Analysis of m-learning applications market

This thesis is focused on mobile learning segment with specific aim to take advantage of smartphones. The main platforms on mobile market are introduced afterwards, namely iOS and Android, their development and distribution channels with applications. The practical part focuses on analysis and rating selected educational apps. It serves as recommendation what to look for in case of mobile learning and which particular platform should be chosen.
Use of PPC marketing in mobile advertising campaigns (Mobile campaign optimization in AVG Technologies)

The thesis is focused on most recent trends in the mobile marketing industry, paid mobile advertising market structure, size and processes. The aim of the thesis is to define the possibilities of using mobile advertising in two basic segments mobile advertising in search and mobile display advertising. It provides performance results of the paid mobile advertising campaigns and their role in the corporate practice. The last part provides in-depth view about use of mobile advertising at the company AVG Technologies. It illustrates how the company increased the number of app installations and factors that influence the effectiveness of in-app advertising campaigns in general.
Quantification of human life aspects using smartphone, wearables and software applications

This thesis deals with the topic of self-measurement and quantification of the human life with the help of smartphones, tablets, wearables and software applications. All these tools can help us to improve the quality of our life, if we know how to use these technologies and how to use the data that they provide us. In my work I analyzed current situation of the quantified self market with the variety number of parameters you can measure. Next I tried measuring a collecting data about myself and I tried to demonstrate that it really can be useful if you know how to use all the information these tools give you. And as a last part I did a survey among the public and the results were that self-measuring is not that common in Czech Republic but majority of respondents believe in the future of quantified self as well as many companies that invest in this field of technology.
The analysis of chosen directions in mobile phone applications’ sphere

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on particular mobile platforms and chosen contemporary directions in mobile applications' sphere. The first part includes theoretical base. It means introduction, characteristic and development of widespread platforms in order to explanation of gradually increasing functions and opportunities offered by the modern applications to a reader. There are two mobile applications' directions chosen on the grounds of varied functions in this part of the thesis. These two directions are analysed according to fixed standards and evaluated afterwards in the next part of the thesis. The chosen directions refer to a smartbanking and mobile phone navigations. The main aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to analyse every chosen direction according to fixed standards and compare mobile applications contained in these chosen directions. The last thing is on the basis of the previous analysis and comparison to come to an conclusion which applications dominate and which are leg behind by contrast.
The users' degree of knowledge about smartphone application permissions

This bachelor thesis is focused on application permissions in Android OS. Main purpose of this thesis is to determine the user's degree of knowledge about permissions in this system. The purpose was fulfilled thanks to a survey among selected users and evaluation of this survey. The benefit of this thesis is in presentation of the survey's results which describes the user's degree of knowledge about permissions. Bachelor thesis is divided into two sections. First section processes theoretical basis for the survey. The theoretical basis consist of brief characteristics of Android OS, definition of guiding principles for application security and description of selected permissions. Further in this section is explained the permission declaration for application from the developer's view and describes the application installation process and the permission approval dialog. First section ends with a definition of used methodic for survey. Second section presents the results of the survey and derives consequences from these results.
Enterprise mobile device management

The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze the topic of mobile device management -- mobile applications, functionalities and the possibilities of implementation in the heterogeneous environment of companies, with all of the attached security issues covered. In the first, theoretical part the thesis describes particular vendors, possibilities of the management of mobile devices, both in company and employee ownership. We also describe the actual model of implementation the mobile device management in an actual Czech company. Second part of the thesis consists from the analyzed and commented the global market study, conducted in 2014 as well as the Czech Republic mobile device management market poll from the year 2013. Both of the studies put the original telephonic poll, made for the purpose of this thesis, in wider context. The results of the poll are analyzed and described in a comprehensive way.
Application for mobile devices and their usage in tourism

Suring the pas two decades new technologies have integrated into all parts of people's life and one of them is tourism. Tourism has always been taking advantages of modern technologies - reservation and distribution systems, sophisticated software and one of the latest trends is an expanding popularity of smart mobile devices, especially the applications connected with tourism. This bachelor's thesis is primarily dedicated to the usage of mobile applications in tourism. First part is devoted to e-tourism, describing its evolution process and mentioning future trends. Next part is about relation between technology and tourism as a requirement for existeence and development of m-tourism. In the following part m-tourism and usage of mobile applications are presented. The last part includes an analysis based on a questionnary survey.
Mobile applications as a marketing tool

This Bachelor's Thesis deals with mobile applications for smartphones and their use in marketing. The goal of the Thesis is to provide specific recommendations for use of mobile applications within the corporate marketing mix, based on an analysis of creation, usage and position of mobile applications as a marketing tool. The terms necessary to understand the subject are defined and described in the first part of the Thesis -- deciding on application development, the development itself, application support and its integration into corporate marketing. The second part consists of analysis of four different mobile applications. This analysis is based on semi-structured interviews with representatives of companies, combined with publicly available information gained from literature, Internet articles, analytic tools and social networks. The result of the Thesis is evaluation of application analysis and following recommendations for using mobile applications in marketing.

Buying Behaviour in m-Commerce

The topic of my diploma thesis concerns the buyer behavior of costumers in m-Commerce. The first half of my work is devoted to literature review. On the basis of studying literature, I described the basis theoretical knowledge in issues of buying behavior. The next step was the introduction of the term of m-Commerce. I also focused on current trends in this area and I predicted changes in the near future. On the basis of secondary data, I described the current state of m-Commerce and analyzed Czech and international surveys. The second half of my work is devoted to the research of buying behavior in m-Commerce. As a way to obtain primary data, I chose one of the quantitative methods of marketing research - a questionnaire survey.
