Equine-assisted therapy in the Czech Republic. Investigation of organizations engaged in equine-assisted therapy aiming at organization, theory and practice

Cílem této práce je provedení pilotního šetření v organizacích, jež se prakticky zabývají léčebným pedagogicko-psychologickým ježděním (LPPJ) v ČR. Představuje léčebné pedagogicko-psychologické ježdění jako metodu využitelnou v rámci ucelené rehabilitace a zamýšlí se nad rolí, kterou by v této oblasti mohl zaujímat sociální pracovník. Pro bližší nastínění metody je část práce věnována jejímu historickému vývoji, legislativnímu rámci a faktorům působícím v LPPJ, které pak ilustruje na využití metody u vybraných skupin klientů. Jsou specifikovány i požadavky na pracovníky a na nutné zázemí. Předmětem praktické části je samotné šetření v organizacích provozujících LPPJ. Zaměřuje se na zmapování současné situace v těchto zařízeních jak po stránce organizační, tak po stránce personálního zajištění a konkrétní praxe. Tato práce vychází z předpokladu, že v praxi se organizace i samotní terapeuti LPPJ potýkají s mnohými problémy. Zvláštní pozornost je tedy věnována jejich identifikaci a nástinu možných řešení. Pro zjištění potřebných informací jsem použila dvou typů dotazníků, které byly za tímto účelem zkonstruovány. The Influence of the Basic Training of Soldiers on the Growth of their Physical Performance

Title: The Influence of the Basic Training of Soldiers on the Growth of Their Physical Performance Aim: The purpose of this work is to find out and verify in practice whether the basic training in the Armed Forces influences favourably the growth ofphysical performance, and to suggest possible changes in the system of the basic military training that lead to increase its efficiency. Method: The objects of the monitoring were the basic somatic indicators (height, weight and BMI) and tests of physical performance (running for 12 minutes, free style swimming for 300 metres, sít ups in 1 minute, push ups in 30 seconds, repeated pull-ups and ajumping- acrobatic exercise). During the basic training, the soldiers were tested by a test battery, which combines six motoric tests used in annual physical testing. The results of all individua! tests were processed statistically and further analyzed. Results: The research has showed that a three-month basic training influences positively the growth of the physical performance of soldiers. I have noticed an increase of physical performance, even though the basic rules of sports training theory conceming the nutrition, hygiene, regeneration and recuperation had not been kept. Naming rights of stadiums and arenas

My diploma thesis deals with one of the incomes of sports arenas and stadiums, which is known as naming rights. This term means the cooperation between the owner of sports facilities with private companies, which pay the fee for hiring the name of stadium or arena. In the first part I explain what the naming rights are and I refer also about other stadium's and arena's incomes. In further chapters I analyze the top football and hockey leagues in sports and economically developed countries all over the world. The survey follows. It covers the naming rights situation in the Czech Republic. Based on the results of the survey I compare naming rights in the Czech Republic and in the analyzed countries.

Závěr Na závěr této práce lze vzhledem k výše uvedeným zjištěním konstatovat, že Česká republika má moderní autorskoprávní kodex, který flexibilně reaguje na nové rozvíjející se technologie a v souladu s příslušnými mezinárodními smlouvami a komunitární úpravou poskytuje ochranu osobám, jejichž autorská práva byla na internetu zneužita. Vzhledem k tomu, že česká právní úprava týkající se zejména odpovědnosti providerů je poměrně mladá, chybí zde významná judikatura, která by (byť nezávazně) umožnila orientaci v příslušných zákonech tam, kde lze výkladem dojít k více řešením. Dle mého názoru je třeba do budoucna v rámci autorského zákona vyřešit problematiku osiřelých děl, aby bylo možné buď co nejefektivněji zjistit autora díla nebo dílo prohlásit za osiřelé a tím umožnit jeho zákonné šíření v digitální podobě na internetu. Touto problematikou se již, jak bylo uvedeno v této práci, zabývají orgány Evropské unie. Vzhledem k potřebě sjednocování legislativy členských států EU i v této souvislosti pravděpodobně Česká republika převezme "evropské" řešení. S tímto tématem je spojena i problematika správy autorských práv. Compensation for damages caused by the breach of Article 81 of the Treaty establishing the European Community

