Strategy for Improvement of Training System of Company

This thesis focuses on problems related with new graduates at the „Department of New Employees Training“ of TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY joint stock Company. The work evaluates to what extent the participants are satisfied with the training period, work of each mentor assigned to them and how they are involved in solving concreate tasks. Later suggestions are made on what measures should be taken to improve the program, for future participants to be satisfied.
Work stimulation

The purpose of this Master thesis was to analyze the current state of stimulation of workers in company providing services of catering and subsequently propose measures for improvement. Due to characteristics of provided services is obvious that the company's success on the market is based on how its employees take their work. The proposed measures are designed for a particular company so it should be usable in real operating process. In this work were presented another possibile ways to influence and impact on work performance and have a clear picture of the desired working behavior of employees and the management, which should be examined by company as close as possible.
Blended Learning

This thesis is focused on a new approach of education called blended learning. The history and developement of Blended Learning is described in the first part. Then the methods and tools of Blended Learning are evaluated and compared to the traditional methods of education. At the final part an efficient developement of the educational programs is emphasized.

Soft And Hard Skills of Social Worker

The work deals with soft and hard skills relevant to the profession of social worker. The theoretical part at first evaluates and analyzes important soft and hard skills necessary for people working in the field of social work. Then these skills are compared. The practical part illustrates the use of soft and hard skills in practice by means of model scenes and deals with the preferences in three groups of people ? students of social work, social workers and people outside the sphere, namely those who are neither studying social work nor working in social sphere ? who were questioned, which soft and hard skills listed in the theoretical part they prefer. The practical part then compares the three views and shows the differences in preference for soft and hard skills relevant to social worker.
Soft skills and their progress by students FM VŠE

In theoretic part of bachelor I define term soft skills, point out their importance generally for human, specially for students (graduates) as future job candidates and describe constituent soft skills. The goal of practical part this work is map situation in soft skills by students 1st and 3rd year bachelor, attendance study and find out, if they have during their study ample opportunity for progress soft skills and if they feel improvement at the end 3rd year in this sphere.
Key Account Management in the international organization AIESEC

The thesis compounds three views on the Key Account Management (KAM). Firstly, KAM is defined from a theoretical perspective. Secondly, a practical example of KAM is described within the international organization AIESEC; including feedback from a client. Finally, there are suggestions in order to improve KAM in terms of soft skills of Account Managers.
Možnosti týmové práce ve výuce na FM VŠE

Pro týmovou práci je nezbytné zajistit prostředí, ve kterém ji bude možné realizovat, a které ji bude podporovat. Podpora vychází jak z prostředí sociálního, tak fyzického. Je velice důležité, aby byly podmínky pro týmovou práci v obou prostředích dostatečně zajištěny. Sociální a fyzické prostředí se navíc ovlivňují a podporují navzájem a jedno bez druhého nedovolí realizaci týmové práce na vysoké úrovni. I zde by se dala dokázat platnost synergického efektu, který může způsobit, že týmová práce bude mít následky mnohem pozitivnější, než by se dalo čekat.
