Treatment of addiction in therapeutic community from client's perspective

The aim of my work is to find out of how do residents of therapeutic community (TC) Fénix in Bílá Voda perceive process of treatment of their dependence and services delivered. Also it has been inquired how do they assess effective therapeutic factors used in the process of their treatment in TC (Kooyman, 1993), and how do they comply with abstinence maintenance after treatment completion. Research sample consists out of residents of TC for users in final phase of their treatment who finished their treatment in the first half of 2011 and ex-residents of programme (n = 7). Research has been done with the use of qualitative approach. Data have been collected with the use of semi-structured interviews and consequently analyzed with the use of coding method. In theoretical part definition of therapeutic community for treatment of persons with drug dependence is being discussed. Further, brief history and development of this treatment modality in the world as well as in the Czech Republic is described. In practical part findings from research are presented that focused on clients' perception of their treatment in TC Fénix. Determinants of Integration Unaccompanied Minors in Czech Republic

The Czech Republic's care system for unaccompanied minors rests on a solid legal framework. However, it is essential to ensure that the common practice reflects the law, and that unaccompanied minors (further referred to as UAMs) are provided with sufficient care. It is obvious that the Facility for Children of Foreign Nationals - Permon, is still far from ideal. In general, unaccompanied minors should not be traumatized by living together with children who suffer from behaviour disorders, nor should they live in isolated environment. It is vital to consider the qualities of the personnel who work with the target group and their language skills. It is further necessary to provide unaccompanied minors with an early psychotherapeutic care in order to avoid their later hospitalizations in psychiatric hospitals. In addition, UAMs should also attend intensive courses of the Czech language so that they can fully integrate into a Czech school as early as possible. It also emerged that a legal regulation which would govern age tests in all resorts is necessary. Therefore, a new concept of how UAMs should be integrated into the Czech society is needed.

Business Ethics as a Part of an Insurence Practice

The main aim of the master´s thesis is the analysis of the activities of insurance brokers in terms of adhering to the principles of business ethics in the Insurance practice. Using the questionnaire will found attitudes clients insurance brokers to the issue and still views and opinions of the insurance brokers. The result will be the proposals for streamlining and improvement of intermediary activities in insuracance for company ABC, as and FAOL, a.s. and recommendation for itself Insurance Brokers.

Comparison of Banking Point of Sale and Branches in Volksbank CZ

Thesis is concerned with a comparison of the classic branches of Volksbank and of the new sales points located in shopping centres - so called Volksbank Shops. The thesis compares the sales points, their employees and offered products. The productivity of the sales points is compared using the number of clients, accounts, and loans. In this way the creditworthiness of clients is compared. The conclusion of the thesis contains improvements suggestions for the bank and for its clients.

SDL model for Source Specific Multicast

This work deals with questions of IP net communication, with using metod Source-Specific Multicast. It focused on questions of registration, unregistration and administration of clients in multicast group and IGMP protocol, which is made for this communication. Work deals also about problems of signalization between source of data and clients of multicast group.In the introduction of this work questions of communications in multicast are analyse. I tis followed by the chapter focused on the specific metod of multicast – Source Specific Multicast (SSM). Next chapter is based on the protocols in SSM, which are used for distribution of data stream in source to clients direction and also in the reverse direction. The net chapter deals with signalization of communication in SSM. It specializes for reflection and summarization metods, which are used here. This chapter also shows basic matematics formules for sending signalization packets and proposes other solutions and ways for simplify communication and minimalize delay, which is for signallization very important. After that, the work deals with differences between these two metods of signalization. The aplicationis builded in practical part of work from the knowlidge of theory from previous chapters and it simulates the real communication between data source and clients situated to multicast group. This communication is explained in MSC diagrams. The aplication also simulates both used metods of signalization and real count of cients in multicast group. The results of simulation are interpreted in the last part of work.

Determination of Optimal Prices of Supplied Bathroom Sets

The theme of this work is to define the optimal prices supplied bathroom sets. In the theoretical part, we focus on the development of the construction industry from 1993 to the present and there have been mentioned several important milestones. The most significant impact on today's situation was in 2008 and the beginning of the global crisis. The state of the economy has been influenced by it as we know it today. In the practical part, we examined the supply and demand as the fundamental theories of microeconomics. We performed analysis of clients and prices in the locality. We created the "golden middle" and according to him, we determined the most common price assemblies supplied bathroom and WC.