99 Resumé The purpose of this work is to provide its readers with comprehensive legal analysis of possibilities and limits of practical enforcement of the European Communities' (the "EC") antitrust rules through the damage actions for infringement of Article 81 of the Treaty Establishing the European Community (the "Treaty"). The work should, in broader context, contribute to the current discussion about the implementation and future development of so-called private enforcement of EC competition rules. Given the complexity of its subject-matter, the work was structured into several chapters, which are logically linked to each other. At the outset, the elementary characteristics of the collusive practices falling within the prohibition of Article 81 of the Treaty were briefly analyzed. The main purpose of such analysis was to draw attention to certain issues, which may arise in connection with attempts to define the prohibited conduct under Article 81 of the Treaty. Corintian order and its reflections in Prague post-medieval architecture

Ve své práci jsem se pokusila co nejkomplexněji zpracovat výskyt korintského řádu v novodobé pražské architektuře. Není to téma týkající se přímo klasické archeologie, ale pojednává o vlivu antických tradic v novověké pražské architektuře. Zdá se mi tak blízké vzhledem k tomu, že je součástí prostoru, ve kterém se všichni pohybujeme a které důvěrně známe. Tím by mohla být tato práce jistým způsobem zajímavá pro většinu z nás. Materiál jsem řadila chronologicky a ve vzniklých sekcích dále podle tvůrců objektů. Nejedná se samozřejmě o úplný výčet, ale spíše o pokus prezentovat všechny možné typy budov ovlivněných korintským řádem. V Řecku byl korintský řád v klasickém období používán převážně v interiéru1, rozmáhat se začal až v helénizmu2 a největšího rozkvětu dosáhl v římském císařství. Většina níže uvedených staveb je sakrálního původu, ale můžeme najít i obytné domy a např. také morové sloupy či veřejné osvětlení. Velkou část výskytu tvoří fenomén tzv. paláce3. Ve všech uvedených typech staveb většinou nemůžeme mluvit o výskytu vytříbeného korintského řádu v podobě, jejíž popis nám po sobě zanechal Vitruvius (a který uvádím na začátku své práce). Jedná se spíše jen o inspiraci tímto řádem. Velké množství hlavic je mírně odlišné a později typologicky řazeno v rámci daných slohů pod jiná upřesňující...

Methodology of hop protection against hop flea (Psylliodes attenuatus Koch)

Metodika ochrany chmele proti dřepčíku chmelovému (Psylliodes attenuatus Koch) poskytuje informace týkající se detailního popisu jednotlivých vývojových stádií tohoto škůdce. Vedle dřepčíka chmelového zde jsou zobrazeny a stručně popsány i další druhy dřepčíků fakultativně se vyskytující na chmelu. Ekonomicky významnou škodu může způsobit jarní generace, pro jejíž škodlivost byla zpracována stupnice dle jednotlivých stupňů napadení. Ochranný zásah je doporučeno provádět při dosažení středně silného napadení (5-10% poškození listové plochy). Optimální termín ošetření se shoduje s dobou hromadného výlezu a může se lišit v závislosti na počasí. Vysoký standard biologické účinnosti potvrdil lambda-cyhalothrin (Karate 5 CS) v 0,05% konc., tj.dávce 0,5 l/ha v 1000 l aplikační tekutiny z důvodu pouze kontaktního účinku. Tento přípravek je metodicky doporučován pro ochranu chmele proti tomuto škůdci i vzhledem k tomu, že splňuje exportní podmínky pro vývoz chmele ošetřeného tímto přípravkem.

This thesis deals with legislation and public lighting. Furthermore, this topic is closely related to describing the characteristics of lighting and hygiene levels in comparison with the IEC standards. The work focuses on theoretical training, follow-field measurement and analysis of data obtained. The paper discussed aspects related to the light, physiology of vision and optical comfort. Outdoor lighting and its technical characteristics. Brief description of standards and their use in planning practical measurement of public lighting. A substantial part of the work is focused on graphical analysis of values and their comparison with the standard.

This thesis on the topic of criminal aspects of Child Abuse is trying comprehensively to introduce the issue of child abuse primarily in association with CAN Syndrome. Child abuse is very dangerous social phenomenon, mainly because the victim is child who is considered to be defenceless and trusting being. The Child Abuse and Neglect Syndrome has several forms of abuse and that is what makes it even harder to discover and early intercept not just for uninitiated society but even for specialists. The expert knowledge of this issue is still behind to where it should be. That also reflects on the legislation. Even though it is trying to deal with this problem there are still certain shortcomings, which should be improved. This thesis is divided into sex chapters. First chapter concentrates on the term CAN Syndrome itself and on his evolution. It also includes statistics on victims of different forms of CAN Syndrome. Second chapter contains single types of child abuse and forms in which they can be manifested and observed by the environment.
