In this bachelor thesis I focused on creating a design of information system part for company Danfoss Power Solutions a.s., specifically for its branch in Považská Bystrica. The design is based on analysis of current status of the company and its requirements. Result is the design of information system part, which increases fluentness and effectivity in the field of personal relations and also increases overall satisfaction of employees.

Marketing strategy for CRM IS

The Master’s thesis deals with the issue of the proposal of a marketing strategy in Melzer company in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of Information Systems (IS). It concentrates on modern marketing conception and emphasizes the necessity of effective CRM. It explains important factors in connection with successful CRM IS implementation. It analyses domestic market of CRM IS including information system QI which is supplied by Melzer company as well as an internal CRM atmosphere in the firm. In the practical part there are analytical conclusions and recommendations leading to the proposal of the marketing strategy. This should significantly enable the firm to penetrate into the market of CRM IS and become successful.

Design, Creation and Implementation of Software Applications in the Corporate Environment

This thesis deals withthe design, creation and implementation of web application in the corporate environment. The application has the task of partially automating the selected process and is used to create email ads based on data from eshop. Before the actual design and implementation, the theoretical foundation of the thesis is described and analyzes of the company are performed. The result is a custom made system that enables simpler and more efficient creation of mailings.

It analyses the overall situation on the photography market, the company itself, its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. According to these analyses it suggests new resolutions, which could lead to gain new customers and total improvement of the company. Then is evaluated economic situation of the company.

Tato diplomová práce kriticky zkoumá analýzu vstupní strategie společnosti Netflix, který hodlá vstoupit na český trh, s cílem navrhnout vhodná doporučení. Práce obsahuje detailní analýzu společnosti a současného stavu trhu v České Republice. Kriticky přezkoumané teoretické rámce a aplikované analýzy jsou následně použity jako základ pro argumentaci a vyhodnocení problematiky strategie. Doporučení pro expanzi jsou poskytovány na základě vyhodnocených průzkumu a analýz.

Information System Assessment and Proposal for ICT Modification

The thesis deals with the assessment and analysis of current state of the information system of chosen organization SOŠ Pod Bánošom Banská Bystrica and the subsequent proposed amendments, which were conditioned on results of performed analysis. The theoretical part is devoted to explanation of the information system, its components, elements, features, importance for the organization and security, also on the theoretical description of the data flow, EPC and ER diagrams. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the information system of the organization, describes the processes in the organization and design changes in the information system.
