Moving Portal Machining Center with 3000 Axis
Demchuk, Yana ; Jelenčík, Branislav (referee) ; John, David (advisor)
The theme of this work is the design of a portal machining center with a sliding portal and a transverse axis of 3000 mm. Part of the work is the analysis of current products in order to improve and solve design flaws. The goal is an innovative design focused on user-friendly operation and progressive shaping. The work emphasizes the preservation of functionality and taking into account the ergonomics and safety of the machine.
Layout solution of the machining center producing the shaft component
Göth, Karel ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a machining center for a shaft-shaped component. For the design of the machine shop, it is necessary to obtain information from the production process and the drawing. This information, together with the number of pieces produced per year and the standard time for each machining operation, will allow the design to be carried out. In the first step, it is necessary to carry out capacity calculations, which will give us the necessary number of workers, machines, manual workplaces and production and non-production areas. Following this, it is necessary to place the machines on the production area based on the established method of arranging the machines. In addition to the production equipment, various other aspects of the production hall will also be located in this step, such as toilets, changing rooms, foremen's office, workshops, etc. It is necessary to ensure the optimal location of the individual parts of the production with the help of the Sankey diagram, which will allow us to visualize the material flow. The flow of material needs to be solved at multiple levels, namely inter-object transport of material, inter-operational transfers of material, technological operations with material and waste management. At the end, an economic evaluation of the proposed giant will be carried out.
Safety assessment of NHX5500 DMG MORI machining center
Novotný, Petr ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with legislative purposes for the operation of machinery in the Czech Republic and the European Union. It deals with the analysis of technical standards of machinery, specific machining centers. The analysis of the risky machining center NHX 5500 DMG Mori is based on this. The result of the work is the minimization of ongoing risks and meeting the legal requirements of the state of the operated machining center.
Use of innovative materials in the construction of CNC machining centers for non-rotational components
Flieger, Vít ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis sloves usage of the innovative materials in the construction of CNC machining centers for non-rotational components. There are described innovative materials, machines and parts of these machines at first. Further, there is assigned a suitable material for each part of the machine. For the design part of this thesis is chosen a fixed rack made of polymer concrete for vertical machining center. Finally, the rack and its motion system are designed.
Rotary drive system for living tool
Matyáš, Ondřej ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Marek, Tomáš (advisor)
The work shows us the basic division of the rotary náhonové system of CNC machines. The first part of the work of this thesis refers to the fundamental distribution of the Rotational náhonové system, i.e. tool and workpiece. Another part is the distribution according to the method of drive, the rotary actuator and directly driven.
Rationalization of the workpiece technology part with the aim to reduce costs
Vojtěch, Jakub ; Strejček, Jan (referee) ; Chladil, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the improvement of the production technology during machining of the given component. The main goal is to design a different production technology, to reduce production time terms using more appropriate tools and to reduce the total costs of machining.
Production line project
Jašíček, Radek ; Učeň, Oldřich (referee) ; Novotný, Lubomír (advisor)
This thesis describes the methods and procedures used in designing production lines, focusing on the production line for machining of train wheels. The thesis also describes the basic types of railway wheels, their design and important design elements. It also deals with the complete manufacturing process of train wheel from material selection through the technological processes of forming, heat treatment, mechanical tests, machining and non-destructive testing and measuring. Suitable equipment for the construction of automatic lines for machining, inspection and measurement of train wheels is selected according to the specified parameters of the wheel types, manufacturing productivity and production shop dimensions, These devices include vertical machining center, single-purpose machine for grease outlet drilling, device for ultrasonic inspection, magnetic particle inspecton device, measuring station and train wheel balancing machine. Several variants of the production line including detailed specification of manipulation cycle times is created. These variants are mutually compared and evaluated to find the optimal solution.
Detailed project proposal of a technological workplace in TATRA TRUCKS a.s. engineering company
Obritzhauser, Filip ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Strejček, Jan (advisor)
Thesis contains summarizing of main activities of technological projecting. The project itself analyzes the production of gear-boxes on a machine line, which caused transferring the production to a machining center. This real project is implemented on the basis of very detailed cost calculations substantiated by a positive result.
Building and control of 5-axis milling machines
Hekrle, Pavel ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with detailed description of acceptance tests of machining centers. The first part contains segmentation of geometric tolerances, which are used for geometric accuracy tests. A large part of this thesis is dedicated to these tests. The next part includes phases of preparations for acceptance tests as well as segmentation and progress of these tests. One part of the thesis is devoted to machine alignment. The last chapter contains detailed description and principle of some modern measuring devices which are used for acceptance tests.
On the production technology of a shaped part with multi-axis machining
Kopcík, Daniel ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The theoretical part of this thesis is introducing basic information in production of shaped components on CNC machines. It describes each steps from a design of the component to production. Main target is summarization of available modern technologies that can be used. Experimental part uses these modern technologies for processing design shaped component. It describes process of design 3D model part in CAD system, subsequently creation of program for machining in CAM system and solves production of part on CNC machine. The aim of this thesis is design part with interesting design and production difficult enough to represent company, where it was made.
