Cílem diplomové práce bylo provést výzkum spotřebního chování na trhu s elektronikou. Pro tuto práci byl vybrán trh s mobilními telefony. Na základě výsledků výzkumu bylo firmě O2 Czech Republic navrženo několik doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu. The aim of this thesis was to do consumer behaviour research on the electronics market. This thesis is specialized on the mobile phone market. According to the results of consumer research were proposed the recommendations for improving the current situation. These were made by O2 Czech Republic.
