Remote data downloading from automotive digital tachograph

Thesis deals with device firmware design located in lorry, which provides remote access to vehicle digital tachograph data according to valid EU legislation. The result of this work is a system, which downloads digital data from digital tachograph and save them on remote server. The system for remote data downloading from automotive digital tachograph consists of three kinds of applications: server application, user application and firmware for communication device. Communication between applications uses encrypted TCP connection and own special designed messages.
Remote training station

The purpose of the thesis is design and contruction of remote training station for training with Schneider Electric products. Its purpose is to introduce company PLCs, familirize user with configuring variable speed drives and servo drives and prezenting Machine Advisor and EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor online servives The begining is dedicated to introduction to company and a range of its products in the field of industrial automation. In second chapter, I select components for building training station. Third chapter is dedicated to assembly of station. In fourth chaper I describe programing of individual elements and example.
Implementation of presentational device with Raspberry Pi

This thesis describes the design and subsequent implementation of a presentational device with Raspberry Pi using free software. The theoretical part of this thesis includes an analysis of available commercial solutions, specification of requirements, testing free operating systems and assessment of their suitability for the purpose. The practical part of this thesis is focused on the implementation of a presentational device with the most suitable free system and on the test of this final solution. The aim of the thesis is to create a maintenance-free presentational device with easy remote access.
The Access to Electronic Journals - Comparison of Tools used by Selected Libraries in the CR

The bachelor thesis deals with accessing to the electronic journals in Czech Republic's libraries. The theoretical part of the thesis defines term electronic resources (ER) and its parts. The thesis describes types of tools used by libraries for accessing ER and it describes examples of particular tools. The practical part of the thesis comprises analysis (based on interviews with ER managers) of ER solutions in three libraries - Library of the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague, Library of the Academy Sciences of the Czech Republic and Municipal Library of Prague. The aim is to adapt the old heating system so that the new system will meet the needs of users and facilitate control of system. The new heating system can independently control heating automatically. Its important part is remote access to system control. The user always has up-to-date information and can adjust the heating to suit his needs.

The bachelor thesis deals with orientation of students of the Information studies and librarianship in the offer and accessibility of electronic resources at the Charles University in Prague. The bachelor thesis desribes the following topiscs. Desribecs of Study of electronic texts (Texty Jinonice), Portal of electronic resources, Portal of electronic journals, search engines Metalib and SFX. The bachelor simply describes required technology to access electronic resources such as EZProxy or Shibboleth. The thesis explains options of connect to electronic resources at Charles University of Prague. Thle last part includes the evalution of survey that was focused on orientation and use of individua electronic resources.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe the process of outsourcing of accounting from the initial steps, when the companies decide whether to use the outsourcing of accounting, through collaboration with the outsourcing provider to the eventual termination of cooperation. In the practical part you can find the description of the selected companies using information technology to provide outsourcing of accounting, that enables the most efficient course of action.
Remote Access to Mobile Devices

This thesis deals with remote access to mobile devices with the Android system and their remote control possibilities. The aim was to create the interface for mobile devices remote control by remote desktop and also for changing mobile device's settings remotely. I focused on the utility of remote control for assistance in mobile devices usage. The solution was to create an application with the control interface, then application being controlled, and the server enabling communication between them. The server has been created with use of the Node.js technology. Socket.io library has been used for enabling communication between applications in real time. The remote desktop utilizes sending of screenshots and its clicks coordinates. These clicks on the remote device are executed by hidden API. Remote settings change uses API of Android SDK. It has been managed to develop the system that enable the control of the Android device and also to change its settings, both remotely.
Mobile applications development for remote control of instrumentation

The presented work describes the growing trend of using mobile devices to control laboratory instruments and displaying of measured data. The main objective is the application development for mobile devices, which will allow to remotely control and measure with laboratory instruments. The practical part is focused to programming mobile application which will be able by using the local network to connect multiple laboratory instruments, setting them for different types of measurements and then display measured data.
