Electronic information crime
Paukertová, Veronika ; Papík, Richard (advisor) ; Souček, Martin (referee)
Tématem diplomové práce je elektronická informační kriminalita (EIK) - fenomén dnešní doby. Cílem textu je popis a analýza daných jevu, patřičných technologických, legislativních a organizačních opatření. Úvodní kapitola podává poměrně obsáhlé informace o historickém vývoji, konceptualizaci a pachatelích EIK.

Tje evolution of television and its audience
Pěničková, Barbora ; Řehořová, Irena (advisor) ; Svoboda, Aleš (referee)
The diploma thesis will be devoted to the theme of traditional and new media, that are becoming dominates the media world and an important part of everyday life. The text aims to introduce television as a medium that is constantly evolving, as well as the and its audience. Based on this assumption, we will examine television from the perspective of several main media theorists. In fact, there are several basically different views on this medium and its audience. Especially older writers such as Pierre Bourdieu, Neil Postman, Jeremy Orlebar or Guy Debord, have become accustomed to television and the overall medial platform as manipulative and television audience passive. On the other hand, there are also several authors, who see media in progress, digitization and the emergence of new media as new possibilities. We are talking about Pierre Levy, Don Tapscott and Axel Bruns. Between the two opposites are still moving Stuart Hall and John Fiske. Special attention will be devoted to the issue of the gradual development of television as a medium and its audience. Television is in fact considered as one of the traditional (old) media, however, it is changing with technological developments and respond to innovation. I will try to answer the question of what television as we know it today, uses of old and...

A Language-based Analysis of the newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung
Baxová, Barbora ; Podhajská, Eva (advisor) ; Bučková, Tamara (referee)
Jazyková analýze deníku "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung" byla prováděna na rovině slova, věty a stylu. K této analýze byly vybrány tři výtisky deníku s daty: 11. ledna, 27. června a 19. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

On Supervision of Financial Markets by Czech National Bank : (focused on Consumer Protection in the Financial Markets)
Skácelík, David ; Marková, Hana (advisor) ; Kohajda, Michael (referee) ; Švarc, Zbyněk (referee)
1 On Supervision of Financial Markets by Czech National Bank (focused on Consumer Protection in the Financial Markets) This work deals with the consumer protection in the financial markets in the Czech Republic. The opening part of this thesis briefly describes the situation in Czech(oslovak) legislation before 1989. The governing system was not at that time conducive to significant economic activity and the scope of financial markets was limited. As a consequence, legislated protection of market participants had not to be extensive. Need for consumer protection increased after the then-prevailing economic model had been changed into the current market-oriented model. The expansion of economic activities, including the development in the financial markets, necessitated simultaneous passing of updated law more suited for the new social circumstances. Owing to the preparation of the Czech Republic's entry into the European Economic Community at that time, it was necessary to harmonize the new Czech law with the laws of the Community. Besides the change of the "Code civil" as a basic regulation of private law, new specific regulations have been passed - for example the Consumer Protection Act or the Consumer Credit Act. In connection with the formation of capital markets, it become necessary to issue entirely...

The objective of this thesis is to create system for automated processing of the video lectures. There are two main parts in this thesis. Bash Framework, which is created from several separated atomic tasks. At the beginning we have a simple video prepared for processing. When it is processed, there are added intro part, subtitles and synchronized presentation. Second part of this thesis is a web application. It is designated for playing, editing and creating videos. Further it provides process management of created framework and whole system administration.

Complex Scene Rendering on Mobile Devices
Matýšek, Michal ; Polok, Lukáš (referee) ; Kajan, Rudolf (advisor)
This thesis presents optimization techniques for efficient rendering of complex scenes on mobile devices. The introductory part of the text describes Unity game engine and the topic of mobile game development using this tool. Then follows a presentation of important optimization principles and methods for terrain rendering, large scale rendering of animated objects, rendering of animated water surfaces and of other elements in the scenes. The described methods include both general principles of optimization and specific optimization approaches based on the features of Unity game engine. The implementation of presented methods is described and used in practice in the context of mobile strategy game development.

Absorption heat pumps for small applications
Pejcl, Jiří ; Novotný, Jan (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor work is focused on absorption heat pumps for small applications. The aim of this work is to compile the basic differences between compression heat pumps and absorption heat pums. And also to propose the system with absorption heat pump, which is energeticly classified in the end of the work. In the opening part there is the constructional description of these heat pumps, there are explained basic principles of these mechanisms. Then you will find the comparison of absorption heat pumps and compression heat pumps. Next fraction is concerned with design of the system with absorption heat pump. There is the system with absorption unit designed - this unit enables to heat and to cool. And also with solar system, which will support the heating process of supply water. Final part is applied to energetic evaluation of designed system, for purpose of this evaluation are made basic counts of required energy.

The fate of the Roma in Czechoslovakia between 1918 - 1945 from the point of view of the settlement Bohusoudov destruction.
HAVLÍK, Vladimír

The enclosure of the thesis offers a set of preserved texts from Bohusoudov and a nominal list of victims from the settlement.

Optimization of Culture Medium for HEK293 Cell Line
Čuperková, Romana ; Vaněk, Ondřej (advisor) ; Šácha, Pavel (referee)
HEK293 is a human cell line derived from embryonic kidney cells and is a frequently used system for the production of recombinant proteins. This work dealt with optimization of the composition of serum-free medium for HEK293S and HEK293T cell lines as a compensation for expensive commercial media. The growth of culture and expression of reporter proteins SEAP and GFP was monitored as the markers. I managed to create a new medium which contained, among other compounds, insulin (1 mg/l), transferrin (5 mg/l) and a mixture of trace elements. During the cultivation in a mixture of commercial medium EX CELL 293 with my new medium 293S cells grew faster than during the cultivation in commercial media (doubling time 20,47 ± 2,68 hours (srel = 13,1 %)). It seems that the new medium is suitable for transfection of HEK293 cell lines with a relatively high expression of recombinant proteins. Transfection ratio of DNA:PEI (w/w) for this medium is 1:2 to 1:3.
