Práce se zabývá porovnáním několika úprav konkrétního rodinného domu, které by měly snížit jeho výslednou energetickou náročnost. Pro tyto účely je aplikován Národní kalkulační nástroj, který je v souladu s vyhláškou č. 148/2007 Sb. V závěru jsou jednotlivé úpravy vyhodnoceny z hlediska energetických úspor a prosté ekonomické návratnosti. The bachelor’s thesis deals with a comparison of several modifications of the terraced house, which should reduce the final energy requirements. For this purpose National calculating tool is applied, which complies with Czech government regulation no. 148/2007 Coll. In conclusion, individual modifications are evaluated accordely to energy savings and simple return on investments.
