Diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem obchodních aktivit firmy realizující stínící techniku, který povede k získání nových zákazníků na rakouském trhu a zvýšení tržeb. Práce zahrnuje teoretické poznatky dané problematiky, strategické analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Analytická část popisuje současný stav vybrané firmy, jejímž výsledkem je SWOT analýza. V návrhové části jsou zpracovány jednotlivá doporučení a návrhy týkající se rozvoje. The diploma thesis deals with the development of business activities of the company implementing shading technology, which will lead to gaining new customers in the Austrian market and increase sales. The work includes theoretical knowledge of the issue, strategic analysis of the external and internal environment. The analytical part describes the current state of the selected company, the result of which is a SWOT analysis. In the design part, individual recommendations and proposals concerning development are elaborated.
