Nové technologie se neustále integrují do všech oblastí a jednou z nich je cestovní ruch. Cestovní ruch vždy využíval moderní technologie - rezervační a distribuční systémy, sofistikovaný software atd., a jedním z posledních trendů je stále rostoucí popularita chytrých mobilních zařízení, zejména mobilních aplikací spojených s turismem. Tato bakalářská práce je především věnována problematice využití mobilních aplikací v cestovním ruchu a posouzení jejich významu. První část se věnuje e-tourismu, popisuje vývoj a charakteristiky s uvedením trendů do budoucna. Další část se zabývá vztahem technologií a turismu jako předpokladu pro rozvoj m-tourismu. V následující části se hovoří o m-tourismu a o využití mobilních aplikacích samotných. Poslední část obsahuje vlastní analýzu dotazníkovém šetřením Suring the pas two decades new technologies have integrated into all parts of people's life and one of them is tourism. Tourism has always been taking advantages of modern technologies - reservation and distribution systems, sophisticated software and one of the latest trends is an expanding popularity of smart mobile devices, especially the applications connected with tourism. This bachelor's thesis is primarily dedicated to the usage of mobile applications in tourism. First part is devoted to e-tourism, describing its evolution process and mentioning future trends. Next part is about relation between technology and tourism as a requirement for existeence and development of m-tourism. In the following part m-tourism and usage of mobile applications are presented. The last part includes an analysis based on a questionnary survey.
