Robotic table footbal
Hlavinka, Radek ; Blaha, Petr (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with Robotic table football constructed by B&R. Some shortcommings of current state of game strategy and axis controll are pinted out and corrections are suggests.
Control integrated system for workpiece recognition
Vostřel, Tomáš ; Blaha, Petr (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the usage of integrated machine vision by B&R, Smart Sensor, for metal rectangular-shaped workpiece recognition and position determinition. The description of the usage of machine vision in the industry is made, the solution concept is created and the program and the user visualisation implemented. The main outcome of this work is the VITemplate library which can be used in combination with the model-based Blob analysis implemented in Smart Sensor to control the robotic arm to successfully grab all the workpieces on the belt.
Web control system for textile machine
Balázsy, František ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of web control application for textile machine. It consists of an HMI application based on the VueJS and Electron frameworks which communicates with the B&R PLC using the OPC UA protocol. For programming and production management uses MES microservice based on web realtime API. After it deals with deploying the application to a Linux station with kiosk configuration. The whole stack is implemented using JavaScript programming language and open-source software resources exclusively.
PLC systems in education process
Král, Radek ; Ctibor, Jiří (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with programmable logic controllers for teaching. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the basic programming languages as well as their resolution with graphical preview. The second chapter deals with programming environment GX Works2 from Mitsubishi Electric. Chapters three and four describe the SoMachine programming environment from Schneider Electric and Automation Studio from B&R. The fifth chapter of this bachelor thesis compares individual programming environments from the perspective of a common user. Nine laboratory tasks are proposed in the final part. For each lab task, a lab tutorial is created, and for most, an example of a logical program and visualizations.
Design and implementation of tutorials for PLC B&R Automation
Vymazal, Aleš ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Lang, Stanislav (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the company B&R and its technologies. The text contains a tutorial for the Automation Studio development environment and a brief comparison of all programming languages available in Automation Studio. A larger automation task was implemented in the C programming language and tested on B&R PLC X20 CP 1485.
Design and realization of a new laboratory exercise with PLC B&R Automation
Cejpek, Zdeněk ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Lang, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is concerned with designing of a laboratory task primary dedicated for the course „Advanced control methods“, which for the education uses the instruments of company B&R Automation. From possible aproaches chooses modeling of dynamic systems using analog electrical circuits. Those circuits are realized in modular manner, in order to allow building models of various systems. The thesis also includes a desing of proper casing, which simplifies the manipulation by building of the systems. Using designed prototype modules, a model of a separately excited DC motor was built. This model is used for realization of the laboratory task, for which is provided a short manual including some basic program for Automation Studio. The thesis also briefly introduces the company B&R, it´s products and a PLC configuration used in courses „Advanced control methods“.
Control of model smart house
Běloušek, Petr ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with control of smart houses. The second chapter contains acquaintance with current model of smart house, PLC and programming enviroment from B&R company. The last chapter is devoted to projecting of heating control and shade system control.
Model robotic table soccer
Bubeník, Ľubomír ; Dokoupil, Jakub (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of lighting scenes for the robotic table football. It consists mainly of analysis of what are the lighting options and selecting the most appropriate. It also deals with creating algorithm that can detect the position of the ball at the board of table football with great reliability and with approaching to real time. Thesis also includes data processing from the camera in the system PLC.
Robotic Table Football
Mareček, Petr ; Matoušek, Radomil (referee) ; Lang, Stanislav (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of robotic table football with the realization of the construction and control a single axis of table football. In introduction are described previously developed solutions. Next chapters contain a selection of specific gaming table and specification of linear, rotary motor. There are presented design visions with the placement of selected component together with proposal location of sensor system for ball detection. In the end of design section is specification and solution of placement safety features. The programming part of the thesis involves the implementation of a communication interface for data processing from the control algorithm of robotic table football.
Communication between B&R PLC and PC
Šlichta, Pavol ; Lebeda, Aleš (referee) ; Burlak, Vladimír (advisor)
Objective of this thesis is to examine the software support for company B&R and creation of functions that handle input and output for the PLC. At first we look at basic communication techniques for the PLC. Important part of the thesis describes PVI which is esential for connecting the client. The main goal of the thesis is to implement these functions in Simulink/NI LabView. Functionality of this solution is showcased in the example at the end of the thesis.
