Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možností čerpání finanční podpory na snižování energetické náročnosti budov. První část je zaměřena na objasnění pojmů týkajících se dané problematiky. Patří sem investice, úvěry, dotační zdroje, dotační programy apod. Druhá část bakalářské práce analyzuje realizaci snížení energetické náročnosti u konkrétního rodinného domu v obci Hudlice. Na základě dostupných informací o poskytování dotačních zdrojů a poskytování úvěrů byly navrženy varianty financování této stavební zakázky. This bachelor thesis deals with options for obtaining financial assistance in order to minimize building energy intensity. The first part is focused on clarifying the concepts related to the issue. This covers things like investments, loans, subsidy resources, and subsidy programs, among other things. The second section of the paper examines how a particular family house in the village of hudlice went about decreasing its energy intensity. Variations of funding for this construction project were presented based on available information on the availability of subsidy resources and the provision of custom loans
