The business plan of the accomodation facitity for families with children

The main intention of this thesis is to make a complete documentation of a business plan for the accommodation facility focused on segment of the families with children. The secondary objectives include analysing market conditions in selected area, finding the needs and requirements of potential customers, finding possible support suitable for the accommodation facility and determine whether the proposed accommodation facility is able to succeed on present tourism market. The thesis has two parts. The theoretic part includes literate review focused on tourism, accommodation services, accommodation facilities, families with children, business plan and its parts. The practical part is made up by a proposal for a particular business plan for families with children.

An Analysis of Services Provided by Selected Hotels in Prague

This thesis analyzes services of four selected luxury hotels located in Prague. The selected hotels are Kempinski, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental and Corinthia. The first part of the thesis characterizes accommodation, catering and other services with special attention paid to the issues of luxury hotels. An in-depth-analysis of the selected hotels is performed in the second part of the thesis, followed by a comparison of the results and final evaluation of the analysis.

This diploma thesis focuses on the problems of private accommodation in selected tourism resort, in the area of Hluboká nad Vltavou. The importance of private accommodation in relation to the needs of tourists' satisfaction has been declining. This was confirmed by all the private accommodation owners' respondents. To increase the interest of potential clients, providers of private accommodation use new proposed additional services and supporting programs anytime, not only in the off-season period.

After that the evaluation of customer satisfaction with the services provided. and it was ascertained their interest in the expansion of services. The thesis was based on the study of literature, the practical part of this thesis was based on the survey and direct interviews on their basis was proposed service innovation.

Minor goals are to analyse market conditions in the chosen region, find out current trends in the hotel industry and find support for businessmen while providing services in tourism. The thesis has two parts. The theoretic part defines terms such as tourism, services, services in tourism, accommodation services, accommodation facilities and business plan. The practical part includes a proposal for a particular business plan.

The project proposal for the development of the restaurant U Štěpána

The general aim of my thesis was to evaluate the current situation of tourism in selected area, to analyze the services of Stephan's restaurant and to prepare the concept of further proposals for the development of mentioned company. An important part of this thesis was the proposal and conceiving of a complete documentation of the business plan in terms of accommodation development. In the particular case it was the reconstruction and modernization of the attic of the building, construction of accommodation and sanitary facilities.

Accommodation services in the region of Třeboň

This thesis describes accommodation in the region of Třeboň and its cooperation with another subjects providing services in tourism. The theoretical part deals with the description of this region and accommodation services. It describes the division of accommodation and also the management of destination. The analytical part investigates the cooperation of subjects providing accommodation services with another subjects providing services for tourists and its influens on their effective business running. The results of this research confirm the impact of this cooperation. The aim of this thesis is to focus on problematical parts of the cooperation in tourism in this region and propose new possibilities of tourism and service development.
