Factors Influencing Job Satisfaction in the Selected Organization

At the present time, most of employers realize, how important motivation of employees is and consequently their job satiscaction. Motivation has an extraordinary influence on quality of done job and the overall results in the company. Good job motivation through motivational factors may lead to quality results and high performance of employees, which may bring a huge competitive advantage to the company. On contrary, poor job motivation may impair economic results, and therefore it is very important for employers to pay close attention to this subject. The main objective of this work is to determine the level of job satisfaction of employees of selected company, identify problem sections and suggest solutions, that could improve the job motivation of employees. In the first part the theoretical solutions are compiled on the studied literature. The second part of the bachelor thesis further describes company dm drogerie markt and also here are processed results of the questionnaire inquiry. From the compiled results were made sugestions for improving current situation in the company.

Differenciation strategy of brands Král Sýrů and Sedlčanský

This diploma thesis aims at strategic strategic differentiation of two brands. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the current marketing strategy of the brands that are competitive to each other in the category of white mold cheese. The brands have a common owner. They facing a continuous decline in market share. At the same time, the whole category of white mold cheese is growing. The thesis is divided into two parts.In the first part,there are described theoretical approaches of creating marketing strategy, brand management, brand differentiation and market segmentation. It contains various concepts of shaping marketing strategies and their realization. In the second part, there is an analysis of the brands, the market situation and the consumer behavior. In the final part, the author proposes recommendations of the future marketing strategy.

Set of Problems connected with Household Indebtedness at Economic Crisis Time

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of indebtedness of households (individuals) in a time of economic crisis. The theoretical part devotes attention to emergence of the economic crisis. Furthermore, I focus on how this crisis spread in the Czech Republic and what measures our country has taken to overcome the crisis. I will compare the situation in Slovakia and also I will make the comparison with the states of the European Union. I pointed out the main motivations which are the most common reasons leads to debts and the structure of the debts. I realized which financial institutions operate on the Czech market, and I introduced here overview of debt. In the thesis is also mentioned, what the risks are in the event of default and the ways off the situation. The practical part analyzes the development of household indebtedness and to try to discover the causes of indebtedness, which caused the increasing of interest in family grants, loans and mortgages.

The impact of realization investment on company management

The subject of the thesis is evaluation of a biogas station activity and its impact on the entire economy. The theoretical part describes the basics of biogas station functioning and legislation to construct and operate biogas station. Then it focuses on investment theory where basic methods of evaluation of economy efficiency and chosen ratio indexes of financial analysis for company´s evaluation are summerized. In practical part, the methods analyzed in the theoretical part are employed for specific details found in AGROSPOL STARÝ PELHŘIMOV Inc. The outcome of the thesis is a complex summary of impacts of a biogas station construction. Key words: biogas plant, company´s economy, economic efficiency of investment.

The male and female identity in contemporary society with focus on advertising

This thesis deals with male and female identity in contemporary society, with narrower focus on its presentation in television commercials. The aim of the work is the realization of content analysis, aiming at depicting the characters of men and women in television commercials. Theoretical part of the thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter describes the general theoretical basis of this thesis. The second and third chapter deals with the specifics of male and female identity. The fourth chapter describes the research method of content analysis and presents the objectives and research hypotheses. The analytical part of the work examines the representation of men and women in television commercials at two levels - at the level of main characters, and at the level of commercials. The final part of the analytical part interprets the research results of analysis.

Specific aspects of services of chosen lodging facility in Corsica

The main focus of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the services provided by a chosen lodging facility. A 3* camping in Corsica was chosen for further analysis. The main target is to provide a profound operational research of services, assess their quality and competition and offer further enhancements. The paper is composed of a theoretical and a practical part. For the theoretical part the method of knowledge compilation and following comparation was chosen. It offers definitions of main terms used in the paper and the position of Corsica in terms of French tourism. The practical part focuses on close analysis of La Morsetta camping and its services. On the grounds of personal practical experience the paper offers SWOT analysis, proposes enhancements of weaknesses and lowering of threats.

Media Influence on Behavioral Aspects of Individuals in the Time of Economic Growth and Decrease

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the investigation of media influence on Behavioral Aspects of Individuals in the time of economic growth and decrease. The theoretical part deals with related economic issues, functioning of mass media and a methods of interfernce used by mass media institutes. The practical part continues into the findings of the theoretical part, its goal is, by distributing a questionnaire, finding the level of mass media influence and how the individuals percieve mass media. In the last part of this bachelor thesis are summerized practical recommendations for increasing the public awareness on this very topic.

Technical Analysis

The main goal of the thesis "Technical analysis" is to analyze the issue of technical analysis itself, more specifically the CAMP model, which deals with optimizing the portfolio, then design a program to calculate it (generate the required results). This analysis corresponds to the structure of the thesis, while in the beginning of the work are mentioned an important theoretical basis. There is described the financial system, financial and capital markets in connection to the Burza cenných papírů Praha, a.s. and other major capital markets. In addition, I discuss the methodology of technical analysis, CAMP model and the source code and the description of Visual Basic. Then I use this methodology in practice and focus on the goal of the work. Finally I analyze the options, benefits as well as weaknesses of the CAMP model and my program in the Czech capital market conditions.

Outdoor activities as the means of integration of persons after spinal cord injury

Title: Outdoor activities as a means of integrating people after spinal cord injury Object: The research work related to a young man after spinal cord injury with a current diagnosis quadriplegia. Aim: To prepare a theoretical basis for follow-up and verify the thesis positive impact of outdoor activities to integrate persons after spinal cord injury. Method: To meet the targets was used analysis of personal documents and two different structured interviews with open questions. Results: The expected positive effect of outdoor activities on the process of integration of the spinal cord injury in this case was confirmed. Reintegration client to camp program has led to support the process of dealing with injury and also had a positive effect to increase its efforts to actively address the consequences of injury. Using of heart rate monitors in fitness training in soccer

3 ABSTRACT Title: Using of heart rate monitors in fitness training in soccer Compiled by: Lenka Musílková Supervisor: Mgr. Ales Kaplan, Ph.D. Introduction to the problem: Fitness training is an important part of every sport branch. However, to yield adequate results, it is necessary to continuously monitor and evaluate the records of each training unit. This thesis should provide new information on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the training process using measurable parameters of the load. Aim: To follow up the theoretical basis for measuring heart rate of the Romana Klimovicova thesis. The main aim is alert to the possibility of evaluating the intensity of load in selected training units in pre-term summer and winter for deliberately selected league football team. So will the data gathered from heart rate monitors at selected soccer team and evaluate the effectiveness of these individual workouts with a few selected parameters. Methods: Review of literature relating to the processing of fitness training in sports games and soccer. Recording trainings with heart rate monitors in practice and introduce examples of evaluation of effectiveness of these trainings.
