Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit aktuální stav cestovního ruchu ve vybrané oblasti, zanalyzovat poskytované služby restaurace U Štěpána a připravit koncept dalšího návrhu rozvoje tohoto zařízení, v neposlední řadě také navrhnout a vypracovat kompletní dokumentaci podnikatelského záměru z hlediska rozšíření ubytovacích kapacit dle aktuálních trendů ve venkovské turistice a agroturistice. The general aim of my thesis was to evaluate the current situation of tourism in selected area, to analyze the services of Stephan's restaurant and to prepare the concept of further proposals for the development of mentioned company. An important part of this thesis was the proposal and conceiving of a complete documentation of the business plan in terms of accommodation development. In the particular case it was the reconstruction and modernization of the attic of the building, construction of accommodation and sanitary facilities.
