Matoušková, Anna Marie ; Hudeček, Vladimír (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor) ; Bečkovská, Tereza (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is based on a previously prepared study of the Volkswagen Group Autocentre in the subject AG033 and expands it with DSP and DPS documentation. Proposed building is located on the outskirts of Mikulov. Solved area is surrounded by the field from one side and by the production and agricultural industries from the others. The land is located between Jiráskova and Republikánské obrany streets. New building was adapted in response to the sloping trapezoidal land so it was led parallel to the angle of the land. Car center is divided into three main units, interconnected to each other to maintain traffic between different parts of the object. The main part is made up of showroom, where new cars of four associated brands belonging to Volkswagen Group are presented. This part is also used for the sale of cars and the administration on the second floor. The third part of the building, which is provided to the warehouse, was inserted into the sloping part of the shoowroom and thus creates mass gradation of entire building. The warehouse is connected to sales point of spare parts and service where car repairs take place. In the service was designed background for mechanics, which includes changing rooms with sanitary facilities, living room and a technical room for the entire building. Parts of the car center are non-basement and single-storey except for offices in the shoowroom. The construction system is the same for all units. It is a ferroconcrete skeletal system with longitudinal trusses. The reinforcement was achieved by a rigid ceiling slab, which consists of a trapezoidal sheet metal with a concrete slab. Reinforcement is ensured by a reinforced concrete wall core. The building transfers the load to the reinforced concrete footings, which are interconnected by concrete strips in combination with drilled piles. Other vertical structures were created a glass facade system, Kingspan panels and plasterboard partitions in the interior. The horizont

BACHELOR THESIS DEALING WITH DOCUMENTATION FOR DSP AND DPS NEW BUILDINGS OF VOLKSWAGEN GROUP AUTOCENTRE. THE WORK IS BASED ON A PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED STUDY IN SUBJECT AG33. THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION IS LOCATED IN MIKULOV. THE LAND IS LOCATED ON A PREVIOUSLY FLAT LAND BETWEEN JIRASKOVÁ AND REPUBLICAN DEFENSE STREETS AND THE LAND ON THE WEST SIDE DEFINES THE WINE FIELDS. THE AUTOCENTER BUILDING CONSISTS OF FOUR OVERHEAD BUILDING OBJECTS, MULTI-DILATED, WHICH MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF AUTOCENTRAL OPERATION. THE EXCEPTION IS ONLY THE SHOWROOM OFFICES LOCATED ON THE SECOND ABOVE FLOOR, WHICH SO DIVIDES THE ALREADY SPACE. THE CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM IS THE SAME FOR ALL OBJECTS. IT CONSISTS OF REINFORCEMENT OF A SKELETON STRUCTURE WITH STEEL TROLLEYS. THE OBJECTS ARE BASED ON REINFORCED CONCRETE FEET. VERTICAL STRUCTURES ARE MADE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE PILLARS, CLADDING OF KINGSPAN PANELS AND SCHÜCO GLASS FACADE SYSTEM. HORIZONTAL STRUCTURES CREATE STEEL COMPARTMENT TROLLEYS SPIROLL PANEL. THE ROOFING OF OBJECTS IS CREATED BY SINGLE-COATED SLOPE ROOFS DRAINED BY INTERNAL LEADS. IN SHOWROOM, THE LEADS ARE HIDDEN INSIDE THE SDK. THE INTEGRITY OF THE FOUR OBJECTS IN ONE UNIT IS ACHIEVED BY THE REPEAT OF THE SAME VIEWING ELEMENTS AND, ON THE SAME, THE LEGIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL STRUCTURES IS OBJECTED BY THE GRADUATION OF INDIVIDUAL MATERIALS AND THEIR CLEAR DIVISION OF OBJECTIVES.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to create the documentation for building permit and documentation for the construction of the building, which is based on a previously elaborated study under the subject AG33 - Production Structures. This is a project of the carcentre Volkswagen Group in Brno-Zábrdovice. The assigned building site is located on a flat land and is bordered by the streets Cejl, Jana Svobody, blocks of flats and the river Svitava. The carcentre consists of three functional units - a showroom, a spare parts shop and a garage. Within the framework of the bachelor thesis, a showroom was developed. Compared to the garage it is architecturally more interesting because it is used for the exhibition of VW group cars and it should be interesting for passers-by. At the same time there is a warehouse of the spare parts because of the direct contact of the goods with the showroom and the garage. The object is hallway type, two-storey, non-cellar. There are a passenger lift and a car lift for the exhibition of cars on the 2nd floor. The supporting structure is a steel framing, supplemented with reinforcing elements. The skeleton is based on reinforced concrete beads and interlocked piles due to unstable subsoil. The building is covered with a single-layer flat roof, which is carried by steel girder beams. The casing is made up of Kingspan facade panels, fitted with a perforated stainless steel plate. From the south side (Cejl Street), the facade is made up of a Schüco glass facade system.

The designed building is situated in district Brno-Zábrdovice. The plot is situated on mostly flat land between the streets Cejl, Jana Svobody, Husovická and on the eastern side plot defines the river Svitava. The object of car centre consists of four buildings volumes which are mutually dilatated and meet the requirements of the operations of car centre. The structures is based on simple foundation pads combined with drilling piles and interconnection with strips all from reinforced concrete. Vertical structures consist of steel columns, shear concrete walls, Kingspan panelings and the Schüco glass facade system. Horizontal structures consist of steel straight trusses, bearing trapezoidal sheets coupled with a concrete layer and rolled IPE beams. The roofing of the buildings are designed as warm, non-walkable flat roofs, drained by internal rainwater drainages. In the showroom pipes are hidden inside steel colums that are covered with stainless steel sheets with polished surfaces. The integrity of four objects in one unit is achieved by repeating the same visual elements and on the contrary the readability of individual buildings is evident by gradation of individual volumes and their clear

A goal of this thesis is elaborating of a project documentation which is consisted of a building permit documentation in a scale 1:100 and a construction documentation in a scale 1:50. This thesis is based on architectural study elaborated within the course AG35. To this purpose a circular floor plan has provided the best viewings inside the building from several points of view. A form of the showroom is a cylinder which is partially covered by white fabric shades. The whole structural system of the showroom is formed by steel columns with a reinforced concrete wall. A roof construction is made up by steel trusses.

Nasanovich, Anastasiia ; Král, Petr (advisor) ; Zlatić, Marija (referee)
Abstract Crisis managers believe in the value of a favourable, pre-crisis reputation. The prior reputation can protect an organization during the crisis. This thesis focuses on consumers perception and attitude when finding out that they were unwillingly participating in Volkswagen Dieselgate. The research also investigates whether the brand attachment is a moderator of consumer purchase intention when a company has received widespread negative media exposure. To gain the deep understanding of customers perception of the Volkswagen brand after Dieselgate, in-depth interview research method was used. The interview was held with 26 participants from European countries. Finally, discussions, recommendations, and limitations of findings are presented.
