Evaluation the suitability of edibles which are most often part of the snack of pupils aged between 11 and 15 from selected school

The bachelor's thesis deals with snacks of secondary school pupils. The research problem is the difference between recommended healthy snacks and their real eating habits. The aim of the practical part is to evaluate the eating habits of pupils aged between 11 and 15 years during breaks. Find out what the children are bringing for their snacks, what they are really eating and who is preparing their snacks. Then compare the types of food in a school snack, whether it is sweet or salty and theirs drinking habits. Quantitative research was conducted to obtain the necessary research data. The research was carried out at a selected elementary school by way of an anonymous questionnaire survey in paper form. The research involved 135 respondents, out of that 130 questionnaires were used. Gathered sample consisted of 53.1% women and 46.9% men. Almost all of respondents bring a snack to school every day, 2 respondents never bring one and others occasionally. Most often they bring a snack so that they are not hungry at school, because they are hungry or so that they can eat. The most common snack is buttered bread, with fruit and/or vegetables, the second most common snack is buttered bread with fruit and/or vegetables and biscuits and/or sweets. This bachelor thesis deals with marketing and its influence on healthy lifestyles, and explores their connections to each other. Specifically, it focuses on what prompts consumers to purchase healthy products and how healthy products are popular compared to conventional foods. Racio s.r.o., a health food company, was selected for the research. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the marketing communication and product portfolio of this company. Using competitive analysis and quantitative research, recommendations are formulated. These recommendations in the form of innovations are designed to underline the idea of a healthy lifestyle.
Motivation of Children for healthy eating in Kindergartens.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the phenomenon of healthy eating in kindergartens and seeks way to motivate children to eat healthy. The theoretical part sums up current knowledge of motivation, pre-school children's eating habits and how one's surroundings can influence eating. The practical part shows the results of a quantitative research focused on teachers' knowledge and experience of children's healthy eating and tests ways of motivating children to eat healthy and whether kindergarten can change children's eating habits.

Title: Nutrition and eating habits of APA students at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Charles University Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to map the nutritional habits of APA students at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Charles University by using a questionnaire survey and then compare the results with the principles of healthy eating and proper nutrition, which are written in the theoretical part of this thesis. Methods: Within the theoretical-empirical research, information about students' diet was ascertained by using a quantitative method. The specific form was an online questionnaire. Results: The questionnaire survey shows that most students in the field of APA at Charles University eat according to the principles of healthy nutrition. 73,3 % of students eat regularly, more than half of them eat at the right time intervals. More than 75 % of students have regular breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. 68 % of students prepare lunches by themselves, 20 % use the canteen. Most students follow a drinking recommendation. Only 6,7 % of students smoke cigarettes and 3 % regularly use chewing tobacco. Insufficient intake of fruit and vegetable was reported by more than third of respondents. Boarding of second grade elementary schools in Pilsen region

The diploma thesis deals with eating habits of pupils of the 2nd grade of elementary school located in the Pilsen region. The results of the research are evaluated in terms of healthy diet of pupils. The eating habits of children in the school environment are strongly influenced by several determinantsthat are discussed in the work. The aim of the thesis was to map the eating habits of children at the second grade of elementary school and to suggest possibilities that the school could use to support healthy school meals for its pupils and thus to influence the healthy lifestyle. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the state's attitude to the protection and promotion of health and disease prevention through the basic document Národní strategie ochrany a podpory zdraví a prevenci nemocí Zdraví 2020. Emphasis is placed on the state's attitude to healthy school meals through laws, decrees, standards and elaborated the national strategy. The vision and strategic objectives of the above pass into the school environment through the support of programs and projects and through the education of pupils to health and healthy eating. Consumer behavior in relation to their lifestyle.

In this bachelor thesis I deal with a purchase behaviour of those consumers who shop in stores with healthy grocery and supposedly have a healthy lifestyle. The main purpose was to define a typical consumer for a healthy grocery store and to create marketing recommendation for a company Natural. In the first part of this thesis is the concept of purchase behaviour defined, as well as its different kinds and its causation. Thesis focuses on decision process of consumers and what is the process affected by. In theoretical part I concentrate on the issue of healthy eating and on healthy/bio grocery. In practical part entrepreneurial background of the company Natural is described and consequently a questionnaire survey is evaluated. The questionnaire survey was created in collaboration with owners of the company. In conclusion of this thesis the consumer is defined on the basis of the questionnaire survey and the marketing recommendation for the company Natural is given.
