Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu hospodářské spolupráce České republiky a Spolkové republiky Německa. V první části práce je provedena analýza postavení SRN ve světové ekonomice a v mezinárodním obchodě. Jeho pozice a ekonomický vývoj je porovnán s ČR. V další části textu je zhodnocena obchodní a investiční kooperace obou zemí. V praktické části práce je představena německá společnost F. X. Meiller, jež má v České republice výrobní závod od roku 1993. Pro českou pobočku jsou provedeny PESTLE analýza a finanční analýza. V návaznosti na provedený rozbor finanční situace ve firmě byly navrženy nové postupy jako možná řešení problémů, s nimiž se podnik potýká. This thesis focuses on the analysis of economic cooperation between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. The first part is focused on an analysis of the position of Germany in the global economy and international trade. Its position and economic development are compared with the Czech Republic. In the next section is evaluated trade and investment cooperation between the two countries. In the practical part is introduced a German company F. X. Meiller, which has a manufacturing facility in the Czech republic since 1993. For the Czech subsidiary were conducted PESTLE analysis and financial analysis. As a follow-up to the analysis of the financial situation of the company have been proposed new approaches, which might help to solve the problems that the company faces.
