is designed from the Porfix including a ceiling beam construction. The cladding is insulated contact insulation. Part casing underground floor, which is in contact with the ground, is designed lost formwork. The roof is designed as a single-ply flat. On the west side of the building is designed landscaping stairs. The building is adequately lit and naturally ventilated.
Realization of rough upper structure of a residential building Janova Hora, Vizovice

The Bachelor Thesis contain solution for construction progress of rough upper building of residental building in Vizovice. This work deals with technological specifications for horizontal and vertical structure, especially technological proces for mansory. It also deals with proposal for mechanical composition, time schedule and itemized buget. The basis for the preparation was summary technical report for building permission procedure including drawing documentation.
Low-energy block of flats

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to design a new low-energy residential building in the village Martínkov. Residential building is located on mostly flat land on the village periphery. The building has a basement, three floors. There are two apartments 4+KK on each above-ground floor. In the basement there are four separate garages for apartments´ residents and storage areas. The building is of brick masonry structural system Heluz, the flat roof is single ply covering. The external walls are designed with a contact insulation system. Drawings are processed in ArchiCAD 17.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the solution of selected technological study for construction of residential building. The main content of this work is the technological realization of the main technological stages with a detailed focus on gross upper structure. For the gross stage of the upper structure are developed technological processes for the implementation of masonry construction and installation of ceiling construction, time and financial plan, mechanization plan and design of site equipment.

Raising of the efficiency of residential building

The thesis deals with the evaluation of residential building located in the territory of Prague 1 and increasing its efficiency. The main goal of the thesis is to choose the right method of evaluation for this particular property and to present ways how to increase its efficiency and therefore its market value and revenue from rents. Furthermore, Law related to lease relations are described in the thesis as well. In the end of the thesis the market value is set using modern methods of property evaluation.
