Vliv intenzity umělého osvětlení reflektorů na průběh fyziologických funkcí operátorů harvestorů a forwarderů
Smejkalová, Marcela
The aim of the bachelor thesis was measuring and assessing the level of light intensity at the spotlights of individual machines. It was also examined to what extent the light intensity has effect on physiological functions and their progress. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the knowledge and facts gained from the study of professional literature. The practical part is to measure the physiological functions of Biofeedback 2000 x-pert. This apparatus recorded seven physiological functions during four and a half hours of working time. The next step was to measure the light intensity of reflectors using a luxmer. Measurement of maximum light intensity was performed. In addition, a light intensity of 10 x 5 m working area around the machine was detected and the last light intensity was also detected up to 20 m from the machine. The data was then processed, evaluated and presented in the discussion.

Exoskeleton design
Štancl, Jan ; Lázna, Tomáš (referee) ; Kopečný, Lukáš (advisor)
The bachelor paper „Exoskeleton design“ deals with development of prosthetic exoskeleton of index finger. The exoskeleton is for patient who lost the distal and middle articles of the index finger. The exoskeleton consist of three articles. Distal and middle articles are powered by one linear actuator, proximal article is passive. The articles are mechanically connected to each other. The rotary potenciometer senses the bend angle at the MP joint, which corresponds to the desired position of the exoskeleton. Feedback is provided by optic gate that senses the engine revolutions.
Methodology of identification of revisions and inspections of technical equipment for a manufacturing company based on the requirements of ISO 45001
Valenta, Jakub ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Bača, Petr (advisor)
This work deals with the issue of inspections and revisions of technical equipment according to safe operation standards on the basis of OSH and FP requirements. In the introduction, these fields of work safety and fire protection are described, which will be used in later parts of the work. Subsequently, the term „technical equipment“ and subcategories of this issue are defined, with each of the subcategories being specifically approached. As a result, the thesis describes why it is necessary to regularly inspect the technical equipment, while the individual types of inspections are subsequently defined. This is accompanied by the distribution of the person’s rights to carry out individual inspections and the distribution of responsibility for the inspections carried out. The acquired knowledge is then used to create a model of the process of regulation of inspections and revisions and to create an overview of periodic inspections and revisions of technical equipment for a manufacturing company. This model and review of inspections are then considered the output of this bachelor’s thesis.
Analysis and evaluation of technical systems of motor operators of circuit breakers
Hurbanič, Jakub ; Valenta, Jiří (referee) ; Dostál, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis was created as a overview and analysis of drive systems for moulded case power circuit breakers. There si an introduction to motor operators and their possible use with remote control and use in future in name of digitalization and elektrification. Also there is listed an analysis of opertors depending on the method of installation, switching power and the operator itself i.e. electric motor or electromagnet. There is mentioned the possibilities of controll and power supply of these operators and the positions of circuit breaker. In the end a small market analysis is executed and a short chapter dealing with measurment of electric motor operator in OEZ s.r.o. company.
Damages liability of ski resort operator
Integrated pollution prevention and environmental protection
Bareš, Andrej ; Žákovská, Karolina (referee) ; Humlíčková, Petra (referee)
Thesis describes the latest legislation of integrated pollution prevention and control effective in the Czech Republic after 19 March 2013 including relevant European Union law especially Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control). First two chapters deal with the sources and principles of integrated pollution prevention and control (hereinafter only "IPPC"), focusing on the principle of a comprehensive approach to the environment and its integrated protection, the principle of prevention and on public involvement in the IPPC permit procedure. The fourth chapter explains selected basic terms of IPPC, such as installation, permit and Best Available Techniques (BAT). In the field of BAT thesis deals with the new status of the Reference Document on Best Available Techniques (BREF) in the IPPC permit procedure, with the procedure for the drawing up and reviewing of BREFs, with their structure and with the exchange of information on BAT. The fifth chapter classifies the IPPC permit procedure into the overall process of implementation of the plan and defines its relationship to the environmental medium Acts. The sixth chapter defining the subjects of proceedings evaluates the rules of...
Financial aspects of liability for environmental damage
Cimburková, Iveta ; Humlíčková, Petra (advisor) ; Sobotka, Michal (referee)
This diploma thesis provides an overview of the aspects connected with financial assurance of liability for environmental damage. First parts of the work define the frame for this topic through its essentials terms and theoretical basis. Also there are introduced the main functions of economic instruments. Part 3 briefly focuses on the ways of codification of liability in the international public law. The main part of this work is dedicated to an adoption of the polluter pays principle to the European Union law and the Czech national law system. Thus parts 4 and 5 describe and evaluate efficiency of this liability system from the perspective of obligation to assure a financial security. Last part gives a list of possible instruments which may be used as a suitable financial security according to the statute n. 167/2008 Sb.

Vršovský, Jan ; Müller, Vladimír (advisor) ; Kalenda, Ondřej (referee) ; Fašangová, Eva (referee)
Title: Semigroups of operators and its orbits Author: Jan Vršovský Department: Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic Supervisor: prof. RNDr. Vladimír Müller, DrSc., Institute of Mathematics of the AS CR Abstract: The orbit of a bounded linear operator T on a Banach space is a se- quence T n x, n = 0, 1, 2, . . ., where x is a fixed vector. The orbits are closely connected to the dynamics of operator semigroups and to the invariant sub- spaces and subsets. The thesis studies the relation between the operator and its orbits. The subject of the first part is the relation between sequences T n x and T n , stability and orbits tending to infinity. The second part deals with dense orbits - hypercyclicity and related notions. In the third part, an ana- logue of reflexive algebras of operators, orbit reflexive operators are defined and studied. Apart from "normal" orbits of a single operator, the weak orbits and orbits of C0-semigroups are also touched. Keywords: operator, semigroup, orbit, hypercyclic, orbit reflexive
