Prerequisites for successful participation of Czech football clubs in European competitions

The thesis is focused on identifying the basic assumptions for successful participation of Czech Football clubs in European competitions. One of the main motivations is the financial reward resulting from participation in European competitions. Basic assumptions are found in the team axis and their representative experience in team selection U16-U21, in the ideal age average of the basic assemblies, opponents' playability from the point of view of their nationality and an estimate of the progress of Czech teams in future years against teams by nationality. The results of the thesis clearly show that if the assumptions mentioned above are fulfilled separately the possibilities of success for the Czech teams are small. It is really important to combine these assumptions in one complex at the same time. There is not calculated with the influences we can not predict but may significantly affect the results in the competition . It is possible to estimate the success or failure of Czech teams in European team competitions from the result of this work.

Activities of sport managers

The goal of the work was analyse and evaluate activities and competences of sport managers in semi-professional competitions. Completing the team by players from professional clubs was found out as a main aspect of the cooperation during the survey. Nevertheless, this kind of cooperation had no predetermined goals, which could be controlled. A positive finding out has come in cooperation at the youth-level. The clubs cooperate much more here, for example by attending the coaches from the professional clubs at the practices of youths. Even the clubs evaluate this cooperation more positive. Regarding finances, the managers of semi-professional clubs are mostly satisfied with the support of towns, where are situated. Some clubs can take pleasure from the quite significant support. The shortcomings were occurred at the partners of clubs, primarily in the period of agreed cooperation. One-year contracts are not ideal considering the future of the clubs. Therefore, it is in the manager's own interest to negotiate bigger number of long-term partnerships, eventually try to replace the short-term partnerships by the long-term ones. The last surveyed field was focused on ensuring the equipment for sportsmen. There was found out if the managers buy the equipment as effectively as possible and if they delegate other persons by competences in this area. If not, these competences must be handled by the managers. To above mentioned points were suggested the activities for sport managers, which could be helpful for their daily work.

Kraví hora - BUT Family silver

The subject of the diploma thesis is to design a project study and a building program that would become a compromise between the requirements of the city of Brno and BUT in the area of Kraví hora in the Brno city center. The city of Brno would like to transform the area into a public park. But BUT considers it as its "family silver" because they realize its extraordinary value. Options of a constructions are really limited because of many area regulations. My proposal counts on the demolition of all existing buildings in the area, respects property area relations , protection zone, continuity with existing traffic roads, height regulation, imaginary raster of surrounding buildings, slope of terrain and orientation to the cardinal points. My suggest represents a study of five groups of objects which creating a rectangular raster. As a compromise solution, I chose the presentation and promotional areas of the individual faculties of BUT for the content of the buildings. Faculties have spaces for hobby groups for the public comprise all age groups included. I also designed the BUT Museum of History, a multimedia hall, a cafeteria, studios, a student leisure center and an observation tower with a climbing wall.

On an architectural proposal of techno club is demonstrated a stenographic approach in designing based on a phenomenon of electronic subculture. The Klub visitor is participating a ritual under the influence of music and nightlife lead by an ephemeral architecture, tectonic and spatial dramaturgy.

The History of Physical Education and Sport in Jindřichův Hrade

The thesis deals with the history of physical education sport in Jindrichuv Hradec from beginnings, that means since establishment of the Sokol Physical Training in 1871 to the present. The work is divided into several parts. The first part is about briefly general history of Jindrichuv Hradec. The rest of parts are divided by time pe5riod. The second part shows the history of the development of sports industry until the end of the First World War. The third part describes timeline the period between 1918 to 1945. The following part depicts the post-war period until 1989. The next part is about modern sports since 1989 to the present time. In the last part are important sports figures.

Prognosis of the German Bundesliga

Title: Prognosis of the German Bundesliga Objectives: The main goals of the diploma thesis were to analyse the German Bundesliga from her financial aspect and to create a prognosis of selected values until the year 2020. Methods used: First time was used the financial analysis of absolute, differential and relation indicators. Then to estimate the future development of the German Bundesliga were selected linear and exponencial trends calculated and applied with using the least squares method. On the top was calculated and applied the modified exponencial with using the method of partial sums. Results: Summary the outcome of the financial analysis through financial indicators and selected values prognosis of the German Bundesliga until the year 2020.
