Working hours, their duration and structure

91 RESUMÉ WORKING TIME, ITS PERIOD AND ALLOCATION Working time is one of basic institutes of a labour law, which influences most people mainly if these people are at the same time subjects of the employment relationship (i.e. they are employers and employees). Almost everyone will imagine the sense and content of the concept of "working hours", even if it can be a little something else for everyone, however all people coincident on substantial of meaning. Question of working hours is possible to deal with from different standpoints. These are mainly psychological, economic or sociological aspects, but the aim of the thesis is a view of working hours in terms of law. The thesis certainly cannot deal with all aspects and relations which are related to working time. The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the most important and often questionable and problematic matters of working time, which can occur in practical life in connection with it. The first passage of my work describes history of working hours. The goal of the passage is to show how difficult way the labour law institute had to undergo before it got a contemporary form. I mention a contemporary, so far only few years valid, Labour code and reasons and necessity of its accepting. Further, of course, I focus on a law delimitation of working time and...

Zvláštnosti obchodního jednání a protokolu pevninské Číny a Hong Kongu

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je popsat odlišnosti čínské kultury, historických a jiných vlivů mající vliv na obchodní jednání a protokol. Zaměřuje se na praktické poznatky o tom, jak se přizpůsobit čínskému prostředí v obchodní a právní oblasti. Porovnává pevninskou část Číny a Hong Kong. Bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělila na dva velké úseky. První část pojednává o kultuře a kulturních atributech současné Číny. Druhá část popisuje obchodní zvyklosti a jednání čínských partnerů. První část v sobě zahrnuje obecné kapitoly týkající se geografických a demografických podmínek, sociálního systému. Popisuje náboženství, jazyk, písmo, historické souvislosti a obecné kulturní atributy, které bezprostředně souvisí s chováním Číňanů v obchodním styku. Tato část tvoří asi jednu třetinu bakalářské práce. Druhá část práce je obsáhlejší a je rozdělena na dvě části: na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část v sobě zahrnuje faktory ovlivňující vyjednávání, taktiky jednání a jeho jednotlivé fáze, úskalí a nepsaná pravidla obchodu, obchodní protokol a porovnání obchodních zvyklostí pevninské Číny a Hong Kongu. Kapitola porovnávající pevninskou část Číny a Hong Kong je důležitou částí mé práce a specifikuje rozdíly v přístupu podnikatelů, v právním prostředí, v historických souvislostech a obecných rozdílech, které mohou zaznamenat obchodníci vstupující na čínský trh. Specifika Hong Kongu nejsou popsány pouze v této kapitole, ale je jim vymezen prostor i v obecných kapitolách o celé Číně. Praktická část specifikuje zkušenosti evropských firem na čínském trhu a zahrnuje v sobě odpovědi dotazovaných na základě dotazníku. Dotazník obsahuje 10 otázek, každá otázka je postupně rozebírána dle zodpovězených možností.

Business relations with Israel and its specifics

This report elaborates on the international trade operations of Israel, particularly on the imports from Israel and their specifics. In addition, the report also describes the importance of multicultural differences between countries when dealing with an Israeli partner. This work focuses on the execution/realization of business operations with an Israeli partner from the point of view of a Czech firm/company that wants to import from Israel. Furthermore, the report describes the adequate contract terms & conditions for such buying contracts. Finally, the report analyses a case study of an already executed transaction between the JAKU Trade Company and an Israeli exporter.

The aim of this bachelor work is to provide detailed and comprehensive information regarding the Bolivian nation for those who plan to visit Bolivia either for business or leisure. It summarizes all the necessary data about Bolivia and emphasizes main characteristics of Bolivian cultural and business background. It also describes the process and detailed specifics of business negotiation. The last part of this study is dedicated to the Bolivian view on Czech nation.

Business environment, negotiation habits and specific cultural differences of India based on the experience of Czech travel agency Adventura, s.r.o.

The thesis deals with an attractive economic environment of India and its market capacity. Besides, it is focused on people's mentality and specific cultural differences. Their knowledge together with cultural respect forms the ground of international trade negotiation. Basic territory characteristics are debated afterwards as well as bilateral foreign trade between India and Czech Republic. Nevertheless, the main attention is devoted to the mentality of Indian businessmen -- a questionnaire, filled out by employees of travel agency Adventura, reveals similar experience of both regular tour guides and international managers when doing business in India. Negotiation belongs to Indians body and soul, no matter how "important" the deal is.The objective of this work is to underline the importance of intercultural perception that assumes always more attention in times of swift globalization.

Finanční analýza podniku cestovního ruchu

Finanční analýza podniku cestovního ruchu zkoumá finanční situaci největší cestovní kanceláře na českém trhu - Čedoku a.s. Je zaměřena z pohledu investora, tedy především na analýzu rentability a její podrobné rozklady logaritmickou metodou, dále na ekonomickou přidanou hodnotu EVA a vybrané souhrnné indexy hodnocení podniku. Diplomová práce ale nejen hodnotí vlastní situaci podniku, nýbrž i poukazuje na specifika, odlišnosti hospodaření podniků cestovního ruchu.

Winding up of the commercial company

I have my thesis dividend into two parts. In the first part (theory) I tried to draw up the legal background of the winding up of the commercial company, then I aimed to general aspects of the winding up with liquidation (general reasons for winding up, liquidator, insolvency proceeding), specifics of the winding up with liquidation appertaining to particular type of commercial company and finally I described the winding up of the company with the legal successor (legal forms of conversions). In the second part I made up an imaginary limited lability company (I couldn't get any real dates from the existing company because they are all subject of business secret) and tried to illustrate the process of winding up of the company with liquidation. I put emphasis on particular steps of liquidator and the formal standpoints of the liquidation process.

Podnikatelské prostředí, kulturní specifika a obchodní zvyklosti nizozemského trhu, spolupráce s ČR

The first chapter describes the general characteristics of the Dutch market from the perspective of the historical, political or economic position. In the second chapter I deals with specific cultural habits of both countries (the Netherlands and the Czech Republic) with a focus on conflicts in the negotiations and cultural differences. The last chapter is devoted to the practical example of Czech company cooperating with the Dutch company. In addition, more present outlined the emergence of cooperation, as is currently developing a partnership and future perspectives.
