Souhrn Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou: plastika předního zkříženého vazu. Cíle práce: Shrnutí teoretických poznatků a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou: plastika předního zkříženého vazu. Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Obecná část shrnuje anatomické a biomechanické aspekty předního zkříženého vazu, dále epidemiologii, diagnostiku, nejčastější příčiny vzniku a léčbu ruptury předního zkříženého vazu. Speciální část zahrnuje kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta. Terapie byla zaměřena hlavně na navrácení stability kolene pacienta. Kazuistika byla zpracována v době mé odborné souvislé praxe od 14. 2. do 2. 3. 2011 na ambulantním oddělení v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno. Etická komise se kladně vyjádřila ke zpracování této kazuistiky, originál posudku komise je součástí přílohy. Vzor informovaného souhlasu je také součástí přílohy. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis: the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint reconstruction. Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of study reports of a patient with the diagnosis: the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint reconstruction. Abstract: This thesis consists of two parts. The general section includes anatomical and biomechanical aspects of anterior cruciate ligament, as well as epidemiology, diagnosis, the most common causes and treatment of rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament. The special section includes the case study regarding the physiotherapy treatment of the patient. Therapy was focused mainly on the patient's knee joint stability restoration. The case study was prepared at the time of the author's practice, from 14th February to 2nd March 2011, at the ambulance department of the Regional hospital in Kladno. The Ethics Committee expressed its positive attitude towards the case study. The original version can be found in the Annex, as well as the informed consent template.
