The first chapter contains basic information about the company. The following chapter describes theoretical starting points, including related concepts. On the basis of the analysis, shortcomings of the order management system are identified and interpreted and, subsequently, a solution is proposed to eliminate them.

This bachelor thesis deals with manufacturers of aircraft equipment in the Czech Republic after 1993. The main activity is a comprehensive alphabetical list of traditional companies. Firstly, the emphasis is on the history of individual producers. Another part deals with the historical achievements in the development and manufacture of aerospace technology but also financial collapses and bankruptcies. Finally, there is information about current events and the relative prospects. Enclosures contain a map of aerospace manufacturers in the Czech Republic, manufacturers in Prague, logos of companies and a table of aircraft manufactured in the Czech Republic after 1993. Bachelor thesis doesn’t include the manufacturers of ultralight aircraft.

On the ground of results from such an analysis I will be able to evaluate as well as suggest some new steps for improvement and simplification of the overall order processing.

Le Cheque Déjeuner Group, s. r. o. is releasing this product to a Czech market. The first part compiles theoretical solutions for a market plan creation. That means specific methods used for creating a situational analysis and detailed analysis of fundamental parts of the market mix – called 4P ( product, price, place, promotion) - for the right selection of a marketing strategy when implementing a new product line. The second part is more practical and it characterises a company mentioned above, and also suggested working hypothesis.
