The project of dispositional solution of a municipal office with required facilities as a typified design

In my thesis I have solved the project of contract documents for a mid size municipal office. The typified design can be used repeatedly in the process of build-up . First, I have designed two alternates of dispositional solution. These alternates are processed in a ground plan in standard gauge 1:100. Both alternates have the same ground plan, the differences are only in the dispositional solution. After the discussion with the head of my thesis I chose the alternate {\clqq}A``. I elaborated the chosen alternate in the standard gauge 1:50 in the demanded extent. It is a two floor building which is based on a steel-concrete zone and is projected with the brick build system POROTHERM. The roof is made from prefabricated, timber, trussed rafter. It is a saddle roof with a slight declivity. The walls are lined with facing bricks, that give the building original and incommutable looks, which suits both, historical and modern development.

Adoption - a comparison between the law of the Czech Republic and Germany

76 Abstract (anglické resumé) Adoption - comparing of the legal regulation in the Czech Republic with the Federal Republic of Germany The dissertation compares adoption problems in the Czech Republic and in the Federal Republic of Germany. The First Chapter considers the historical development of adoptions in both countries comparing legal regulations. Principle of the full adoption is described in the first part of Chapter Two. The second part shortly explains the difference between revocable and non-revocable adoption, which is possible in the Czech Republic. Chapter Three is the most extensive one. This chapter focuses on the adoption of minors. First it analyses and compares the terms of adoption. For easier orientation the terms are subdivided into four groups: the first looks at the terms on the side of adoptive parents, the second group deals with the terms on the side of adoptive child, the third shows terms on the side of biological parents and the fourth group deals with further terms of adoption. Each group describes terms according to the Czech and German law separately and then compares them. Besides the terms of adoption Chapter Three deals with the adoption process. Historical development and legal status of the Apostolic Church in the Slovak Republic

My diploma thesis is a summary of the information's, which were after discussion with relevant religious leaders considered as important to record like presentation, which is presented like opinion evidence in the following subject lines. I divided my work into three main sections - historical development, legal development and dogmatic development of the Apostolic Church in Slovakia. The entire discourse about the Apostolic Church is preceded by chapters about historical context, which include also its own history. The chapters present an abstract from period of the reformation, the evangelical awakening in the world and the historical background of the global Pentecostal movement. Before starting the chapter regarding the Apostolic Church, I'm writing about the influence of Pentecostal movements in the world. History of the Apostolic Church is divided into subchapters, which capture and describe the life of the church in several time periods. I'm starting by bringing the Gospel form at the turn of the 20th century to the end of World War II. I'm continuing with period of repatriates to the Slovakia till the nationwide ACS conference in 1977. Project of the corporate design and its example of the company Filamos s.r.o.

This thesis deals with company design. The goal is to explain all relevant aspects, especially from company design project point of view. Practical case study of realization of company design project in company Filamos s.r.o. is a part of this thesis. First part explains the term company design, discusses its introduction in a company, administration and its changes. It deals with this term also in context of company identity or image, especially its line up to information strategy. Second part deals with preparation and realization of company design project in company Filamos s.r.o. while practical part deals above all with methodology of this project. The output of the project, "Graphical manual" of the company Filamos s.r.o., is attached.

Contribution of this work into a health - welfare sphere is to line up some basic informations about individuals problems, while they are trying to restore to health from drug dependence, but after that they have to also aling with orientation in society. They have to come through the contact with authorities, include themselves into a collective and adapt themselves for life "in a standart". Stated goal gave an orientation in the ways of their lewelling with stressing situations and also in finding out of specific tolerance dimensions against frustration. Drug abuse and addiction to drugs create costs that the society has to bear. First, they represent health resources used for treatment and further care and rehabilitation or re-socialization of exusers.

Speech Instruction and the Prevention of Break-downs in Communication Abilities in a Nursery School

The Graduation paper is directed at the validation of touch capabilities of visually impaired children of the age 13-17 years, through application of STIP test. STIP, developed in United Kingdom, is transformed into doted Braill code and verifies the speed of reading the numbers. Accuracy vs. error rate in the lines, speed of reading and concentration (attention) will be assessed. On the basis of the test evaluation aligned with relevant manual, the performance of children is compared with the UK children in the same age category. Following the comparison, the overall evaluation of this research is performed.

The Online trading of commodities

The bachelor thesis has goals to analyze the possibilities of online commodities trading and presents the methods how to trade electronically with a profit. The main topic is an intraday trading, which can be only executed online effectively. The bachelor thesis is divided in three parts. The first part contains the history and reasons of the futures contract's origin, the present keystones of electronic and floor (pit) exchange systems and their trends. The first part contains basic terms, which are necessary for a orientation in the commodities markets. The second part is concern on technical analysis. All mentioned facts are presented on real data. The third part is the most important. It concerns on the building of own trading system and money management. Except general amenable techniques the author presents own trading system and he backs all up with own trading results, detailed analyses and experience.

First part summarizes theoretical knowledge of entrepreneurship and business plan elaboration, second part is oriented practically, describing and analysing concrete business plan of the new company with the main line of the business -- coldness therapy.

The thesis discusses the basic characters and meth- ods of LGD calculation. It also points out the common use of linear regression models and generalized linear models which are used in practice to estimate LGD parameter. Individual mathematical models and statistical methods for estima- tions of the parameters of such models are concisely described and consequently applied on simulated data. This diploma thesis deals with the design and implementation of a highly efficient universal index of textual documents. Universal stands for an opportunity to configure structures of index records and methods of the index data processing (without recompiling an application). Furthermore, it means that the index library can be used even for other purposes, for example to implement a thesaurus, to represent bibliographic relationships or even for generic representation of a specific class of functions in other areas than documentographic systems. The index is implemented using the dynamic inverted file which can be efficiently updated without need of the data structure rebuilding. Specific issue is on-line index compression and failure recovery via the transactional log. It is shown that the amortized complexity of the data structure is linear. This fact is afterwards experimentally verified. Other experiments address the compression methods and the impact of the data structure parameters on its efficiency. The diploma thesis contains the implementation of the universal index in C/C++. It has been tested in the Linux and Windows XP environments.
