Methods: In my thesis I used a method of extraneous surveillance of a child: a short term surveillance, during a drama summer camp; and a long term surveillance during an over year drama class, taking place once a week. The other method used was individual and group interviews (focus group) with both: summer camp participants - being divided into groups by age (5-7 years old, 8-10 years old, 11-13years old, 14-16 years old, trainees, supervisors) and drama class members. All information gained I enrolled to evidence sheets. Results: Due to the attendance of the free-time activities, where he is confronted with normal children, the observed individual is used to cope with the real life situations and so manage better in his common life. He is able to distinguish when he is not being understood by his surrenders. All the members of the group attending drama lessons with him or the summer camp appreciate his presence there, taking it as a chance to deepen their empathy level...

Müllerová, Michaela ; Hák, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kašparová, Klára (referee)
The corporate social responsibility is a voluntary concept of firm's embrace of responsibility for the impact of its activities on the environment and society. The corporate social responsibility is the brand and guarantee that firm runs its activities not only within the law and ethical standards, but goes far beyond the law and moral values. Firm demonstrates its social responsibility through engagement in social issues, substitute for the state in support of underprivileged or disadvantaged groups, but also develop activities which have positive impacts on the environment, advocate and meet ethical business principles, take care of their employees, to distance themselves of corruption and bribery, etc. This thesis deals with the objective introduction of corporate social responsibility concept from its origin to contemporary approaches. The thesis introduces related theories which contributed to corporate social responsibility as well. In addition, this thesis familiarizes with the open question of relationship between corporate social responsibility (performance) and firm's financial performance and presents the important empirical research in this area. Results of analysis, done in this thesis, indicate a slight negative relationship between corporate social responsibility (independent...

The Cooperation of Nursery Schools with Centres for Environmental Education in The South Bohemia Region
ŠTENGLOVÁ, Denisa
In my work I deal with its implementation of environmental education in kindergartens in co ? operation with EETP centres (environmental education training and public awareness) in South Bohemian region. In the area of education is EETP centre one of the cross-section themes entered into the framework of training programmes for all levels of education: pre-school, primary, basic customization of training students with mild mental retardation, for special education elementary school, for high school, for special training. The general objective of environmental education is to awaken in people interest in nature and lead them to the protection of the environment. In the framework curriculum of pre-school education is an environmental education represented by areas called The Child and the world. But it permeates through the other areas because this is a cross-section theme. The realization of the environmental education in the motherly education we can utilize many methods and means. We can also use some of the services of the EETP centres. In the South Bohemia there are 12 EETP centres that offer their services in the context of environmental education to nursery schools. The aim of my work was to find out the offers of the programs and services for nursery schools in the South Bohemia region and determinate whether the nursery schools in the South Bohemia region consider offers of EETP centres within sufficient. Furthermore, I have focused on the implementation of environmental education for integrated children with disabillities in nursery school, as well as to whether the centres are willing and able to adapt their services to these children. To get the result I used the qualitative research, query´s method with technique interview. The results indicate that the centres have a wide range of services involving a range of tutorials for nursery school, a number of projects. They also hosts occasional events, seminars for educators, various lectures, competetions, exhibitions, provide methodological support to nursery school, they lend a variety of materials and equipment and offer advice in the field of environmental education. The most widely used EETP centres in the South Bohemia region are CEGV Cassiopeia and the Protection of Fauna in the Czech Republic. Nursery schools are satisfied with offering services from EETP centre. They would have changed nothing on its content. Most of their training programs and workshop for educators are the most widely used. With regard to the integrated children, EETP centres are trying their services up to adapt to their needs. Nursery schools are satisfied with offer and appreciate the efforts of the EETP centres with a maximum redesign for this target group. And yet, when working with these children, it is necessary to adapt the activities to their facilities. EETP centres mostly missing programs targeted to children with disabilities which I see as a major shortcoming. The first in the South Bohemia region in this project was CEGV Cassiopeia ?I can´t see, I can´t hear, but I know?, that was aimed at EETP for pupils with disabilities from elementary school. I think that this should be changed. An example might be Gartentherapie, Garden ? therapy project implemented by the company Chaloupka which is aimed at the social inclusion and inclusion of disadvantages groups. Environmental education in nursery school has its substantiation as shown not only from theoretical knowledge but also from practise. A child of pre-school age creates its value, we can lead him to love and respect for nature and for its protection.

Run-off analysis in non-life insurance
Bestová, Jana ; Vítková, Marcela (advisor) ; Šlechtová, Jarmila (referee)
This thesis is dedicated to basic methods of calculating IBNR reserve estimate. The following approaches are introduced: chain ladder method, Mack's chain ladder method and Munich chain ladder method. Last two of them enable to calculate mean squared error of reserve estimate instead of only a point estimate. The teoretical bases are always described and then all methods are applied to real data of claims. Finally, we compare introduced methods from the point of view of their applicability in practice and we calculate run-off analysis of reserve estimates.

Brateljevic, Ana ; BOUŠKOVÁ, Jana (advisor) ; Váchalová, Libuše (referee)
This work is dedicated to the six most important male harpists of the 20th century. Each chapter is dedicated to one of the mentioned artists and it showes how they contributed to the development of harp art. The last chapter compares their contributions in the fields of composing, teaching and interpretation. Zabaleta, world known performer, introduced the audience with the new repertoire, but also with harp in general. Alberto and Victor Salvi, started their careers similarly, but Alberto proceeded as a performer and Victor founded one of the world's most important harp factories, which is successfully runned until these days.

Development of high-speed rail transport in Spain
Fujdlová, Simona ; Zelený, Lubomír (advisor) ; Hrabaň, Adam (referee)
This thesis describes the position of rail transport in Spain and focuses mainly on the current development of high-speed rail transport. Attention is paid to the AVE system, which is operated by the newly built infrastructure, but also to the other high-speed trains to run on conventional lines with Iberian gauge. The aim is to highlight the progress achieved in this area, capture a network built and planned high-speed lines, the transition to neighboring states and the process of integration of Spain into the Trans-European transport networks. In analyzing the tariff policy, the paper deals with basic and preferential tariffs applied by Renfe Operadora in the sphere of high-speed long-distance passenger trains.

Development of browser-based desktop-oriented web applications
Mihályi, Ondrej ; Nečaský, Martin (referee) ; Hnětynka, Petr (advisor)
In accordance with new trends in development of web-based services, applications that are running on the Internet tend to be more complex and feature rich. This happens while computers and network bandwidth are becoming more and more capable. We may see lots of different, often inventive, approaches in rich web application development, which try to surpass the constraints of web environment. Unfortunately, few technologies or tools provide support for ubiquitous access to data. This thesis aims to propose a development method of rich web applications, which transparently provide ubiquitous access to user data in many various environments and conditions.

Conversion of Piano Recording from WAV to MIDI
Bednařík, Jan ; Černocký, Jan (referee) ; Szőke, Igor (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to propose a system capable of automatic conversion of polyphonic piano recordings from the audio format WAV to MIDI. The thesis describes problems related to single tone recognition in music recordings and proposes a solution based on a probabilistic model that uses the Probabilistic Latent Component Analysis method. Recordings of isolated digital piano tones were used to train the system. The proposed system was tested on classical recordings of the Classical Piano MIDI database and on recordings of a Korg SP-250 piano and evaluated using a variety of metrics. The conclusion part contains the results of recognition success rate and their comparison with other existing systems.
