Woman in Israel and in the Neighbouring Countries
Kryczka, Katarzyna ; Hřebík, Josef (advisor) ; Brož, Jaroslav (referee)
Anglická anotace The focus of my baccalaureate thesis is an issue of marriage and family in Israel in the times described in the Old Testament. The role of a woman-mother was very special in that era. My work includes also descriptions of roles for women from the neighboring countries. In my opinion, women fulfill a very special and irreplaceable role in every culture throughout the centuries. Mature woman through her love and honesty creates a home filled with warmth and safety. In our times false feminism proclaims that women have the same rights as men, but robes them from their femininity and motherhood. I would like to point out that even though women in the Old Testament were assigned the second place they were happy, interested in life and had respect among the members of society. Therefore, I would like to present women form different groups of society starting with the slaves and ending with the queen. The interest in their religious practices, approach to raising a family and teaching the children will be a focus of my presentation.

Zeman, Josef ; Vencovský, Filip (advisor) ; Bruckner, Tomáš (referee)
This bachelor thesis aims to find the linkage between the characterstics of thumbnails and the the number of views on YouTube that might help the authors to increase popularity of their videos. The goal is to find these characteristics and support the results through statistical methods. Theoretical part is focused on YouTube functionality, evolution, methods of view counting as well as the general theory how to make thumbnails more attractive. In the other half are described problems and procedures of machine image recognition and classification. The practical part is then focused on selected channel for analysis, methods of gathering and processing data. Further there are defined possible factors and characteristics of thumbnails that might influence viewership. These factors are then statistically verified. As most important factor was found the presence of logo, wattermark or any other video branding as well as the presence of people or women in the picture.

During the January and March 2010 was set up a subresearch for doctors and nurses working at the Centers and Policlinics for pain treatment. Results Based on the collected data in the group of 83 participients in the pilot study was pointed out to the lack of collected data so we could not explicitly manifest the known information about the trend of abusing prescribed opioid analgesics in combination with alcohol or other illegal drugs. Due to the low amount of the participients the output of the questionnaire couldn't be used as reliable results. Conclusions Recommendations refering to the next proceeding in case of continuing in this study. Choose of another method for qualifying data and...

The Women in the Archival Administration
Hoffmannová, Jaroslava
In the year 1892, Eliška Krásnohorská created a figure in the short story Archivářka (woman-archivist), at that time without real parallel. First woman was in the archives only from the year 1906, working as a auxiliary clerkess in the Moravian Land Archives. First female university graduate worked in the Prague Land Archives from the year 1910. Nutrition of patients on surgical departments
ČERMÁKOVÁ, Michaela
The bachelor work called the Nutrition of Patients at Surgical Wards occupies with nutrition of surgical patiens, their energetic nutrition intake and the intake of the basic nutrients during their stay in hospital, ie proteins, fats and carbohydrates. The aim of the work is to find out how many calories on average the patiens at the surgical ward consumed per day. The theoretical section is divided into two parts. In the first part there are described the basic components of food and their recommended daily intake. The second part deals with the problem of various illnesses typical at surgical wards. This part also deals with diets that are often indicated at the area of surgery. For realization of the practical part there was used the method of mixed research. The facts were gained with the help of observation and semi structured interviews. The research team was created by men and women of various age categories who were healed at the surgical ward in Pribram hospital in August 2014. For three days it was recorded how much food the patiens consumed. Then, they were interviewed. The effort was to find out the reason why the patiens had not eaten the meal or if they had not consumed their own food. On the basis of the collected facts there was made a graph (frequency of the consumed hospital food), there was made each patient´s menu using the programme Nutriservis, comparison of the food energy that the patients were given during these free days and that they really ate. Energetic values of hospital food were compared just roughly with energetic needs of an average woman and an average man. To sum up this research, it was realized that only one patient during this period was rating nutritionally rich food. Other 17 patients were not eating enough. On average, the patiens were eating 60% of recommended energy during this research. One of the reasons was the type of the respondents. The patients at the surgical ward had serious healthy problems, they did not feel well and thatsway they ate less than usually. Some patiens did not have a good appetite or they did not like the hospital meals. The next reason were the planned medical examinations and nutritionally poor food given the patiens by the hospital.

SKŘIČKOVÁ, Jitka
In this thesis is researched the phenomenon of women{\crq}s travelling on the basis of the theories of structuring of space, perception of {\clqq}the others`` and self-positioning. The attention is paid to study of noblewomen{\crq}s journeys from the Habsburg Monarchy to west of their homes in the first part of the 19th century. It is examined, by which means they could get exercise in the public space, how could they engage in it and how did they deal with perception of {\clqq}the others`` on the pages of their travel journals. The initial point is the proposition that women could not travel free on the basis of the contemporary prescriptive literature for the travellers but after all did they go on journeys above all before their marriages. Consequently it is compared the contemporary literature intended for travellers with the travel journals of several noblewomen to contribute to understanding of the phenomenon of women{\crq}s travelling that appears new in the first part of the 19th century. Within the researches of gender history and cultural anthropology is examined by the means of the study of resources dedicated to travellers the contemporary gender discourse and his implications for the everyday life on roads and the way of writing of the noblewomen{\crq}s travel journals.

Tall rings
Penk, Tomáš ; Žemlička, Jan (advisor) ; Šťovíček, Jan (referee)
Perfect and max rings are known for over fifty years. Their theory is being steadily and intensively studied. The conditions defining them are mainly interesting while studying non-noetherian modules. In this work we summarize at first basic information about rings and modules with previous knowledge requiring just in elementary level. After summing up basic results in the theory of noetherian modules we will be prepaired for the definition of tall modules and tall rings. We show then that they are a generalization of prefect and max rings in a specific way. We bring out some examples of tall and non-tall rings with accenting commutative rings. Information which we obtain we try to generalize and use for searching some necessary and some sufficient conditions with the goal to be able to say about a commutative ring if it is tall or not. At the end we point out that in case of a commutative noetherian ring they are equivalent to each other and they give together to the concept tall ring an equivalent characterization.
