Šenkeřík, David ; Bulej, Lubomír (referee) ; Bureš, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis investigates the deployment modeling in the scope of Progress, a research vision that aims to tackle the increasing complexity of embedded software systems by adopting a software-component approach. The rst phase of the Progress deployment process, which is in the focus of this thesis, de nes virtual nodes architecture as an abstraction of target platform devices where components are allocated. Based on the Progress development process analysis, the thesis identi es concerns that need to be addressed by the ProCom component model to support the concepts of virtual nodes and allocation, proposes the extension of the ProCom meta-model and the design of allocation in general. The thesis also provides an implementation of a tool support incorporated into the Eclipse application that forms the basis of the Progress IDE. The implementation, whose main goals are to prove the correctness of the ideas and alleviate the deployment in the IDE, integrates rich graphical editors that support the modeling of virtual platform and allocation of components.

At least once within the lifespan troubles these disease more than 75% women. Five to 10% percent of female population in the fertile age has repeated attacks of colpitis. This study involved university students (n = 145). Incidence of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC) like dyscomfort in was 11%. The RVVC group involved women, who reported 4 and more episodes of vulvar dyscomfort (itching, swelling, burning or discharge) in the last year or in at least in one of last four years. The control group represented 42 women (28, 9%) with no history of any symptoms mentioned above. By evaluation of the questionnaire we have described number of factors, which increase risk of RVVC, these are primarily: diet high in sugar, continuous use of panty-liners in time outside of menses, taking a long hot shower, wearing tight trousers, smoking of cigarettes, higher number of sexual partners, shaving of pubic hair for the most part, higher frequency of sexual intercourses, non-coital sexual...

Estrogens in environment, their impact on male fertility
Daniel, Michal ; Heráček, Jiří (advisor)
Build-up of estrogen and other endocrine disruptors in our habitat has been recently an issue widely debated not only amongst health professionals but also by main stream media. Their impact on wild animals has been observed and documented for some time now and several studies on rodents and other mammals have demonstrated a highly probable connection between exposure in early stages of development to endocrine disrupting chemicals and abnormal sexual maturation of males (hypospadia, cryptorchism), as well as impaired male reproductive functions. Epidemiological studies have been claiming significant drop in sperm count and quality of spermatozoa in last several decades, increased incidence of testicular cancer, which is being among other causes attributed also to pooling of endocrine disruptors in the environment. This reasoning brings a lot of controversy since the respective chemicals are by-products of substances commonly used in agriculture and industry and replacing them is expensive and logistically challenging. It is also quite difficult to determine and quantify the long term effects of specific chemicals on human body since the population is being exposed to not just one substance but to a whole cocktail of them and the symptomatology is subjected to age, length of the exposure, quantity of the...

The subsequent part of the process of liquidation of an insured event - the liquidation of damages to health and property are at the heart of this work. Písačková, Kateřina ; Hájek, Roman (advisor) ; Krobová, Tereza (referee)
This master thesis deals with the phenomenon of journals published by local municipalities, defined in a recent amendment to the Press Act in the legal order of the Czech Republic as "journals of territorial administrative units". According to the press law the purpose of these journals is to deliver information about the self- governing unit while providing adequate space for presenting opinions and views of all ideological spectrum of the local council. These journals were recently criticized for being abused by the ruling political representation and being misused as a form of political PR rather than an independent news platform. My research is focused on their gradual professionalization that was recently encouraged by the changes in the Czech law. The research is based on a survey of editors of these journals. In the survey I investigated the background of the content production of these journals, various aspects of their organization, details about staff editors and their reflection on the topic, as well as control mechanisms that are set to ensure the statutory requirements of objectivity and impartiality. In addition to the survey, I also present a brief case study of the Hobulet magazine, published in the Prague 7 district, which is considered to be a progressive example of the genre. The...

Consumers´ Law Protection in Medicine
Doležalová, Zuzana ; Horová, Olga (advisor) ; Doležal, Tomáš (referee)
The work focuses on consumer's problems in medicine, pacients's compensation and malpractice in practices. First part of this diploma work content theoretical part which shows the law system of compensation, fault and non -- fault liability in the Czech Republic. Health compensation is being huge and very expencive these days specially in the states of western Europe and USA. That is why the part of the work compares the law rules and system between Czech Republic, Germany and France. Because New Zealand has very unusual non -- fault system and the burden of proof doesn't bear the pacient but the hospital the comparision was made also with this country. This issue is also very interesting from the economic point of view. The whole analyses agrees on hypothesis: Consumers'law protection in medicin is comparable with EU and satisfactory.
