Pharmaceutical Market in the Russian Federation and Investment Possibilities of Block, Inc.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the present situation on the Russian pharmaceutical market under the influence of the sanctions. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to distribution of drugs according to the international health standards. Furthermore, there is comparison between the Russian pharmaceutical market and other markets and at the end of the chapter the structure of the market is analysed. The second chapter compares global and Russian producers, analysing five key manufacturers acting on the Russian market. State regulation is an integral part of the pharmaceutical market of every country, which is the last subchapter of this thesis. In the final chapter company Block, Inc., which produces clean rooms, especially for the pharmaceutical industry and the health sector, is introduced. At the end Block competitors are unveiled and opportunities and threats on the Russian pharmaceutical market and influence of the sanctions to the all industry are described.
Migration of highly skilled labor force from the Russian Federation gains and losses

The given thesis focuses on the analysis of the emigration of highly skilled labor force from the territory of the Russian Federation today, especially after the collapse of the Soviet Union, then finding the causes and the impact assessment of this phenomenon on the state. The first chapter concentrates on finding the causes and the scope of Russian emigration in different periods of Russian history. The second chapter describes the actual process of international migration of highly skilled workers, especially the emigration of Russian specialists abroad.
The development of economic relations between the Czech republic and the Russian Federation

The Bachelor Thesis describes the development of economic relations between the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation with the use of analysis. The first chapter deals with the economic development of this two countries, with the relation between the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation and with their participation in the International Organizations. The second chapter deals with the Czech Republic's Intrernational Trade and the Russian Federation's International Trade. It is followed by the beginning of the economic cooperation and trade exchange. The trade exchange itself represents the major part of this thesis therefore it is in terms of time divided into 2 parts with the analysis of the communitiy structure. It is followed by the role of services of the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation in the International Trade and then there is described the exchange of services between these countries. There is also mentioned the investment climate in the Russian market. At the end of the second chapter is described the Ukrainian crisis with its impacts of the sanctions on the Czech republic. The fird chapter evaluates the Russian market for the Czech exporters and the are listed possible lines of business for them to succeed.
Gas trade

The bachelor work deals with the natural gas as a commodity, transport and storage potions, world gas market and its development since 80s of the last century. It also extends the possibility of using gas in the future for a variety of purposes. The main theme is the Czech Republic's position in the global gas business, especially in terms of relations with the European Union, Ukraine, and Russia. The analysis in this part is based on data on gas reserves in the world, the volume of production and consumption of gas and gas flows throughout Europe from the major exporters, especially the gas flows from Russia via Ukraine. For the Czech Republic, it focuses on the possibilities of enhancing energy self-sufficiency, especially the construction of the gas tank in a premises of Rožná gas storage and Mozart pipeline, which would mean the Czech and Austrian gas system hook-up. Consideration must also be given the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian gas crisis and its impact on gas supplies to Europe and/or the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to outline the development of gas trade, the possibility of its further use, otuline the basic principles of the European legislation and the options for enhancing energy self-sufficiency of the Czech Republic and also to evaluate the Russian-Ukrainian gas crisis.
Possibilities of old age financing in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation

This diploma thesis deals with pension systems that are applicable in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation and comparing available products appropriate to ensure a higher standard of living in old age. In the introductory chapter is firstly analyzed demographic development. Followed by an analysis of the current state of the pension systems, with emphasis on the changes currently being performed. The aim of this work is to model examples to present the differences in opportunities pension security in both countries.
Regional Disparities in the Russian Federation

The Russian Federation is an economically and politically important state dealing with a serious socio-economic problem of inequality in the development of its regions. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze macroeconomic disparities within subjects of the Russian Federation and to explain the causes of their occurrence. Possible ways of bringing the economic development of the regions at the same level are also considered in the thesis. The bachelor thesis deals with the term of gross regional product, demographic trends and labour market, foreign trade, FDI and the federal budget. The subjects of the RF are compared according to these indicators.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of energy policy of the European Union and its implementation. The first chapter outlines the development of this policy. The second chapter concentrates on energy dependence and replies the question how the EU ensures its energy sources. The last chapter summarizes the EU relations with the Russian Federation in energy sector, the energy dependence, the conflicts in these relations and the possibilities of solving the problem of the energy dependence.
Trade relations between the European Union and the Russian Federation

The thesis is focused on the analysis of the trade relations between the European Union and Russia. It describes macroeconomic figures of both partners. One chapter is about trade relations between the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. There is the part explaining trade in energy commodities and energy policy issues of the RF and the EU. A practical example and experience of the sales director from the company, which used to have wide business connections with Russian partners, are also included. Finally, the perspective branches for trading are mentionned. One of them is for instance nanotechnology. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the nowadays situation and potencial for future economic cooperation.
The Russia's entry into the World Trade Organization and its effects

This work treats of the Russia's entry into the World Trade Organization. The first section is focusing on the purposes, the entry's objectives and its effects on the Russian economy. This section also takes a close look on all aspects of the Russia's entry process. The second section analyzes the Russian foreign trade with the main business partners, its development, its structure and the countries positions on the Russia's entry into the World Trade Organization. The last section is about the entry's problems and perspectives. At the end I summarized all the sections and outlined the possible future.
