Diplomová práce "Fyzioterapie poruch měkkých tkání ruky vzniklých přetížením" je zaměřena na nejzávažnější důsledek přetížení flexorových šlach ruky, což je ruptura a na jeden z nejzávažnějších důsledků úrazových stavů šlach, což je transcize. Ruptura i transcize flexorových šlach ruky se léčí podobným chirurgickým způsobem, tedy suturou a shodná je rovněž i následná pooperační péče. Cílem mé diplomové práce, která navazuje na mou bakalářskou práci, bylo shromáždit z odborné literatury, zejména cizojazyčné, informace o možnostech a významu rehabilitační péče v této specifické problematice a tyto informace pak prakticky porovnat na vybraném studijním vzorku pacientů. Vše jsem směřoval k tomu, abych mohl nakonec odpovědět na otázky: jak velký má rehabilitace význam a zda existuje nějaká univerzální metoda, která by se dala vhodným způsobem plošně aplikovat. V experimentální části diplomové práce se podařilo prokázat, že rehabilitace má nezastupitelné místo v terapii flexorových šlach ruky po provedených suturách. Ze studie je jednoznačně patrný rozdíl ve výsledcích terapie mezi skupinou, která absolvovala rehabilitaci a skupinou, která se rehabilitace neúčastnila. Mnou sledovaná pyramidová metoda terapie flexorových šlach, potvrdila mé představy o této dosud nejpropracovanější a nejoptimálnější metodě.... The thesis " Physiotherapy of soft hand weavings disorders resulting from postneuritic over freight" is bent on weightiest consequence of over freight of hand flexor sinews, which is rupture and on one of weightiest consequences of accident states of sinews, which is transcision. Rupture and transcision of hand flexor sinews is cured in a similar surgical way, by suture and coincident is as well the subsequent alteration postoperative care. The aim of my diploma work that ties on my baccalaureate work, is rounded up from the expert literature, especially the foreign one, researching the information of possibilities and meaning of rehabilitative care in those specific problems and these information then virtually compare with the choice study sample inmates. I hereto directed everything, so as I could in the end answers the questions: what meaning has rehabilitation and whether there is any universal method that could be applied in the appropriate manner. In its experimental parts the diploma work succeeded to prove the evidence, that the rehabilitation holds irreplaceable space in therapy of hand flexor sinews after effected sutures.
