LUDVÍKOVÁ, Kristýna
The title of the submitted bachelor{\crq}s thesis is: Ethic of the workday in medical facilities. This thesis clarifies the reality of the nursing as well as health care provided by nurses and physicians to patients in the aspect of observing the basic ethical standards and regulations. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with ethical concepts generally, moreover it explains the changes of paternalism in the partnership as way of meeting physicians with patients. The characterisation of the primary and well as secondary topics of the medical ethics follows. After this, the theoretical part is focused on the secondary topics of the medical ethics, i.e. ethics of the {\clqq}workday`` for all the helping professions. Attention in the bachelor{\crq}s work is devoted also to conditions of the ethical behaviour in the usual medical practice, e.g. respect to the ill person (client), assuring the maximum benefit for the client, protection of the ill person from the so-called dehumanisation of the medicine and mutual trust. The treatise aims, based on the research in the selected departments of the Hospital České Budějovice a.s. and in private medical offices of general practitioners at characterising the satisfaction of the patients with the ethical attitude on the usual day of the medical staff (physicians as well as nurses). The postulated hypothesis is that the patients complain about the ethical attitude of the physicians and nurses in the departments of hospitals more than in the private medical offices and this hypothesis was confirmed. The research was performed in 4 wards of the Hospital České Budějovice a.s.: surgical, nerve, women and internal ward and in 3 private medical offices of general practitioners for adults in České Budějovice. As research method, the method of questioning was applied, the technique of the information collection was the questionnaire. The information acquired from patients was processed manually, by the line method and basic statistics. The graphic representation was performed by means of the sector and column diagrams in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word programs. In the discussion, the results are compared with the professional literature and the work hypotheses are evaluated. In the end, the own opinions on the given issue as well as recommendation for practice are stated.

Burešová, Bohumila ; Žofková, Hana (advisor) ; Trousilová, Eva (referee) ; Váňová, Miroslava (referee)
Russian as a Second Foreign Language on the Basis of French The didactics of the FL2 (second foreign language) is a new part of the didactics which is issued from the didactics of foreign languages. It is predominantly focused on the use of comparative method and on the cognition of the teaching process as the didactics of FL2 is based on the fact that students learning FL2 already have some experience with FL1 (first foreign language). In fact, the didactics of the FL2 should always be understood as triangle of mutual relations among ML (mother language) - FL1 - FL2. When comparing French and Russian, the interface of these languages is mainly constituted in the vocabulary and the socio-cultural part of the communicative competence. And thus teachers should be sensitive to the areas of the socio-cultural competence which students are familiar with and which they aren't. KEY WORDS (klíčová slova) mother language, first foreing language (FL1), second foreign language (FL2), positive and negative relations between FL1 and FL2, vocabulary, socio-cultural part of the communicative competence

Against Masaryk's Republic - Monarchism as an Ideology of Part of Czech Catholic Intelectuals in Mid-War Period
Rychtar, Jakub ; Kučera, Jan (advisor) ; Kučera, Rudolf (referee)
The thesis deals with political aspects of the situation of the Polish minority in the contemporary Republic of Lithuania. Basis and practice of the Lithuanian ethnic and language policy, relevant sociodemographic features of the Polish minority, and their interaction within the political system, as manifested by the patterns of Polish minority mobilization and representation in the political structures, are successively analyzed in mutual cohesion. A study of the political dimension of the Lithuanian Poles' and the Polish kin-state's interrelationship together with a brief comparison of their situation with kin minorities in Belarus and Ukraine contextualize the analysis. In spite of both comparatively very good endogenous resources and the formally non-discriminatory political practice of the Lithuanian state, the thesis documents Polish minority's underrepresentation within the political system, as caused by the political opportunity structures. Aggregation and articulation of Polish minority interests in contemporary Lithuania fully comply with conventional patterns in institutionalized democracies. However, the findings of the thesis contradict the presumption of eventual weakening of the Lithuanian-Polish ethnic cleavage within the political system, and, more to the contrary, point to proofs of actual...

Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe and its Place in Russian Foreign and Security Policies
Jančárková, Taťána ; Litera, Bohuslav (advisor) ; Šír, Jan (referee)
The master thesis analyses mutual relations of Russia and the OSCE in the context of post-Cold War European security. It first briefly introduces the main concepts and principles of international security to subsequently analyse the parallel developments of Russian foreign and security policies and of the OSCE, with particular focus on Russian criticism of the Organisation and on interests of other stakeholders. The study admits Russia's vested interests in the OSCE and a gradual weakening of the latter's importance for Russia; it argues, however, that the OSCE indeed suffers from structural deficiencies as well as from pursuit of own agendas by other participating states. The paper eventually confirms the initial hypothesis suggesting that the OSCE still represents a relevant forum of which Russia recognises the potential.
