Mychaylo Illyenko is an important figure of the Ukrainian cultural life: a director, screenwriter, stage manager, writer, actor, dean of The Academy of Cinematography in Kyiv (), deputy chairman of The Association of Ukrainian cinematographs, a corresponding member of The Ukrainian Academy of Arts. As the main organizer of the film festival "Open night" for young Ukrainian filmmakers he attempts to regenerate the declining industry of Ukrainian cinematography. M. Illyenko's outstanding films, such as Fuchzhou (1993) and The Seventh Route (1997), have been awarded at a number of international film festivals. The question of the being of Ukraine and of the Ukrainianess as a feeling of belonging to one's ethnic origin, as well as the question of the state of the soul of a Ukrainian is still very problematic and urgent. This is hardly surprising, as the historical development of Ukraine since long time ago to the present has been very complicated. Ukraine is still a sort of frontier zone between the East and West, North and South, the past and future. Analysis of training process in distance running events in two-year training period in years 2006-2008

ANALYSING OF TWO YEARS TRAINING MACROCYCLES (2006-2007 a 2007- 2008) RUNNER ON 1500 M Objectives: We focus on the contain of training unit, and types of endurance with respect to training sessions. We analyze special training exercises and methods in the season from the perspective of dynamic value changes and intensity workouts in that season. The main goal was to measure relationship between speed and endurance skills and evaluate their influence on the performance. Methods: In our thesis we have used the comparison analysis method of two years training cycles. We used percentage value for accurate quantifications, and qualitative analysis coming out from dividing whole running facility on general and special. We measure relationships between speed and endurance skills, and their influence on 1500 m distance. We analyze running log (OTU and STU), and following dynamic changes of these determinants. Results: We have described a training process of an advanced competitive runner in middle distance 1500 m at an efficiency level. We have found out that the general training was preferred rather than special training. Fragments of the mosaic of the society of the Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia

This graduation thesis consider The Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia period in socalled political division Sedlčany and in example of this region try sketch large and plastic 398 painting of the society of the Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia. This painting is outline through the multiple-case study, or particular case studies, which objects are concrete social subjects, that lived in this period. These cases are not described only separately. In each of them are observed collective questions, which are compared and summarized at the close. These questions are: question of freedom of each social subject, predestination of his social position and his story in connection with belonging to proffesion, interest, ethnical and other typically and specifically social group, followed by question of universal and partial changes in this period, below continuousness and discontinuousness of the German occupation epoch with previous period. It is connected with the question of specifically living conditions of this epoch. The Precocious Reader in the First Grade of Primary School

Při vstupu do 1. ročníku základní školy se u dítěte posuzuje úroveň jeho schopností z hlediska následného bezproblémového vzdělávání ve škole. Často se však při tomto procesu věnuje velká pozornost odhalení některých nedostatků a nebere se v úvahu případná rozvinutější schopnost, která může také ovlivnit školní výuku u dítěte. Z tohoto důvodu jsem se rozhodla zaměřit svou diplomovou práci na předčasné čtenáře, neboť ti patří k dětem, u nichž je dovednost čtení, která má být rozvíjena až ve školní výuce, již rozvinuta, a proto by měla být tato skutečnost brána v úvahu a následně zohledněna během školní výuky. Teoretická část této práce je nejprve věnována předškolnímu vzdělávání, neboť to pokládá základy pro další vzdělávání dětí a během něj si děti osvojují základní schopnosti a dovednosti, na které se poté ve školní výuce navazuje. Jsou zde vymezena také specifika předškolního dítěte, na nichž je předškolní vzdělávání založeno. V kapitole o předškolní přípravě dítěte na čtení je popsána problematika kolem předčasných čtenářů. Další část se zaměřuje na období přechodu dítěte do školní docházky, kde se pozornost soustřeďuje na důležité změny, které proběhnou ve způsobu života dítěte, jeho okolí i v samotné dětské osobnosti. Characteristics of demand for health insurance for foreigners

The aim is to define the characteristics of the demand for the selected financial product (health insurance for foreigners) in the Czech Republic. The first research question in this thesis is: what factors determine and affect demand for the selected financial product. Another question is: what characteristics have customers which prefer different types of health insurance. To find answers to these questions was analyzed czech market of commercial health insurance for foreigners based on secondary sources (websites of insurance companies, articles and statistics related to the topic, etc.) and based on primary sources (survey of foreigners). The result is a characteristic of supply and demand on the czech commercial health insurance market, the profiling of each customer segment, identifying current trends in demand. This work uses the following methods: analysis, synthesis, description, literary survey, questionnaire.

