Název: Výživa a stravovací návyky studentů oboru APTV na UK FTVS Cíle: Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat výživové zvyklosti studentů oboru APTV na UK FTVS pomocí dotazníkového šetření a následně výsledky porovnat se zásadami zdravé výživy a správného stravování, které jsou sepsány v teoretické části práce. Metody: V rámci teoreticko-empirického výzkumu byly zjišťovány informace o stravování studentů pomocí kvantitativní metody. Konkrétní formou pak byl online dotazník. Výsledky: Z dotazníkového šetření vyplývá, že většina studentů oboru APTV na UK FTVS se stravuje dle zásad zdravé výživy. 73,3 % studentů se stravuje pravidelně, z toho více než polovina ve správných časových intervalech. Více než 75 % studentů pravidelně snídá, obědvá a večeří každý den. Obědy si připravuje samo 68 % studentů, 20 % využívá menzu. Většina studentů dodržuje pitný režim. Pouze 6, 7 % studentů kouří cigarety a 3 % pravidelně užívá žvýkací tabák. Nedostatečný příjem ovoce a zeleniny uvedla více než třetina respondentů. Denní limit pro konzumaci alkoholu překračuje přes 30 % studentů. Klíčová slova: Výživa, složky výživy, zdravé stravování, vysokoškolský student Title: Nutrition and eating habits of APA students at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Charles University Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to map the nutritional habits of APA students at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Charles University by using a questionnaire survey and then compare the results with the principles of healthy eating and proper nutrition, which are written in the theoretical part of this thesis. Methods: Within the theoretical-empirical research, information about students' diet was ascertained by using a quantitative method. The specific form was an online questionnaire. Results: The questionnaire survey shows that most students in the field of APA at Charles University eat according to the principles of healthy nutrition. 73,3 % of students eat regularly, more than half of them eat at the right time intervals. More than 75 % of students have regular breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. 68 % of students prepare lunches by themselves, 20 % use the canteen. Most students follow a drinking recommendation. Only 6,7 % of students smoke cigarettes and 3 % regularly use chewing tobacco. Insufficient intake of fruit and vegetable was reported by more than third of respondents.
