Constitutional Development in the PRC before 1982

The present paper treats constitutional development of the People's Republic of China since its establishment (1949) till the end of the Maoist era and the formation of the current constitution (1982). It aims especially at formal aspects of constitutional law. It deals primarily with the content of the Common Program of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and of the 1954, 1975 and 1978 constitutions respectively. The main part focuses on the 1954 constitution, which created foundations of the modern Chinese communist constitutional law and determined its further evolution.

China and USA in UN Peace Operations in 1989-2010 Mgr. Jitka Evanová Summary The thesis discusses the growing role of China and decreasing role of USA in UN peace operations since 1989 with the aim to find the reasons behind their behavior. First, two chosen theories of international relations - neorealism and its modified version and English school - are described, independent variables determined and consequent hypotheses formulated. Second, the increasing Chinese and decreasing American activities in UN peace operations is shown by describing their gradually changing behavior in three areas: voting in the Security Council, personnel contributions to peacekeeping operations and financial contributions to the UN peacekeeping budget. Third, the hypotheses are tested using the congruence method that examines the explanatory power of the theories. If a reality is consistent with the hypotheses' prediction, there is a possiblity of a causal relationship between independent variable and the dependent one. I conclude that modified neorealim has the highest explanatory power as its predictions are consistent with the outcome in both cases. English school can to a certain degree explain Chinese behavior but is weak in the American case. Neorealist predictions are weak in both cases. In the end, I suggest possible...

This thesis covers the topic of hukou system in the People's Republic of China also known as household registration system. The thesis explains how was the hukou system created. In the following part socioeconomic impacts of hukou are analysed. Furthermore the reform process of the hukou system is explained including cases of Chongqing and Shenzhen.
The impact of South China Sea dispute on trade relations between China and Vietnam

This bachelor thesis investigates the impact of South China Sea dispute on mutual relations between China and Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Thesis lays great emphasis on the analysis of mutual trading relations. The goal of this work is to find out if the dispute over territory has negative influence on mutual relations and to what extent. Therefore, thesis is divided into 3 main chapters. The introductory chapter describes position and development of each country. Second chapter uses findings from the introductory part for the analysis of political and trade relations of both countries. It focuses on the history of mutual relations and mainly it lays emphasis on current mutual relations. Last chapter of the thesis is dedicated to the issues regarding South China Sea. Motives and causes of this dispute are described in this chapter. It provides a view on the course of this territorial dispute, and also impacts on mutual relations are analyzed. The output of all three chapters helps to formulate following conclusion. Dispute over South China Sea has impact on mutual relations. Predominantly, it influences political relations between China and Vietnam, therefore, this dispute is often mentioned in media. However, according to available data this dispute has not had major effect on trading relations. Mutual trading between both countries went off in dispute period without any limitations and barriers.

The task of this project is to build application for managing of multimedia data in enclosed wireless networks and to present this data to the user. In model case it can be for example city guide - on position given by GPS are presented information about surrounding scene. Application must be capable of downloading data into Pocket PC - PDA and present them to the user as user friendly application.
Automated UML Class Diagrams Generation

This master's thesis describes the analysis, design and implementation of an application for automatic generation of UML class diagram. Application is designed as a web service, which provides remote access, especially permanent actuality of generated class diagram. Input of the service is a compiled application written for C# .NET or Java platform. The reader is acquainted with basics of reverse engineering of mentioned platforms and with structure of UML class diagram. Then are these knowledge applied in design and implementation of the service. The main goal is to facilitate and accelerate the activities of software development team members.
Developmental comparison of automotive industry in China and India

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of developmental trends of the automotive industry in China and India most of all from the perspective of current significant changes in geographic allocation of automotive production capacities and continual attenuation of position of traditional automotive centers. The first chapter discusses economic significance of the automotive industry and related economic and environmental challenges. The second chapter is focused on impact of the globalization process on systemic and geographic organization of the automotive industry. Next chapters analyze and compare the automotive industry in China and India focused on historical predispositions and current developmental trends. The last chapter compares future potential of both countries in the global automotive industry, identifies main competitive advantages and analyzes possibilities of future development.
The oil security of China and implications for international relations

The thesis focuses on the oil security of China. The China became net oil importer in 1993 and so the focus of the thesis is on this date. The second chapter introduces whole energy situation of PRC and explains the importance of oil for China's economy. The third chapter identifies clue countries and regions for China's oil imports and their political stability. Using these information, the thesis measures the level of security of Chinese oil imports from the clue countries between the years 1996 and 2012.
