Motivation for staff training in a selected organization

This bachelor thesis focuses on employee motivation for training in a chosen organization. In the theoretical part of the thesis, terms, such as training, types and methods of training, motivation and its methods, are explained. The second, empirical part is focused closely on the actual company, Makro Cash & Carry ČR s.r.o., quantitative research method of questionnaire survey and analysis of available documents were used to inquire requirements on employee training, employee motivation for further training, employee participation in training activities and desired topics of training activities.

The topic of this bacheor thesis is the education of early childhood professionals (teachers) in pre- primary education institutions (kindergartens). Theoretical part deals with human resources. One of them - education and developement of pre- school teachers in educational institutions, namely kindergartens - is being discussed more thoroughly. The terms education and developement, kindergarten, early childhood professional are defined in this thesis. Methods and opportunities of education at workplace are described. Some of the methods of education (mutual observation of the lessons, task asignment, assisting, consultation, swaping at workplace, mentoring, coaching) and their appliability in pre-school institutions are described in detail. Sources of theoretical information used were expert literature, IT resources and current research. Practical part describes the outcome of quantitative questionaire research among the staff members in kindergartens. Development and education of employees in a medium sized organization

This diploma thesis analyses education and development of employees in selected organization. The aim of my thesis is to evaluate the current system of education and development of employees in selected organization. Theoretical part defines the basic terminology, which is more elaborated in practical part. Practical part consists of description of the organization, description of education that is currently being used and also questionnaires for employees, and unstructured interview. Questionnaires include twenty questions, that were given to the employees of selected business. Most of the employees were very willing and helpful. Questionnaire contains questions targeted at education and development of employees. Output of these questionnaires is finding, whether the organization motivates employees enough to increase their education and whether it offers or mediates sufficient amount of methods to increase education. The work is concluded with proposals and suggestions for making the education system more efficient.
Autism and financial knowledge in primary education

The aim of my dissertation Autism and a financial literacy is comparing the differences between the education of autistic pupils at special elementary schools or at elementary school in inclusion….. Next monitoring the summary of financial literacy of autistics. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part contains the information about autism, the list of autistic disorders, methods and possibilities of training of autistic pupils and describes possible causes of its formation. In the practical part I describe the differences between the education of autistic pupils at special elementary school and in inclusion at elementary school ….The research is concerned with the summary and the comparison of financial literacy knowledge of an autistic pupil at primary school with his healthy schoolmates.
Analysis of the education system in the specific company

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze and evaluate the employee training system in an auditing company operating on the Czech market. The thesis starts with a theoretical part, which provides basic definitions and description of educational strategies, the process of employee training as well as different training methods. The practical part contains the description of the company and the analysis of its education system and training methods. The main focus of this work lies on technical training, typical of this type of company, and on the area of soft skills education and revitalization of its concept. The analysis includes recommendations for adjustments and improvements of the educational process as a whole or of some of its parts.

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of education of employees in the company. The first part summarizes theoretical knowledge gained from professional literature. The second part introduces the particular organization and the current education system, which is analyzed by a survey. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current education system, identifying its strenghts and weaknesses. Based on the results, a recommendation is made. The recommendation should improve the current system of education.
Competency model as a a tool for systematic training in the student organization

The aim of this thesis is to create a competency model for the jobs of new members of a student organization. The competency model is used to assemble a list of the types of educational activities that should be undertaken by the member in a half year frame after they start working on the new position in the organization. This goal is reflected by the structure of this thesis. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. In the first one, the reader is acquainted with the concepts of competence, employee education, competency model, and management through competencies. The knowledge of these terms and their meaning is crucial for the understanding of the domain of education management. The contents of the second chapter deal with the various methods of development and educational activities, the systematical education and its phases, and the creation of competency model in an organization. The knowledge that is presented in the theoretical part comes originally from the corporate environment. But there it was created to address the same problems that are also faced by educational organizations, and also by organizations in which the education of its members is one of their secondary goals.