Metoda: Průzk:umné šetření bylo provedeno u organizacích pro sluchově postižené, na Úřadu práce hlavního města Prahy a u dotázaných sluchově postižených respondentů. Metoda průzk:umného šetření byla provedena formou dotazníku a standardizovaného, řízeného rozhovoru. V první části šetření byla položena organizacím sluchově postižených osob jediná připravená otázka. Zde byla zvolena metoda standardizovaného, řízeného rozhovoru. Ve druhé části šetření byla použita metoda nestruk:turovaného dotazníku. Úřad práce hlavního města Prahy odpovídal na čtyři otázky. Ve třetí části šetření byl použit strukturovaný dotazník. Respondenti odpovídali na dvanáct uzavřených a polozavřených otázek, jejichž součástí byly přesné instrukce k vyplnění. Care for the Vietnamese community from the perspective of both countries: Vietnam and the Czech Republic

The paper draws attention in clear propositions to the fact that the Vietnamese minority in the Czech Republic is structurally segmented society, but above all it is straddled between Vietnam and the Czech Republic. Vietnamese minority becomes a modern Central European diaspora. Given this fact, it seems that the issue is on the table to seek a coordinated interest (in the paper called the term "care") of the local minority on the part of both countries: Vietnam and the Czech Republic.

The concealed performance of public power and values protected by the constitutional order

The aim of this diploma paper is to analyse and define the nature of secret exercise of public authority and to asses this phenomena in respect of the fundamental principles of the democratic rule of law. Any secrecy in exercising public authority is in fact a clear contradiction to a natural concept of the human rights and fundamental freedoms. Therefore the republic, as a public institution, should not have too many secrets to hide away from the people if its own principles are not to be completely disgraced. Secrecy in exercising public authority is a specific feature often related to the areas such as securing the sovereignity and territorial integrity of the Czech Republic, protecting its democratic foundations, protection of the lives and health of the population as well as the right to own the property. This is in full accordance with the constitutional duty of the state. Limited access to the information has a unique and 84 inevitable role in these areas and it is clearly mentioned in the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, the European Convention of Human Rights and Freedoms and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Pain Mapping in the Senior Population : Pain as a Motivating or Limiting Factor for the Application of Physiotherapy

In my bachelor thesis which is titled "Pain mapping in the senior population" I set a task to map the most common musculoskeletal pain bothering the senior population. I am also interested in the question of motivation for the application of physiotherapy. The semistructured interview was used for data collection (experimental sample contains 56 probands). To verify the success of physiotherapy as a suitable alternative of pain influence I have already created three case reports. The results clearly show that 89% of the seniors are limited by some type of the pain which is in 82% of cases connected to the locomotor system. The most frequently reported pains were in the area of knee (24% responses), lumbar spine (21.5%) and hip (19.5%). For 79% of all seniors is pain a motivating factor for the application of physiotherapy (motivating factor for active participation). I also elaborated further obtained information interesting for physiotherapy practice relating to the musculoskeletal pain and the willingnes of cooperation into synaptic charts. Opportunities and limitations of psychological work with "fleet car" drivers

Traffic safety problems are often discussed and researched, especially recently. Psychology plays an irretrievable part in solving these problems. Submitted diploma theses focuses on specific segment of these problems, the area of the traffic safety related to drivers, who do not have the driving as the main scope of employment, though they need a car to perform their work - fleet car drivers. Emphasis is placed on definitions of the key-terms and summary of theoretical pieces of knowledge, taking in consideration that the issue has not been researched extensively. In practical part of the thesis the opportunities and limits of the work with fleet car drivers are discussed. Pieces of knowledge that aroused from the thesis lie in the area of mental capacity of the fleet car drivers, in the area of general approach to trainings at the hands of the employers and also in the area of the administration of the records regarding the accidents (above all for the purposes of their importance for the subsequent work on raising the safety of fleet car drivers). As the most important result from diploma it appears the project for specialists from different areas, mainly from the area of traffic psychology, to enter the problems of fleet car driving with more urgency.
