Daná práce je zaměřena na analýzu problematiky emigrace vysoce kvalifikované pracovní síly z území dnešní Ruské federace, a to zejména po rozpadu Sovětského svazu, dále pak hledání příčin a zhodnocení dopadů tohoto jevu na danou zemi. První kapitola se zaměřuje na zjištění rozsahu a příčin ruské emigrace v různých obdobích ruských dějin. Druhá kapitola popisuje samotný proces mezinárodní migrace vysoce kvalifikovaných pracovníků, především migrace ruských odborníků do zahraničí. The given thesis focuses on the analysis of the emigration of highly skilled labor force from the territory of the Russian Federation today, especially after the collapse of the Soviet Union, then finding the causes and the impact assessment of this phenomenon on the state. The first chapter concentrates on finding the causes and the scope of Russian emigration in different periods of Russian history. The second chapter describes the actual process of international migration of highly skilled workers, especially the emigration of Russian specialists abroad.
