Title: Non-specific preparation of figure skaters (5-14 years of age) during preparation period Purpose of paper: In the diploma paper I am going to focus on the issue of non-specific preparation of figure skaters. I would like to point out the importance of establishing a wide basis of agility abilities in children (from the ages of 5 to 14) during training season. The purpose of this work is to create a model of non-specific preparation of children, which emphasizes the main non-specific agility abilities for later peak performance training of figure skaters. These include balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, speed, and strength. These qualifications determine the measure of exact execution of specific elements on the ice (jumps, step variations, pirouettes, and spirals). It is clear that these agility abilities are interconnected in a direct and indirect way. By creating a coherent training approach, these connections can be discovered, named, and included in the preparation structure. The methods: The method of literature research was utilized for this work. The result: The result should be a proposal of a coherent training approach of non-specific preparation of figure skaters (from the ages of 5 to 14) during training season. Křížová, Jana ; Macková, Alena (advisor) ; Pohl, Tomáš (referee)
FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF COMMON PLEA SUMMARY (Resumé) The main topic of the thesis is fundamental principles of common plea. I have chosen the topic, because I am convinced that good orientation in this field of law is an excellent pre-requisite for good performance in all legal professions. The fundamental principles of common plea shall be known by judge leading the procedure, by attorney defending rights of his/her clients and helping them to prove facts of which they would take an advantage, as well as by state prosecutor participating under the setting conditions in the common plea. My thesis is divided into the five parts. The reason for choosing the topic and the main aim of my work has been explained in the first part. The second part is named "The Evidence". For the judgement, the court of justice has to have knowledge about legal issues (iura novit curia) as well as knowledge about facts of the case (those are proved by evidence during the procedure). Proving procedure is a legally entitled procedure which is considered to be essential for the common plea. First, it is necessary to define what has to be proved (the object of prove procedure) and by which means (proper evidence). The next chapter named "Development of the Common plea as a fight for changes of different principles" is dedicated to...

Characterisation of novel serpin TILIr and its relatives from the superfamily of serine protease inhibitors from \kur{Ixodes ricinus} tick
SLABÁ, Hana
Novel gene, named TILIr ( TIL Ixodes ricinus), that encoded yet unknown protein with TIL domain characteristic to proteins that belong to trypsin inhibitors family was discovered and isolated from hard tick Ixodes ricinus. Two isoforms of novel gene were identified and studied in this project. As the result of this study recombinant TILIr protein was produced in bacterial expression system and analysis of its functional characteristics was conducted. The protein belonging to family of trypsin inhibitors represent a potential candidate for anti-tick vaccine component.
