The assessment of economic effectiveness the low-energy house
Joneš, Filip ; Grossmann, Jiří (referee) ; Vaňková, Lucie (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the economic effectiveness of low-energy house. It deals with indicators of economic effectiveness, problems of low-energy construction and its characteristics. The thesis also deals with distribution according to energy consumption for heating, buildings energy balance and material options. The practical part of thesis compares the investment and operating costs for the construction of low-energy and classic house. The outcome of this bachelor thesis are the calculations of individual indicators of economic effectiveness.
Passive houses and their costs
Davidková, Zuzana ; Vaňková, Lucie (referee) ; Kocourková, Gabriela (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is about the costs of construction and operation of a passive house. It compares the costs of construction and operation with a dispositionally identical building in the existing standard and determines the payback period of the investment. Terms such as passive house, energy performance of buildings, heat losses and heat gains are defined. Then the creation of prices in construction, cost calculations or budget indicators are elaborated. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to quantify the higher investment costs of a passive building, its savings in the operational phase and evaluation of the payback period of the investment.
Energy and environmental assessment of buildings
Kubínek, Tomáš ; Baroň, Alexandr (referee) ; Hirš, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to give a general idea of energy; what it is, how it is created (rather transformed), how it is distributed and used in many of its forms. In detail it describes how buildings are evaluated in terms of energy consumption, how can we lower this consumption and how it affects the environment. Part A, theory, gives a general idea of the theory surounding transformations, losses and uses of energy. It describes processes of assessment of buildings. Part B, calculation methods, give an idea how current CZ/EU regulations describe optimal calculation methods. These methods include: energetic, enviromental and economic evaluation of buildings or energy-saving measures. Part C, project, describes an exact measuring in Elementary School Svážná-Brno. It describes the means of obtaining information. Includes graphically processed monthly energy consumptions. It also includes list of used sensors (measuring air temperature, humidity and surface temperatures), schemes of sensors placements, schemes of building and technical systems. The main part of this project are graphs of measured data made in EXCEL with descriptions.
Family house energy requirements audit
Němec, Miloš ; Hejčík, Jiří (referee) ; Fišer, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with a comparison of several modifications of the terraced house, which should reduce the final energy requirements. For this purpose National calculating tool is applied, which complies with Czech government regulation no. 148/2007 Coll. In conclusion, individual modifications are evaluated accordely to energy savings and simple return on investments.
The Effect of Thermal Insulation of the Health Centre on the Operation-Related Expenses
Bojko, Tomáš ; Klika, Pavel (referee) ; Čech, Josef (advisor)
These thesis deal with assessment influence thermal insulation of the health care in Jablunkov on outlay connected with operation. The first part is dedicated to demands of energy buildings in general, legislation and basic requirements on evaluation of energy performance of buildings. Afterwards there are described individual species of thermal insulation materials including different ways of thermal insulation of constructions. Then there are described methods of budgeting and economic evaluation of investment. The second part of these thesis deal with design of several variants of thermal insulation of the health care. On the basis of proposals of thermal insulation are then stated variations in expense for management of the health care without thermal insulation of perimeter structure and on the other side with the thermal insulation variants. At the end of thesis there are evaluated all proposed variants of thermal insulation in terms of economic returns if own financial resources and credit are used.
Návrh a energetická optimalizace dřevostavby rodinného domu
Procházka, Vojtěch
This bachelor thesis is focused to the design of a family house with wooden frame construction in village Babice nad Svitavou, as well as energy optimalization of design. The theoretical text part describes energy assessment used for energy performance evaluation. Practical part of the thesis describes building layout, constructions and technical facilities. The calculation part deals with the energy calculations on the designed building. Final part of the thesis focuses on energy optimalization of the designed project. Technical documentation of the building with technical reports and basic building physics calculations with energy label of the building envelope are attached to this work.
Possibilities of drawing financial support to reduce the energy intensity of buildings
Felgrová, Nikola ; Kocourková, Gabriela (referee) ; Vaňková, Lucie (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with options for obtaining financial assistance in order to minimize building energy intensity. The first part is focused on clarifying the concepts related to the issue. This covers things like investments, loans, subsidy resources, and subsidy programs, among other things. The second section of the paper examines how a particular family house in the village of hudlice went about decreasing its energy intensity. Variations of funding for this construction project were presented based on available information on the availability of subsidy resources and the provision of custom loans
heating of the pedagogical advisory centre
Šrámková, Denisa ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the heating system of the pedagogical counseling center. The theoretical part of the work deals with the energy performance of buildings and a certificate of energy performance of the building. The calculation part deals with a separate design of the heating system and its partial elements. The calculation part also deals with hot water heating and heat accumulation. An air / water heat pump is designed as the heat source. The building is heated by radiators and underfloor heating. The entire technical solution is described in the technical report, including requirements for other professions.

Energy Savings Simple Vacuum Ventilation with End to the Exterior Before the Heat Pump Suction – a Case Study
Cakl, Dominik ; Nespěšný, Ondřej ; Vystrčil, Jan
The ever-increasing demands on the airtightness of building envelope require regular ventilation of the windows for hygienic requirements, or with regard to user comfort an air handling unit that allows heat recovery. Air handling units with air recovery have high acquisition costs, especially if they include a heat pump. The ever-increasing demands on the use of primary energy from non-renewable sources mean that there is heat pump technology in the building. An economically advantageous alternative can be simple vacuum ventilation of the house, where the exhaust air from the interior is discharged directly before the suction of heat pump. Due to the better operating conditions (warmer and wetter exhaust air) the heat pump can usually achieve higher seasonal heating factors.
