The Study of Brand Goods in the Trade Organization
Stárek, Jiří ; Hnilicová, Anna (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is implementation of the barcode system for tracking goods to a specific business organization. Based on ascertained knowledge, the specific request for installation of the barcode is presented to firms dealing with this subject. Submitted proposals are subsequently evaluated. Then the proposal is selected which meets the company´s demands in the best way. Further, the procedure is suggested for marking goods with the barcode, possible manipulation with the marked goods and interconnection of used data with the company´s information system.

Local taxes and immovable property taxes in a selected municipality
Petrusová, Barbora ; Láchová, Lenka (advisor) ; Sedmihradská, Lucie (referee)
Bachelor's thesis is focused on monitoring of two tax revenue - property taxes and local taxes. Bachelor thesis focuses on the development of the township Červené Pečky. It tracks the development of local charges and possible effects on the local tax rate increase of males. This thesis shows that the maximum rate for waste fee collection and disposal will not cover the associated costs. Shows the rate needed to cover costs. The thesis is also calculated as if the new municipal powers affecting property tax revenue and a comparison of my estimates and municipal tax revenue in 2010. Finally, the thesis introduces the rules for the application of local tax structures and make up properte tax.

Analysis of training process in distance running events in two-year training period in years 2006-2008
Fousková, Petra ; Hojka, Vladimír (advisor) ; Krátký, Petr (referee)
ANALYSING OF TWO YEARS TRAINING MACROCYCLES (2006-2007 a 2007- 2008) RUNNER ON 1500 M Objectives: We focus on the contain of training unit, and types of endurance with respect to training sessions. We analyze special training exercises and methods in the season from the perspective of dynamic value changes and intensity workouts in that season. The main goal was to measure relationship between speed and endurance skills and evaluate their influence on the performance. Methods: In our thesis we have used the comparison analysis method of two years training cycles. We used percentage value for accurate quantifications, and qualitative analysis coming out from dividing whole running facility on general and special. We measure relationships between speed and endurance skills, and their influence on 1500 m distance. We analyze running log (OTU and STU), and following dynamic changes of these determinants. Results: We have described a training process of an advanced competitive runner in middle distance 1500 m at an efficiency level. We have found out that the general training was preferred rather than special training. This way we have reached a positive training effect, which culminated in both cases in the Czech national championship on track. Keywords: endurance, middle distance 1500 m, training...

The Difference Between Motor Stereotype of Gait and Motor Stereotype of Lower Limbs in Cycling
Dušková, Jitka ; Kračmar, Bronislav (advisor) ; Hadraba, Ivan (referee)
2 Název práce: Rozdíl pohybového stereotypu chůze a pohybového stereotypu dolních končetin při jízdě na kole The difference between motor stereotype of gait and motor stereotype of lower limbs during pedaling Cíle práce : porovnat kineziologické obsahy pohybových stereotypů chůze a různých režimů cyklistického kroku Metoda : EMG měření, sledování a popis změn svalové aktivity v závislosti na výchozí poloze posedu na kole, intraindividuální sledování svalové aktivity při běžné chůzi a chůzi do schodů Výsledky : byla nalezena míra příbuznosti jednotlivých forem cyklistického kroku s pohybovým programem lidské bipedální chůze a byly formulovány možné vlivy na pohybovou soustavu. Lidské chůzi se blíží tzv.pístové neboli axiální šlapání. Klíčová slova : technika šlapání, kineziologie, sportovní pohyb, elektromyografie, atituda, bipedální lokomoce

Exercises for Development of Cycling Technique on Cycling Indoor Track
Petr, Lukáš ; Šafránek, Jiří (advisor) ; Hendl, Jan (referee)
Exercises Enhancing the track cycling technique Aim: The aim of this thesis is to compile and verify in practice exercises for inventory development and training proper techniques bike ride along the bike path. These exercises should be included in the beginning and during the cycling training. In conclusion, the thesis is whether Applications should exercise for the development of proper riding techniques on the bike path positive impact on the group of competitors, or if they had no effect. It is assumed that even with competitors, having behind Track racing experience occurs after the adoption of emerging exercises riding technique on the track to improve driving techniques. A method: In compiling the inventory we initially created different types of exercise. individual exercises It was applied to athletes in the sports center, youth cycling club Favorit Brno. When the work was continued applied research literature. I gained knowledge He added their knowledge and experience with the ride along the bike path. Without a perfect mastery riding technique on the track cycling on the bike path can not be expected in the future top performance. Adoption exercises described below competitor wins the prerequisites for the harmonious development of all components of sports performance. Since the track cycling is...

Dispersed reinforcement influence on the maturation of polymercement materials
Zaťko, Petr ; Jakubík, Aleš (referee) ; Bydžovský, Jiří (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on polymercement materials with dispersed reinforcement. The aim of this work is development of suitable polymercement mixture and monitoring of the impact of dispersed reinforcement on the course of maturation of these materials and physico-mechanical properties. The effect of high temperatures on the properties of the mortar is also examined. Emphasis is placed on the use of alternative resources and byproducts. Mixed binder of cement and slag and admixture of microsilica was used. Recycled cellulose was used as dispersed reinforcement and was compared with commercial polypropylene fibers.

Good manufacturing and hygienic practices with processing of freshwater fish.
SMOLA, Jiří
HACCP and good manufacturing practices are tools to the safeguard of food safety. Technologic process of fish processing begins by receiving of live fish and ending with stock and expedition of fish products. Stocking is the operation, whereat is able to get to consumer{\crq}s health hazard. Wrong temperature regulation causes multiplication of microorganisms. Stocking proceed at temperature 0 {--} 2 °C, which is stopping increasing of microorganisms. Practically were tracked difference course temperatures during hours and days. During monitoring was average temperature at 10 AM 2.33 {$\pm$} 1.25°C and average temperature at 10 PM was 2.11 {$\pm$} 1.19°C. During monitoring was average temperature 2.10 {$\pm$} 1.03°C. Maximum temperature was monitored in the morning. The temperature raised trough storage of new products. This short - period increasing is able to influence quality of products.

ICP-OES with electrothermal vaporisation (ETV) as a possible tool for direct analysis of biologic samples
Matějková, Stanislava
Solid sampling electrothermal vaporization (ETV) inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) enable simple and rapid multielemental analysis of major, minor and trace elements without the need for pre-treatment of solid or liquid samples. By comparison with more common ICP-OES combined with a solution nebulization, the risk of contamination of analysed samples is reduced. The detection limits and the sample quantity needed for analysis via ETV-ICP-OES decrease as a result of the high-efectivity transport of the sample aerosol into the ICP torch. The connection of ETV unit to simultaneous ICP-OES allows us the fast direct and fully automatised analysis of numerous samples. The technique enable usually the combined calibration with home-made or certified solid and aqueous standards. We developed the methodology for tracking the carboran-based candidate-drugs time dependent concentration and for their pharmacokinetic evaluation. The method is based on direct boron or together boron and cobalt contents direct estimation in little amounts of fresh frozen mice tissues (5 – 10 mg of serum, brain or liver).\n
