The purpose of this master thesis is forming and developing new marketing strategies with focus on increasing the competitiveness of the company within the market of fast food restaurants. The work contains theoretical insight to given issue in the first part. Key part of the thesis is then analysis of the current situation of company policy and marketing strategy, which is used as a base for creating strategy new, containing specific steps to put it into practice.

This diploma thesis deals with the extension and improvement of the activities of the company in the field of Internet sales, both on wholesale and retail levels. It solves the sub-goals of the project, for example, analyzing the current state of the electronic shop of the company, the analysis of the activities of competitors in this area and the proposition of the future state. The first part focuses on the theoretical introduction of this theme. The second part specifies the main vision of the company and analyzes its current situation. The third part describes the implementation of the overall business plan and the proposal for the future development of online sales in terms of the selected company.
Marketing Strategy of a Newly Established Company

In my thesis is elaborated marketing strategy of newly established company dealing with wine trade. The objective is successful establisment of company VÍNO SLOVÁCKO on the market. A secondary objective will be to extend the product portfolio, the stabilization of market position and increase turnover. The first part will deal with the analysis of external and internal environment and identifying customers and their requirements. On the basis of of this survey is followed by detailed marketing strategy. I primarily focused in the marketing strategy on product marketing namely new product line of Moravian wines.

The topic of this thesis is to increase the competitive position of the firm Plastika a.s. with the help of creation a new marketing strategy for the next period of time. The analysis of the present marketing strategy is the base for it. The first part of this work is based on the theory. The second part introduces the company Plastika a.s.. There is carried out the analysis of the current situation which focuses on its present marketing strategy. The third suggestion part formulates the suggestion of the new marketing strategy for the next period of time which will lead to the improvement of the competitive position of the firm Plastika on the market.
Giftisimo Ltd. Marketingt Concept

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to describe Giftisimo Ltd. marketing concept and to analyse its current market position. The bachelor thesis is divided into 4 parts. The introductory part is considered as a theoretical basis of the thesis. In this part I describe what a marketing conception actually means in the context of other conceptual ways of business management. I also deliver basic information about segmentation, positioning, marketing mix 4P, marketing mix 4C, relationship marketing as a crucial component of the marketing conception and SWOT analysis. In the second part of the thesis I introduce Giftisimo Ltd. Company and look into its adjustments of the marketing tools defined in the first part of the thesis, with a focus on marketing methods. To give this part a complex quality, I also mention some most significant methods that Giftisimo Ltd. Company uses and that correspond to different conceptual methods of business management. In the third part of the thesis I briefly describe direct competitors of Giftisimo Ltd. Company on the local market. In the fourth part I construct SWOT analysis for Giftisimo Ltd. Company. During preparation of my bachelor thesis I used professional literature and websites of the companies mentioned in the thesis. Furthermore, I discussed my findings with Giftisimo personnel.
Proposal methods and measures for support activities selected golf course in the Czech republic

This thesis deals with the golf theme. Popularity of golf is growing, and increasingly in the context of the rising new golf courses, which are competitors. The main target is to propose methods and measures to support the activities of the Golf Club Pardubice, which I chose on the basis of four years work experience. Prior to its implementation, I developed a survey of customer satisfaction. At the proposal continues marketing concept of Golf Club Pardubice. In this thesis, the emphasis is on the needs and wishes of the customer, as a key element of marketing itself.
The marketing concept for a chain of retail stores Pivovarka

Abstract The topic of the thesis is a marketing concept for a chain of retail stores Pivovarka. The aim of this paper is to outline a marketing strategy creation and operation of specialized retail units on the network. Step by step, I tried to create a concept that will include theoretical training followed by the knowledge and ideas into practice. This work is based on available resources and materials business department Pardubice brewery and trying them draw their own conclusions. Everything I put on the logical structure of individual steps of the realization of stores and a network. The first part is a theory that is necessary for understanding the marketing concept itself. In the second part I introduce the already mentioned theory directly into practice.
Marketing of historical property

Thesis on topic Marketing of historical property dissertates of marketing of historical property in turistic region Jeseníky. Its fundamentals is to analyse specific parts of marketing conception of historical property. This thesis should also serve to clearing of marketing ideas about future movement of property with a contexture to their real feasibility. Its content is composed of methodological and practical parts. The conception consist in marketing analyse, definition of vision and mission statements, marketing targets, marketing strategies, activation of marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion), marketing plan and checking of marketing activities. In the end there are evaluated results of findings of marketing analysis of marketing conception.
