Cooperation of teams and joint leisure time of employees

The diploma thesis Cooperation of Teams and Joint Leisure Time of Employees deals with relation between frequency of involvement of individuals in cooperation of teams and their evaluation of the cooperation, information sharing and spending leisure time with colleagues. In the theoretical part, the theme is put into the broader framework of culture. The main areas affecting the problem are defined further. Emphasis is put on corporate culture, organizational climate and social relations between individuals in a company. In the empirical part of the text, the research question is described, the main hypothesis is set, the operational hypotheses are derived, the operationalization is performed, and the company and its teams that are subject of the research are presented. Subsequently, all processes and their relation being subject of the research are theoretically anchored and described based on the data analysis. In the concluding part of the text, there is an overview of mutual sympathy, ties and antipathy of members of the studied teams as well as it is found out to what extent the data analysis confirms the hypotheses determined. Bc. Jiří Zika Abstract The Diploma Thesis deals with the subject of firm culture and its influence on the motivation. It is focused especially on the analysis of firm culture and on the influence of firm culture on motivation. In this time is firm culture relatively well established field, and so this work is trying to point out the major approaches of firm culture. It analyses the known theories of motivation and then it deals with the links of firm culture and motivation. The influence of firm culture on motivation of workers working on business license is examined in the company, which deals with selling of real estates. This influence is being described especially by the influence of the elements of firm culture on the complete motivation and on different aspects of motivation as well. This work in its final form brings the reader an integrated view on firm culture, motivation and their interrelationship. It is focused especially on the influence of firm culture on motivation. The results of this work bring the information, that even under the conditions which are not favourable for firm culture it is possible to work relatively well on firm culture and its enforcement across the firm. Motovation and the firm culture in construction company

My bachelor’s thesis deals with motivation and firm culture in the construction company. In the theoretical part, there are specified basic concepts of building industry, motivation and firm culture. The practical part is based on the questionnaire. It analyses the actual situation of motivation and firm culture in the construction company and it verify the hypothesis. Then, two employees express their opinions on results of the questionnaire in the interviews. The results are evaluated in the final part and there are some recommendations for improvement of motivation and firm culture in the construction company.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to make suggestions and find possbilities of improving the corporation culture in a relavant company. The contenst of the theoretical part are the description of the corporation culture and its influence on the company performance. Then the theoretical part includes motivation possibilities of the employees and the company promotion on the market. The results of the investigation are presented in the practising part. This bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of firm culture in company SDS EXMOST spol. s r.o. It is primarily specialized on the problems of company clime in a given company working environment. The object of my work will be optimal firm culture setting in a company, which I have choosen and I trust in more effective process of whole company. Suggested solvent is especially renovation of given standards and customs, furthermore better rewards settings and motivated evaluation and also improving communication among management and employees at all levels.

Master´s thesis Ethical and Social Audit of company RGP CZ s. r. o. deal about ethic audit in this company. The theoretical part is focused on the elementary prescription of the enterpreneurial ethics, it´s definition, evolution and reasons for ethical behaviour of enterprises. Important aspekt is also measurement of enterpreneurial ethic and consequently the tools of enterpreneurial ethic, which serve the purpose of realisation of ethical programme of the enterprise. The applied, practical part of this dissertation is the ethic audit of company RGP CZ s. r. o. and evaluation of this audit. Results are presented by recommendations for the company, how it shall proceed the improvements of the ethical behaviour of the company.

The diploma work addresses the application of ethical code into banking. It deals with business ethic and ethical code of Československá obchodní banka, Inc. The thesis analyses the original ethical code of the bank and engages in the implementation of the new ethical code which includes, among others, “The Whistle Blowing Policy”. The diploma work brings a cross-sectional survey of the employees of Československá obchodní banka, Inc. about their awareness and ability to fulfil the principles of the ethical code. The bank was recommended possible solutions based on the results of the survey.
Czech business environment from American perspective

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to approach American perspective on business environment in the Czech Republic. The first chapter describes how to measure business environment. The second chapter depicts Hofstede's cultural dimensions and the firm culture. The third chapter focuses on the development of the Czech business environment. The fourth chapter presents American perspective, which is based on conducted survey and interviews.
