Opálková, Michaela ; Kolář, Pavel (advisor) ; Kobesová, Alena (referee)
Author's first name and surname: Michaela Opálková Title of the master thesis: Evaluation of selective voluntary muscle control in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Impact on the severity of spasticity and gross motor function level. Department: Department of rehabilitation and sports medicine, Charles University in Prague, 2nd Faculty of Medicine Supervisor: doc. PaedDr. Pavel Kolář, PhD. The year of presentation: 2012 Abstract: This thesis should provide comprehensive information about pathophysiological mechanisms underlying spasticity and spastic movement disorder with special attention to children with cerebral palsy. Spasticity and selective voluntary motor control assessment possibilities will be summarized. Classification systems of the gross motor functions (levels of locomotion) are also mentioned. The main objective is to elaborate selective motor control ability scale (IP) which is newly proposed in this study. The need for such instrument and its feasibility for clinical practice intend to be confirmed. The level of locomotion of 25 children with spastic cerebral palsy is compared with IP outputs, spasticity measurement outputs using Ashworth scale respectively. Keywords: spasticity, selective voluntary motor control, locomotion, scale

Initial stages in the creation of two-dimensional and three-dimensional forms, centring on the depiction of human and animal figures (longitudinal observation of a number of individuals using lines, coloured areas and materials when creating theme-less exploratory images and themed images)
Stuchlíková, Vladislava ; Dvořák, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hazuková, Helena (advisor)
The aim of the study was to devise and verify the effectiveness of a procedure for investigating development in the representation of human and animal figures, used on a representative sample of pre-school age children. On the basis of the results of the analysis of the children's work, the study subsequently aimed to compare the level of portrayal of individual figures and events in spontaneous and intentionally offered creative activities. Over the course of empirical observational investigation, broken down into four stages, methods of quantitative and qualitative research methods were used. The focus centred on the experimental aspect, complemented by case studies. The research has produced findings regarding the current level of representational abilities of children at nursery school age and regarding the possibilities open to teachers for stimulating the development of these abilities through appropriate formulation of tasks, devised as creative problems set for solution.

Dále schopnosti uvádíme do kontextu psychologie osobnosti; v této souvislosti se okrajově zmiňujeme o základních osobnostních dimenzích: struktuře a dynamice osobnosti.

Tittle: Comparing general and speciál level of speed skills in young ice - hockey players studyng the third, sixth and ninth grade ofthe primary. The goals of work: The goal of our work was to find out the level of corelation of general and special tests of speed skills in young ice - hockey players, studying the third, sixth and ninth grade ofthe primary. The goal ofresearch was obtaining ofdata to form the relation between general and special tesťs battery conducting in athletic and winter stadiums. Methods: We gained the needful numerical data by testing ofplayers. We devided tests into three tests, which indicate nonspecific speed skills and specific speed skills. The results were elaborated by virtue ofpartial canonical correlation, canonical analyse and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: On the basis of goals and objectives the testing of players (n = llO) was implemented in four hockey clubs. The results were compiled in tables. This diploma work dealed with comparing level of specific and nonspecific speed skills in young ice - hockey players studying the third, sixth and ninth grade ofthe primary. In the third grade there was the highest correlation between 30m slalom out of ice and skating 4 x center - blue line 0,714. The lowest correlation in this grade was between run 4 x 10m and 30m...

Kulda, Jakub ; Strnad, Lucien (advisor) ; Kotáb, Jiří (referee)
The thesis deals with the predicability efficiency of prediction models, which represents integral part of financial analysis. These models could be divided into bankruptcy prediction and solvency models. The aim of the listed models is to determine level of financial health of selected companies with a few year prospects. As a representative of the companies, which went bankrupt, was selected Jitex Inc., which fold in 2009 and going concerns represents Altreva Ltd. In the theoretical part various financial ratios and prediction models are described with their expected characteristics. These descriptions also include explenation of models construction. The practical part provides concrete results of used prediction models and financial ratios of Altreva and Jitex. A special attention is paid to Jitex Inc. in 2006, where the prediction models could be misjudged by high level of artificially overvalued profit. The practical aim of this study is an extensive specification of tests along with their suitability to predict fitness of companies within the Czech economy framework.

Analýza invazivní schopnosti a infekčního potenciálu nově popsaných druhů borelie z komplexu \kur{Borrelia burgdorferi} sensu lato, \kur{B. americana} a \kur{B. carolinensis} na laboratoním modelu infikovaných savců
ŠOLCOVÁ, Lucie
The aim of the study was to analyze the infectious potential of the newly described species, B. americana and B. carolinensis, studied on the laboratory model mammals mice. Our goal was to analyze and compare the vectorial capacity of two different tick vectors, Amblyomma americanum and Ixodes ricinus, in acquiring and transmition of both spirochete species to the host. The results of this study confirmed that ticks A. americanum and I. ricinus are capable to maintain and transmit B. americana and B.carolinensis.We confirmed that both analysed spirochete species, B. carolinensis and B. americana, showed the potential to develop the disease in laboratory model mammal, which indirectly support the fact that both spirochete species might be concidered as the risk factors in the area where they are distributed. Our results shows that A. americanum is able to transmit both spirochete species, which increases that risk of acquiring the Lyme disease to human population in the area of distribution of A. americanum

Účetní závěrka - pojetí české legislativy vzhledem k IFRS
Ernstbergerová, Jana ; Nováčková, Zdenka (advisor) ; Mejzlík, Ladislav (referee)
Diplomová práce pojednává o českém pojetí řádné individuální účetní závěrky, a to zejména z pohledu Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví.
