Business cooperation between the Czech Republic and Germany with example of a particular company

This thesis focuses on the analysis of economic cooperation between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. The first part is focused on an analysis of the position of Germany in the global economy and international trade. Its position and economic development are compared with the Czech Republic. In the next section is evaluated trade and investment cooperation between the two countries. In the practical part is introduced a German company F. X. Meiller, which has a manufacturing facility in the Czech republic since 1993. For the Czech subsidiary were conducted PESTLE analysis and financial analysis. As a follow-up to the analysis of the financial situation of the company have been proposed new approaches, which might help to solve the problems that the company faces.
New Zealand Business Environment

The thesis examines business environment of New Zealand. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a situational analysis of the business environment through PESTLE analysis, which is necessary for successful market penetration and elimination of the related business risks. Another goal is to verify the hypothesis, that New Zealand business environment is perspective for Czech economic subjects. Possibilities of Czech subjects to be economically active on the local market will be analysed in the last chapter. The thesis should serve as a complex source of information for Czech businessmen, exporters and investors, who are or intend to be economically active in New Zealand.
The Czech Business Environment from the Point of View of German Investors

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the Czech business environment, to determine its specifics, strengths and weaknesses including addition of the point of view of German investors. The method of situation analysis of the particular factors, which determine the business environment, with addition of the surveys of ČNOPK based on questionnaire examination, that are regularly done by this institution for several years, and of the individual interviews with the representatives of the firms of German investors or institutions acting in the field of German-Czech economic cooperation, was used to reach this aim. This thesis should be the source of information for the future entrepreneurs on the Czech market, above all for potential German investors.
Analysis of environment of the company Severočeské doly, a.s

The bachelor's thesis analyses a business environment of the company Severočeské doly, a. s.. The company's core business is the excavation, processing, and sale of brown coal and associated raw materials. The thesis has two parts, theoretic and analytic. 7S analysis is used to analyse the internal business environment. Porter five forces analysis is used to analyse the microenvironment and PESTLE analysis is used to analyse the macroenvironment. The last analysis is the SWOT analysis, in which I use outcomes of previous analyses. The main goal of this thesis is to analyse key factors, which have positive or negative influence on the company.

The thesis analyses micro and macroenvironment of the company RegioJet, a.s. which carries on passenger rail transport. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical basis which is applied on the environment of chosen company in the second part. PESTLE analysis is used to examine the macroenvironment and Porter five forces analysis is used to examine the microenvironment. Additionally, SWOT analysis is done by using the knowledge from the macro and microenvironment of the company. The main purpose of this thesis is to describe factors affecting the company and classify the company within a competition.
Competitive Intelligence in small and medium enterprises

This thesis deals with the possibilities of using methods of Competitive Intelligence for Small and Medium Enterprises. The main objective is to analyze how a particular business entity can apply the Competitive Intelligence methods. Sub-targets were set to achieve the primary goal of this diploma, among which belong describing theoretical aspects of Competitive Intelligence, characteristics of business environment in the selected segment, analyzing possibilities of using methods of Competitive Intelligence in the segment and designing applicable methodology of its usage for particular entity. The benefits of this work are mainly the mapping of external environment and its influences on the organization and subsequent proposal of how to use information resources for the specific needs of the company and its leadership in the decision-making process to maximize the company's market potential and resistance to adverse influences.

This master's thesis deals with strategic management. The aim of this work is to implement a strategic situational analysis of a particular company, using the methods described in the theoretical part. The thesis mainly focuses on the company's key successful factors which will be extrapolated from the strategic situational analysis. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part presents basic concepts of strategic management, further methods used for strategic situational analysis and technique for evaluation and selection of the strategy. In practical part, described methods are applied to the selected company, in this case to the elementary school.
Specifics of business environment in Austria and possibilities of doing business for Czech subjects on Austrian market

The aim of this thesis was to analyse business environment in Austria and to evaluate the possibilities for Czech entrepreneurs and Czech job applicants on this market. The business environment in Austria was analysed on the basis of PESTLE analysis. I have carried out a questionnaire survey for comparison of business and working environment. I have conducted two interviews in order to gain information about possibilities of consultancy for Czech entrepreneurs entering Austrian market. This thesis is intended for future entrepreneurs, who would like to enter the Austrian market and for people, who would like to be employed in Austria.

This thesis handles the economic strategy of the firm HATLE-UNIKLEMP. Used methods are PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis, value chain analysis, and most used method is the financial analysis, in which indicators are applied to absolute indicators and financial ratios of profitability,liquidity, activity and debt. The thesis aims to find solutions to the poor economic situation of analyzed firm and to set a strategy, to ensure a positive future business development.
COBIT in small business

The aim of this work is to develop a universal procedure introducing the concept of IT Governance using COBIT methodology to a small business environment. This thesis understands COBIT as a tool with which is possible to create a new business strategy for a firm and which will provide more competitive force for the firm in the competitive fight. The main contribution of this thesis is a theoretical research, which resulted in the proposal as how should a small company (which close-up characteristic is described in more detail in the work) proceed in a case that it decides to efficiently manage, manage and control the business IS / IT. This theoretical approach is then tested as a case study on a real small enterprise.
