Multi-storey building
Stavrovský, Jiří ; Straka,, Bohumil (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of steel structure multi-storey garage. It is the six-storey steel structure of rectangular plan with dimensions of 35,2 x 83,2 m and a height of 18,5 meters. The structure is designed for the site Brno. Static calculation is solved by a combination of manual calculation and calculation using software Scia engineer. There are the following main load bearing structural elements designed and examined in the structural analysis: truss, purlin, bracing, column, composite beam, joints, foot and anchoring. Thesis includes drawing documentation
Sports Hall
Soudek, Jan ; Šmak, Milan (referee) ; Bajer, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of steel structure of the sports hall in the Chrudim region. The hall has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 35 x 57 m and a height 10,65 m. Traverse bond makes a square truss with span of 35 m placed on columns. Purlins with span of 6 m are placed on the trusses. Roofing and curtain wall is made of sandwich panels.
Steel Structure of Factory
Jambor, Richard ; Štrba, Michal (referee) ; Hron, Lukáš (advisor)
The thesis deals with a design of the steel structure of the factory hall situated near the city of Brno. The hall has a rectangular shape with the dimensions of 42 x 18m and the saddle roof at the angle of 5% and the roof top 8m above the ground. The transverse bond consists of a truss girder with a span of 18m placed on the columns by joints. The columns are fixed in the transverse direction. The purlin is 6m long and it is placed on the truss by joints. The curtain wall is made of sandwich panels and the roof is composed of layers of a trapezoidal steel plate, isolation and roofing foil.
Commercial and Exposition Hall
Šarmanová, Iveta ; Hron, Lukáš (referee) ; Barnat, Jan (advisor)
The content of this thesis is the design and structural analysis of structural elements of a hall for exhibition and sale use. Layaout drawings and production drawings containing bill of material are included. Technical report was also created as part of this work.
Study of static behaviour of selected agricultural objects
Horský, Vojtěch ; Zídek, Rostislav (referee) ; Brdečko, Luděk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the study of static behavior of agricultural buildings, evaluating their existing state using two-dimensional and three-dimensional construction models. Elements that serve to improve static effects of constructions are implemented into these models or replace the currently used elements. Strains of the modified constructions are calculated are applied to qualify the implemented elements and designed joints.
Extension FA Ljubljana
Tomková, Iva ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Šindlar, Jiljí (advisor)
The old building of the Faculty of Architecture has inconvenient spaces on the back - south- facade on both sides of the staircase . These two parts were added in later times, in the second half of the 20th century. Into the height of the old building, with high ceilings was crammed twice the number of floors. This resulted in a complicated tangle of small spaces, stairs etc. Headroom is not in allowed limit everywhere. The proposal is based on replacing these two parts with completely new design / independent of old building/. There were several initial basic options and requirements. It is a steel structure in the module 2,9 x 2,9 meters. The volume increases to width with increasing height. It does not occupy a place for access on the ground and at the same time it creates shelter for parked bicycles. In floor plans the new building is divided into two parts. One of the offices, which all have the same ceiling height – 2,9 meters. The remaining part is the so-called multifunctional semi-public, serving to relax, work, presentations, waiting for consultations, ... Each array of module is placed in different height, they're making different levels and different optically connected spaces. Movement through these levels is spiraling and is achieved to entrance from all the existing floor's levels in the old building. The steel bearing structure is fitted with translucent glass. Due to it new spaces are very light and emotionally larger. New volumes are lightweight, transparent and you can see an old original facade through them. Number of office's working places compared to the original number 36 raised to 40 chairs. On the ground floor have been newly designed toilets that are missing and number of booths was expanded to each floor.
Steel Lattice Mast 4x110kV
Baďura, Martin ; Karmazínová, Marcela (referee) ; Melcher, Jindřich (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the design of the supporting steel lattice tower for power lines 4 x 110 kV. The spatial structure of the support construction is designed in accordance with the security requirements for the purpose of the object (i.e. power transmission). The supporting structure of the tower is designed from standard rolled steel sections and accommodates any recent changes in regulations and technical standards related to the construction and operation of outdoor high-voltage power. These changes are mainly related to the new European regulations and standards and their harmonisation with the Czech system.
Airport Departure Hall
Čech, Ondřej ; Šmak, Milan (referee) ; Barnat, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design and assessment of steel load bearing structure of the departures hall of the airport. It is a purlin system consisting of sloping trusses of curved shape with overhangs that make up the awning above the entrance to the building. Truss to span 18 meters is welded from pipes. The steel used in the project is S355. For the design was used Scia Engineer software, in which was created a spatial model of the structure.
Steel structure of store building
Ďureje, Andrej ; Pilgr, Milan (referee) ; Štrba, Michal (advisor)
Content of this thesis is design of the steel construction of warehouse and his static assessment. The construction of the hall is designed as double-aisled. Ground plan dimensions of the hall are 50 x 60 m. Construction is formed by planar cross-linking. Tentative design of the construction is solved in two variants, which are compared on the basis of the size of paint surface and weight. The winning variant of the construction includes the complete static analysis of supporting elements, solving of connections, details and drawing documentation.
Technological study of execution of riding compound in Lazce
Kochaňová, Renata ; Novotný, Michal (referee) ; Diaz, Yvetta (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with structural and technological study of Lazce riding grounds in Olomouc concentrating on their rough structure execution. The work is based on working drawings. The area will be used for riding horses training, races and competitions and general public relaxation. The building is situated in Lazce and Hejčín town districts. It matches the local buildings thanks to its appeareance. This area is made up of a bed and breakfast hostel, horse boxes and a riding school which is the main concern of this work. The riding school is designed as a three-naval steel skeleton with a fit-in restaurant, a kitchen on the second floor, two shops and stores and support room for the kitchen on the first floor. There will be a construction time plan, budget, machinery design, technical report of construction equipment, check and test plan, safety at work.
