Bachelor thesis Rupture of the Security Policy of France under the Leadership of Nicolas Sarkozy? Comparative Analysis of Participation in Conflicts with the EU and NATO Presence Marián Zachar Abstract Bachelor thesis "Rupture of the Security Policy of France under the Leadership of Nicolas Sarkozy? Comparative Analysis of Participation in Conflicts with the EU and NATO Presence" evaluates whether the arrival of President Nicolas Sarkozy marked the break or the so called rupture in the French security policy. The first chapter focuses on the historical background of the French foreign and security policy, especially during the presidency of Jacques Chirac and Nicolas Sarkozy. Their priorities identified in the Defense White Papers and their institutional relations within the EU and NATO were further developed in the following chapters, where approach of both presidents to missions led by NATO and the EU was analyzed. The second chapter consists of the analysis of the Artemis mission in Congo and EUFOR in Chad. Both presidents were involved in these missions them and tried to push the defense cooperation at European level to the next stage, but each one for different reasons - Chirac wanted to balance the influence of NATO in Europe and Sarkozy wanted to embrace both international organizations to improve...

Physiotherapy of soft tissue disorders due to overload
Goll, David ; Teyssler, Petr (advisor) ; Bitnar, Petr (referee)
The thesis " Physiotherapy of soft hand weavings disorders resulting from postneuritic over freight" is bent on weightiest consequence of over freight of hand flexor sinews, which is rupture and on one of weightiest consequences of accident states of sinews, which is transcision. Rupture and transcision of hand flexor sinews is cured in a similar surgical way, by suture and coincident is as well the subsequent alteration postoperative care. The aim of my diploma work that ties on my baccalaureate work, is rounded up from the expert literature, especially the foreign one, researching the information of possibilities and meaning of rehabilitative care in those specific problems and these information then virtually compare with the choice study sample inmates. I hereto directed everything, so as I could in the end answers the questions: what meaning has rehabilitation and whether there is any universal method that could be applied in the appropriate manner. In its experimental parts the diploma work succeeded to prove the evidence, that the rehabilitation holds irreplaceable space in therapy of hand flexor sinews after effected sutures. The study proves the obvious difference in results between the group that passed the rehabilitation therapy and the group that the rehabilitation didn't undergo. The tracked...
Prevention of complications in pregnancy after laparoscopic myomectomy
David, Martin ; Kučera, Eduard (advisor)
Gynecology and obstetrics monitor many clinical areas, which are very complex and not only medical side of things. Uterine myomatóza between such areas undoubtedly belongs. In the last time monitor several important phenomena occurring at the same time, giving rise to many questions. In recent years we have witnessed not only the rising birth rate but also shift to higher fertility age groups. According to data from 2007 significantly increased the number of pregnancies after twenty-fifthyear of age (> 70%) and rapidly increases the fertility of women between 30 and 34year (35%) [1]. In this age group is also a high incidence of uterine fibroids. We speak a very frequent clinical finding - fibroid is the most commongynecological tumor. It is therefore of considerable morbidity originator. So there is a growing group of women in roughly the same age, at where there is a fibroid, which are planning pregnancy andpregnant more often not. Symptomatic myoma is obviously an indication for its removal through various treatment modalities including surgical therapy. The result is a subgroup of patients who need to predict subsequent course of pregnancy, including mode of delivery, to analyze
Design of concrete structures with FRP reinforcement
Januš, Ondřej ; Girgle, František (referee) ; Štěpánek, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis presents design of construction with FRP reinforcement. Including design process of cross-section with FRP reinforcement exposed to bending moment and shear force at ultimate limite state according to given standards and guidelines. Long term physical and mechanical properties of FRPs are taking into account. There are also compared load capacities of cross-section exposed to combination of bending moment and axial force, which were designed according to mentioned standards. In another part of diploma thesis there is a design of construction (precast gatehouse) with FRP reinforcement and steel reinforcement with ordinary and lightweight concerete.
Search for possibilities of computational modelling of arterial aneurysms
Pavlica, Ondřej ; Zemánek, Miroslav (referee) ; Burša, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelors thesis focuses on basic aneurisma classification and the prediction of the aneurisma-rupture. It tries to analyze the contribution of computational model of stress-strain states or models simulating the blood flow in the aneurisma to predict the risks of a sudden rupture. The work summarizes the comon modern approaches stress-strain analysis in the aneurisma walls.
Physiotherapy Achilles tendo rupture incurred during sport
BERNÁ, Kateřina
The Bachelor thesis deals with the theme of "Physiotherapy of rupture of the Achilles tendon due to sport". The rupture of the Achilles tendon is most common by young men who are dedicated to professional or solely amateur sporting activity. Pathologies of the Achilles tendon are becoming more common due to an increase in sports facilities and better access to leisure sports. In the case of a tendon injury, the patient is forced to undergo treatment. Currently there are three ways of treatment: conservative, optative, and miniinvasive treatments by percutaneous technique. The latter two techniques are a popular choice among active people and athletes. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge of the Achilles tendon, the anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. This part also deals with the emergence of rupture (its causes), clinical contexts and tests. Finally, there is a description of the various types of therapy of rupture, physiotherapy and possible contraindications during treatment. In the theoretical part, I also included a set of preventive measures which make it possible to prevent injuries. The importance of these principles is in the fact that their compliance is disappearing in the field of professional sports. The practical part was processed by qualitative research and includes targets and research questions, methods of work, the course of therapy and a description of the processed results in the form of case reports of patients. The task of set target is suggestion and realization of individual physiotherapy in patients with rupture of Achilles tendon. The research question focuses on monitoring changes in the investigated parameters after physiotherapy. The methodology section includes a characteristic of the study sample which consists of two patients diagnosed with total rupture of the Achilles tendon, both were treated at the Department of Rehabilitation of the Hospital in České Budějovice, JSC. Patients suffered an injury during sport activities (basketball, football) and subsequently they underwent operations in the form of an open operation. In this part of thesis a description of the input and output tests will be found. First, data was collected from anamnestic of patiens. Each examination of kinesiology analysis were then evaluated. The techniques of data collection were interviews and observations. The process of physiotherapy treatments recorded several local problems, which were necessary to focus while therapy was in occuring: swelling of the surrounding tissues, limitation of movement, change of soft tissue in the ankle and instep, weakened musculature leg and thigh, and rigidity of Achilles tendon. It was also necessary to conduct reeducation of walk and proprioception training with patients. After application provided physiotherapy treatment was observed in two patients improvement of values of somatometric measurements (circumference thigh, calf muscle, ankle, head of metatarsals), momentum in the ankle joint in dorsiflexion and plantarflexion and improve of muscle strength especially in the m. quadriceps femoris and m. triceps surae. Tasks of the thesis were fulfilles and the research question is answered. Results will be made public for professional physiotherapy public and the results should be useful for clinical practice of physiotherapists and for students in modern physiotherapy techniques in the diagnosis.
