The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to create a modern, low-energy kindergarten on the premises of the Cyril and Methodius grammar school and a secondary vocational school in Brno Stránice. This bachelor thesis is based on the subject of studio design AG 035 Studio of Architectural Design V. - Interior and Architectural Space. The proposed kindergarten is a two-storey modern building, based on elements of traditional architecture. The mass as a whole tries to create a comprehensive impression, corresponding to the surrounding buildings. The building is designed for two classes. The interior is intended to provide children with a relationship with natural materials, which are widely represented here. The classes are designed on the second floor so that the children have more sunlight and plenty of views around.
Low energy detached house
Buiglová, Kristýna ; Mrkos,, Dan (referee) ; Sedlák, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is elaboration of the project in the level for realization of low energy detached house in Olomouc. Designed family house is located on parcel number 153/30 in cadastral area Nová Ulice. Plot is situated at Zirmova street. Family house is designed like as a two-storey detached house containing one dwelling unit without basement. It is suitable for five member family. Family house is roofed with flat roof construction. The family house is functionally divided into a social part (first floor) and private / resting part (second floor). Thesis contains basic calculations needed for project documentation design which is elaborated according to valid standards.
Smart house in 2020
Tvrdý, Radek ; Prinz, František (referee) ; Mauder, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with smart home technology. The work is divided into research and design parts. The research part presents technologies of smart houses, their divisions, functions and possibilities of solving these problematics. The emphasis is placed on the energy concept of the house, especially the use of renewable energy sources and systems for treatment of the indoor environment. In the second part, based on previous research, a smart home design is created.
Apartment building
Knotek, Michal ; Bílková, Andrea (referee) ; Čuprová, Danuše (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is processing of the design documentation for the construction of an apartment building. This apartment building is located in Zlín in the local part Prštné. In the building there are three above-ground floor with a partial basement. Structural system is transversal wall. The foundation construction is designed on the foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed cast-in-place reinforced concrete with fix into the loadbearing transversal walls. The roof is flat with washed river aggregates loading layer. The floor constructions are designed heavy, floating. The thermal insulation of the facade is designed of graphite expanded polystyrene in an ETICS certified system.
Design of heating system for low-energy family house
Kytýrová, Zdeňka ; Hejčík, Jiří (referee) ; Košner, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of a heating system for a "low-energy" house. It is conceived as a low temperature system using a combination of radiators and underfloor heating. The design is supplemented with a calculation of heat loss, a proposal of needed components, a scheme of the system and means of regulation. The second part solves the heat source selection. A solar system with vacuum tubes is used as the primary source. The second one is an electrical water heater located in the accumulation reservoir for the hot domestic water. Necessary calculations for the design of the solar system, together with a scheme and means of regulation, are enclosed in this section.
Operating costs of passive houses
Baranyková, Zuzana ; Chovancová, Jitka (referee) ; Výskala, Miloslav (advisor)
The main topic of this thesis is the comparison of operating costs (energy balance) of a passive house with running costs of a house of an ordinary construction. Total operating costs of those types of construction are determined and the houses are subsequently divided into groups according to their actual consumption and a comparison of the different types of construction is carried out.
Smart City Buildings and their Valuation
Uheríková, Eliška ; Hrdlička, Tomáš (referee) ; Lorencová, Marie (advisor)
The diploma thesis focuses on specification of standard type buildings and Smart City buildings differences. Thesis also contain a history part of individual buildings category, including their specification. The aim of thesis is to determine designs for changes of building valuation in Smart City standard. Theoretical part contains basic definition and limitation of terms from civil engineering branch and structural types, summary of historical development of houses and evaluation by cost method, most common used experience. Practical part is focused on calculation. According real houses cost of three detached houses in Smart standard, there are calculated new price ratio which enter into cost method valuation. Their effectiveness is verified together with newly design adaptation of cost method valuation on next five detached houses in Smart standard.
The effectiveness of measures to reduce the energy intensity of family house
Menšíková, Dominika ; Weiss, Adam (referee) ; Kocourková, Gabriela (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis aims to compare and evaluate the investments of two different alternatives leading to the reduction of energy instensity of the family house. The theoretical part characterizes and defines the concepts of low-energy and passive houses. Moreover, it addresses the topic of the creation of energy certificates for buildings supported by the New Green program. The theoretical part discusses comprehensive and in-depth definitions of concepts of investments along with funding in the construction industry. The practical part is devoted to the evaluation of two measurements of a family house. A family house meeting the requirements of the program New Green savings, that will be eligible for necessary funds while succeeding in meeting the low energy standatds. Furthermore, the research conducted calculations of construction and material costs for specific family house measures. Finally, the las section of this research presents a return of investment for both varieties of the family house, including of the family house, including appropriate applicable measurements for the investor.
Possibilities of Heating of Family House
Dolinay, Jiří ; Škvařil, Jan (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
