Tvorba strategie v podmínkách výrobního podniku

The thesis is focused on the identification of a strategic proposal in the conditions of a manufacturing company on the Czech market. The aim of the thesis was to propose and describe possible new strategies based on partial results from the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company. The thesis used the methods of PESTE analysis and Porter's five driving forces model in the external environ-ment. Within the internal environment, the 7S method and selected ratios of finan-cial analysis were used. On the basis of partial findings, the thesis used SWOT analysis methods and EFE, IFE, IE and SPACE matrices. The result of the work is a detailed description of the proposed strategy, specific recommendations of the subenterprise for the implementation of the strategic proposal and economic evaluation of the impact of the strategic proposal. The strategic proposal, if applied, will lead to an improvement in the efficiency of the company.

The main objective of the bachelor's thesis is to suggest appropriate measures that will contribute to the development of the Syrovar minibrewery, thereby improving its position in the brewery industry market. The recommendations are derived from a SWOT analysis. To identify the external environment, a PESTE analysis and Porter's five forces analysis are employed. The internal environment is described through factors such as technological develoment, marketing and distibution factors, production factors, labor resources, and financial analysis.

This is followed by the identification of the factors that influence a dairy company using PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model and analysis of internal company factors, summarized in a SWOT analysis. The identified factors are used to formulate recommendations to improve the competitiveness of the company.

Title: Development strategy of the sports club BK Klatovy Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to propose a system of objectives in time sequence in terms of sports, economic and social areas for the small-town basketball club BK Klatovy, z.s. Methods: In this thesis the qualitative research method has been used. Primarily, documents provided by the club for the purpose of this research were analysed, the next step was to conduct semi-structured interviews with selected club members. Choosen analyses for this thesis are PEST analysis to map the macro-environment and internal resource analysis to map the internal functioning of the club. Results: The analyses carried out showed what the club should focus on. The biggest problem in the club is the lack of experienced coaches and overall poor communication and atmosphere. The club also has deficiencies in promotion and use of innovation in the technological direction. On the other hand, the ownership of the gym, which allows the club to run ancillary economic activities, and the proper use of subsidy programs are advantages. The club has been proposed steps, developed in a time sequence, which, if properly implemented, could help to improve the situation. The analytical part describes the current state of the selected company, the result of which is a SWOT analysis. In the design part, individual recommendations and proposals concerning development are elaborated.

The diploma thesis is focused on the development of business activities of the company HomeGym s.r.o. on a foreign market. Diploma is situated in four parts. The introductory part deals with the definition of the issue, the determination of the main and partial objectives, the processing process and the methodology used. The next part is theoretical, where the terms related to the issue are defined. The practical part follows, which is divided into an analytical part and own solutions. The analysis of the current state of the company is contained in the analytical part, which is followed by their own solutions and their contribution to the development of the company's business activities in foreign markets.
Comparison of the defined subjects in the dance field

Title: Comparison of defined subjects on the dance field Objectives: The main target of this thesis is creation of analyses of two dance groups from Czech Republic, specifically Paul-Dance Jilemnice and Enliven Centre, followed by mutual comparison and creation of set of recommendations to help improve their further work. Methods: In this thesis I used the internal analysis, PEST analysis and comparative analysis, on whose basis I created SWOT analyses of both dance groups, thanks to which I suggested possible recommendations. Results: This thesis brings information about their current situation to both dance groups, points out the shortages and recommends steps for improvement. Both groups have been affected by worldwide economic crisis, which caused not only loss of members, but also loss of sponsors. Moreover, Paul-Dance collects low membership fees, which ensure stable flow of finance to the budget; Enliven Centre does not have all individual age categories filled. The thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction of the internet shop Nejbaby, s. r. o. The first part explains the theoretical concepts associated with the chosen theme. The second part is devoted to analyses of the external and internal surroundings of the selected enterprise and also includes a marketing research containing data collected via customised questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire assessment, proposals are presented in the last section, aiming to increased customer satisfaction.
