Hydrogen Production from Biomass
Ožana, Ferdinand ; Beňo, Zdeněk (referee) ; Houdková, Lucie (advisor)
First part of this master´s thesis decribes the basic properties of hydrogen, its utilization in industry and economy. Greater attention is focused on the possibilities of hydrogen produciton. Next part describes anaerobic fermentation and optimum conditions for hydrogen production. The main part of the thesis deals with posibility of hydrogen production in an experimental laboratory unit using brewer´s grains as a primary material. The experiment was aimed to find suitable process conditions for hydrogen production. The quantity of produced gas and his quality depending on the amount of brewer´s grains and frequency of the dosage was observed. Based on the experiment, some recommendations are proposed for further research. An automatic feeding system is the most important of them. It will improve the quality of experimental work. A separate chapter is devoted to the automatic feeding system.

Music and words in the chamber cycles Lukáš Hurník
Franěk, Milan ; Nedělka, Michal (advisor) ; Bezděk, Jiří (referee) ; Pecháček, Stanislav (referee)
The emphasis of this thesis was put on a complex analysis of two cycles, which belong to the rather abundant vocal output of Lukáš Hurník. A second chapter became essential which explicitly discusses these aspects in detail. There were several factors which motivated me to choose this topic: musical and literary content and its parameters as well as the emerging views on pedagogical interpretation in a current school. However, I did not primarily follow the exact explication of these incitations, which would normally be conclusive for the chosen compositions. I also did not determine the exact educational level in which these compositions could be used. This offers numerous variable possibilities of usage, depending on which result of the analysis will be preferred by a particular educator, to which purpose and in what situation he decides to use this composition. The main interest was therefore to make sure, that certain impulses to this interpretation would be clearly evident in the results of these analyses but simultaneously would not claim to be dogmatically untouchable. Even though the main point of my observation was the complex analysis, containing all the attributes of a serious study, 1 could not act schematically. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Aesthetic standards in art education
Podlipský, Rudolf ; Slavík, Jan (advisor) ; Janík, Tomáš (referee) ; Hazuková, Helena (referee)
In this thesis paper, application of aesthetic norms in visual art education has been studied from the explanatory point of view of structuralism (with an emphasis on Czech Structuralism). The study has been carried out as a qualitative research focused on didactic analysis of teaching processes. The aim has been to find out the extent of impact aesthetic norms may have on visual art education teaching process; to examine ways of handling aesthetic norms by teachers during the lessons; as well as to verify or newly develop a fundamental conceptual apparatus enabling to handle the aesthetic norms issue within visual art education lessons in a material way. The study is grounded in records of standard teaching units (written records of lesson observations; videotaping). In his study, the author applies the concept analysis method - a methodological means for didactic reflection and evaluation of teaching based on creative tasks and activity approach. At the same time promote the development of key competencies of students' - ability to creatively approach to solving problems. Applying cooperation in education positively affect the school climate and improve...

CRM System Optimization
Fučík, Ivan ; Mildeová, Stanislava (advisor)
This thesis is focused on CRM solutions in small and medium-sized organizations with respect to the quality of their customer relationship. The main goal of this work is to design an optimal CRM solution in the environment of real organization. To achieve this goal it is necessary to understand the theoretical basis of several topics, such as organizations and their relationship with customers, CRM systems, their features and trends. On the basis of these theoretical topics it is possible to analyze current CRM solution in the organization. From the data obtained by the methods of observation and controlled interview it was possible to prepare a design for optimal CRM solution. This optimal solution comes also from user and organization requirements. The optimal CRM solution saves time and costs associated with current CRM solution and replaces existing and ineffective CRM tools.

Pressure influence on the magnetic and transport properties of the f-electron compounds
Míšek, Martin ; Javorský, Pavel (advisor) ; Kamarád, Jiří (referee)
In this thesis, we describe the work with a new pressure cell, its implementation in Joint Laboratory for Magnetic Studies, together with testing measurements necessary for ensuring good environmental conditions control and trouble-free operation. We have chosen a single crystal of the CePtSn compound to be the first representative measurement. We measured electrical resistivity along crystallographic b-axis in conditions: T = 2-300 K, p = 0-2.5 GPa and magnetic field B = 0-14 T applied along b-axis. We observed only minimal pressure influence on temperatures of magnetic phase transitions, however interesting and rather unusual behavior in magnetic fields was revealed. Previous works reported two field-induced transitions at low temperatures and ambient pressure, with values of the critical fields BcLF ~ 4 T and BcHF ~ 11.5 T, accompanied with large magnetoresistence step of -30% and +10%, respectively. With application of pressure, we observed shift of the critical field of low-field transition BcLF to the higher fields, whereas the value of critical field of high-field transition BcHF was unaffected with applied pressure. At a p ~ 1.5 GPa the two transitions merged and only one step was observed. With pressure further increasing above 1.5 GPa, situation with two transitions, similar to the lower pressure...

Velké pozdní bombardování v různých místech sluneční soustavy
Zajaček, Michal ; Brož, Miroslav (advisor) ; Ďurech, Josef (referee)
In this work, we study the Late Heavy Bombardment (LHB) in the Solar System which took place from 4.1 to 3.8 billion years ago, and represents a period of intense collisions whose traces are observed on the Moon and other bodies mainly in the form of craters or impact melts. The first part of the thesis is a review on the LHB with the focus on observational evidence and recent dynamical models. In the second part, we test a particular dynamical model of the LHB using the observed cratering records on various Solar-System bodies, which was not done previously to such an extent. For this purpose, we use the symplectic integrator SyMBA, the collisional code Boulder, and various projectile-crater scaling laws. We discuss the sources of uncertainties of the observations as well as that of the models. Furthermore, we use our results to constrain the size-frequency distribution of the primordial cometary population.
